I had a minor problem when I tried to order, but the staff there resolved the software issue quickly and helped me get my order in. My bulbs came super quick, and were the correct ones. I couldn't find these specialty bulbs in my town, thank goodness these guys had them, and at a very reasonable price! I'll definitely order my specialty bulbs from them again. I'm very satisfied!

Perfect. The most ingenious shatter-proof packaging for fluorescent tubes I have ever seen. I was so impressed, I asked my 20-year-old to stop gaming long enough to see this packaging. I installed my first tube today and it lit instantly. I've ordered from other "bargain" lighting folks, and every other tube was DOA. Not so with lightingsupply.com. My next order goes to YOU!

The lights arrived the next day which was quite a surprise. I would have chosen a cheaper shipping charge had I had a choice. I did not need the lights in a hurry. I am completely pleased with the service otherwise.

Shipping was 2x the cost of the part, and think other less expensive options (USPS) should be available.

Unfortunately the light I ordered did not fix the problem I was having with my bug zapper. I am sure the bulb is good, it is a problem with my unit All else was excellent. I now have a bulb that I have no use for, but that is my problem.

Your login page gave me a VERY hard time. I entered it several times, it said i was incorrect, i went to forgot password and entered the new password several times and it still said it was incorrect. I finally chatted with someone who changed it and it worked. Not very happy with that

When I ordered on line, I did not recognize the name of the store, but I have been a frequent customer at your store. Your on line ordering and service was as excellent as your in store over the counter service and selection.

Couldn't get program to work - ordered these items on Wednesday for Friday delivery. Program hung up until I got home this evening to reset the order. I'd like the program to work correctly every time. Chat lady was helpful but I didn't ask for help placing the order.

This shipment was handled quite well overall. The one quibble I have is that the C7 LED light I ordered had no packaging of any kind - it was just a bulb wrapped in bubble wrap that ended up taped to a piece of the crumpled paper that was used to cushion the other bulbs. At first I was afraid it wasn't in there at all!

Excellent. I installed the Ballast and turned it on after installing the bulbs and they worked great and instant.
The owner of the restaurant came up to me while I was on the ladder and said, "Your GOD, let there be light". I said, "And there was light and GOD saw that it was good.
