Told package dispatched on Friday. Queried where on Wednesday, no answer. Contacted Thursday, told just in and ready for dispatch. I queried the previous Friday dispatch, no answer. Asked for refund, told passed to Manager. Had to raise dispute with PayPal and still waiting. Not a good experience!

I was looking for some unusual light low energy G4 LED bulbs and came across this site which had them. Quality of products are great and they were send out next day. I went back to replace all my GU10 LED bulbs and they are great too!

TL; DR they mis-sold me some bulbs, lost £70 of bulbs on the way out to me and £50 more when I returned the remainder, and tried to make me pay for it

LightRabbit UK dispatched only half my order, saying the rest would come later. No notification or 2nd parcel ever arrived. The bulbs also didn't work with LED-compatible touch dimmers, a fact they knew but didn't advertise when selling the bulbs as dimmable. I returned all the bulbs they sent but they refunded only £30 of my £180 order, saying they had not received all I sent back. They refused to refund the bulbs they never sent to me and the bulbs they "lost" after opening my returns. I ended up raising a dispute with my credit card company as the only way to get my money back.

I bought 100 LED panels for my business. Order was shipped 7 hours later. Received them the following day. Great lighting for our offices. Very happy with Lightrabbit
