The search option is a little hard to use

The search option is a little hard to use. Items are available, but not able to find them through simple searches.

When the box arrived it was not clearly marked that it was light bulbs and the office manage attempted to lift it and almost dropped it, I was glad to see none had broke. The packing slip was not secured or inside the box.

I called after chat was not responsive with reply for over 10min. She was able to help with a safer product for inside home. It wasn't the same voltage, but she said that 120/130 would work in vent hood.

Very good

Very good.
I had a "hard to find" light socket I needed for a 35 year old kitchen light.
You had one that fit perfectly.
Thank you, now I'm good for another 35 years.
I will certainly come back for other electrical items in the future.

I received what I ordered but it was not what I expected. The "soft" pink bulbs are so soft that there is really no difference between them and regular bulbs. I was trying to darken the room a little. These bulbs do not do that at all. The bulbs look 'PINK' but the light they give off is white.

The fixture provided great, bright lighting for our closet. Installation was relatively simple for anyone with basic electrical skills- two push-in connections for the main wires and then connect the ground wire. Provided just what I needed for the closest lighting.

They had the item I was looking for and ordering online was easy. A small delay in delivering but only because they had to order the item first and once they received it, they mailed it to me directly, which was the next day. If your looking for any kind of lighting this is a great site.

I hope the product is what I actually need

I hope the product is what I actually need. I know it is probably beyond your company's control but the price of the diffuser is absolutely absurd. Unfortunately, I need it and I don't want to have to replace the whole fixture.

So now I've received it. It's a little wider than the original but it will suffice. I paid more than double what I thought was reasonable but such is life.

It was very good. However, it was annoying to have a large box delivered with a tiny light bulb inside. Perhaps it allows the light bulb to be delivered without damage? I realize that you as the business owner probably know best, but I thought I would bring it up.

I received the product and it had been damaged during or perhaps prior to shipment. I called customer service and a replacement item was almost immediately shipped and I was told to not ship the damaged one back. I received the second package today and it arrived without damage. One cannot expect better customer service than I received.

I needed lights for our school's student gallery quickly. I found the slightly unusual bulb that I needed, it was in stock and delivered immediately. I received the bulbs quickly and with no problems. A great purchasing experience.

Easy to find what I was looking for, and the price was competitive. I would much rather stockpile some specialized lightbulbs at my home, than be forced to hunt for, and pay retail prices for, the same product.

I am so happy to have found this sight

I am so happy to have found this sight.
After paying 15.00 dollars for a light bulb I went to the internet and found the same bulb for 6.00 dollars.
The shipping is higher than I like to pay but even with the shipping cost I ended up getting four bulbs for almost the same price as I paid for two.
I will definitely order again.

A representative called me to inform me that the lights I ordered were out of stock and would take an additional week to reach me. They found a comparable light that was a little bit more expensive and automatically said they would comp me for the same price of my previous order. I found it difficult to go back in and shop more. I had another shade I wanted to purchase and gave up.

When my order arrived the box Was crushed in the shade was bent and broken. It was useless to me. I called your customer service and they were kind enough to give me a full refund after I sent him a picture of the bashed shade.

Shipping through the United States Postal Service would be a lot cheaper for your customers! 2-3 day priority would be HALF the price! Since shipping for this order is more expensive then the purchase price of the items! Actually the price to ship through the us postal service would have not been more then 2-3 dollars! Instead of more 9 plus it cost.
