My experience was very good. I received just what I ordered. It was packed very well so there was no damage and the light bulbs came in just 2 days. I thought they were a little pricey, but they are not available most places and they are the ones I wanted, so I was willing to pay the extra price.

After searching several websites for a specific bulb, I finally found a Site that not only had the product I was looking for in stock but also sold directly to me! Many Sites have you search and search, find the product you want, only to discover they don't sell direct to the customer. I am glad to have been able to purchase the exact high performance fluorescent bulbs that we have been using in our store. I had to order a case of thirty bulbs which seemed like a lot at the time. I planned to replace only the ten in the string along the back of our store since they are used more than the string along the front. However, when I saw how much brighter the new ones are compared to the aged ones, I replaced all twenty of them. Now my store is nice and bright again.

Thanks for the quick delivery. I want to share somthing with you. When the light bulbs were delivered it had a completely different thanking slip in the box for some hardware store someone in another state but the bolts were correct I check my bank account and everything was good there I just wanted to let you guys know no biggie on my part. Took 20 minutest to order. Kept asking to re enter my information. Renter state, card number, name address. It appears that you have had this problem before. You ask me ig I have problems to contact you. I have b\never had tis much problem and have been using the internet for 50 years.
Items came as expected with no broken bulbs, and in fast order. So, for the most part, here are no complaints per se, but one observation noted was that the 10 2 lamp F32 ballasts came 'free' packed. That was interesting in that the logic behind the order was to purchase a case quantity of ballasts so they would come self contained in their own little box. I ended up taking the time to unravel the somewhat tangled leads, wrap them around each housing, rubber band each ballast and box 'em all. No big deal, but not what was expected.
This is my first order. The item stated in was in stock and would ship within 24 hours for items that were available. It actually took 9 days to receive the item.I assume that was due to the Covic 19. I am pleased with the service even though it took a few days longer that I expected. I will use this site again to purchase items items that are hard to find locally.

Really love the new shades I purchased for the pendant and dining room light for my kitchen, achieving the desired look The shades were individually bubble wrapped and all came in perfect condition with fast shipping.
One of the few places that had what I needed but yours was the best price. Turned out it wasn't the same bulb as listed in the description. The description has since been corrected and when I spoke to Rose in Customer Service about the situation she was extremely helpful.
I was delighted with the price as well as the service and speedy delivery, however the bulbs I ordered were not exactly what I thought I was getting. If these don't do the job we intended them for, do you have a return policy?
I needed a hard-to-find 1600 watt infrared light bulb. I contacted customer service and they found the item right away. I needed six bulbs but there were only four in stock. However, Lighting Supply sent the four right away as I needed three immediately.
Please do not use Fed Ex for shipping.! They delivered my pkg. To the wrong house in wrong neighborhood. I saw where my order had been shipped and spent all day trying to figure out where it was delivered. A neighbor called me Sat. Nite and told me they had my pkg. I had to make a special trip to go and pick it up since Fed Ex does not work on weekends or Holidays. Very very disappointed with your delivery service.!
