As many people find that CDs, cassettes and records are not as well known as they used to be, they tend to rely on things like iTunes where you can download your music right to your computer, iPod or iPhone. The way technology has shaped our economy is a prime reason why people would prefer online downloading and sharing a lot more than going out and buying the music. While searching through web 2.0 I found websites that let you share music with other people while also listening to it for free. These websites are the key to shaping new music.
I think this tool is effective but I do not think that it is the most effective because there are other applications out there that more people know about. I do believe that it is easy to use but it is not the easiest to use. I think a pro would have to be that you can play songs that you can easily tell your friends that music would like and find other music that you find interesting. A con would have to be that there are other things that things that are better and more people know about. The purpose of the website would be the sharing of other music with your friends. I do not think I would recommend this website.
