Lighting Supply

These bulbs are very hard to find but Lighting Supply had them. They are thorough enough to include a picture of the manufacturer's box so I had a lot of confidence I was getting the lights I wanted. Awesome.

I didn't like having to purchase more than I wanted. I only needed fluorescent sockets and could only find them on your site. Being made to buy more so I could get them and $** shipping isn't the most pleasing when I get free shipping on most items I buy online these days.

First time I used your site but found the selection excellent and the site/order process easy to navigate. I had a problem with a bulb burning out the first time I turned it on, but the company's customer service was very responsive and they are sending a replacement bulb. Very satisfied with the products and the service.

I bought six metal halide light bulbs. One of them had a manufacturing defect. The bulb works, but I suspect its lifetime will be shortened due to the defect. I spotted the defect as I was unpacking the box. Surely, your people should have noticed it as well and returned it to the manufacturer rather than sending it out to a customer.

I received the lights and the color was perfect! I was concerned that it would not be warm enough but they are exactly what I hoped for!

I would suggest that you offer some additional space for delivery instructions to hard to find locations. I would have liked to say we are next door (south) The Door of Life Christian Church! This would make it easier for the delivery driver to find!

The light bulbs ordered are not the dimensions in your specifications for the bulbs I ordered. They are about 5/8 inch shorter and a little larger in diameter than the dimensions in the specification. The bulbs will work, so I am not returning them, but they would have been a better fit in the fixture if they were the correct dimensions.

Your website was easy to navigate and I found the exact specialty item that I needed by the manufacturer's part number. Price was so exceptional, I was afraid it might be the wrong item or inferior. Neither was the case.

I am unlikely to recommend any company before I have received any product from them. I am just being honest. Everything went fine during browsing and checkout, but I will not be likely to recommend before you have proven yourselves.

Clear Easy to Read Product Posting. We found the product we needed with a search engine. The product that arrived was the same as we ordered. It was well packed for shipment. It should work fine. We appreciate the major brands represented for sale.

It took 3 tries to get both items in the cart. Every time I tried to add an item, the previous item disappeared. Finally on the 3rd try, both items stayed.

(Update: After ordering these items, I discovered that I was having issues with my internet connection. This could have been the cause of the problem I was having.)

Took me 4 times trying to order. I am concerned that I placed more than one order. If you could confirm you only received ONE order from me and send me a quick order confirmation I would appreciate it.

Whats up with the $30.00 over size order charge
Repeat, that over size charge for 26 T8 -4' is ridiculous and will put your company last in line for further consideration. The only reason I continued with the purchase was because of the $25.00 discount code. Without that I would have cancelled the order
