Lily Ann Cabinets

Customer service was awesome. I recieved quick answers to my questions and beautifully rendered drawings of my cabinet layout. Prices were more than fair and the beauty and quality of the cabinets are outstanding.

I believe we are getting top quality for the price. However, this is our first purchase here. We look forward to receiving the cabinets and updating a review.

Johnny was great helping me with my order. We were missing a few bumpers and one of the drawers had a crack and Liliyanncabinets replaced the cabinet and sent out the bumpers very quickly. Cabinets were easy to assemble and product quality is better than expected.

We will be buying more cabinets from LilyAnn.

We are Harvey flood victims and after searching NUMEROUS places for kitchen cabinets, we decided to go with Lily Ann. We initially didn't receive our MAIN upper corner cabinet, it was not easy to actually get help at first with this, but I finally did receive a phone call and item was shipped out. THEN, we receive our cabinet but the hinge hole cut out in cabinet/glass door and hinge holes do not match up. We did finally get the correct item. Lastly, we ordered the kick board for the final touch in kitchen. It came to us, looked very cheaply made, with numerous defects. We just worked with what we had, as I didnt care to have to submit ANOTHER request for undamaged product. There was uneven color, scratches, etc.But we are done.

The doors on the different cabinets have a variety of gaps between doors when the doors are closed. Specifically the 36 in cabinet doors have a small gaps than the 33 in n cabinet when the doors are closed.

My step-son and his wife purchased cabinets for their kitchen from Lily Ann Cabinets. We helped them assemble and install them. Their kitchen is absolutely beautiful. So, when we decided to begin our kitchen renovation, the first place I looked is Lily Ann. My neighbor is a cabinet builder by trade, so I am going to get a quote from him for custom building and compare to Lily Ann, as I feel the quality of Lily Ann appears to be close to custom.

Great product, easy to order and install. Unfortunately the delivery company failed us on delivery times and delivery curbside only (our house is 1/4mioe down driveway.
Cabinets look great and I appreciate the samples being sent - really helped us choose.

These cabinets assembled awkwardly and some of the joints needed to be modified to fit.
One face frame was split in its package.
Drawers all needed to be modified to sit flat against face frames, almost like the holes were off.
Wasn't worth the time or effort to assemble. The concept is good, but the actual assembly wasn't.
Because of timeframe on jobsite, we had no choice but to accept the cabinets and move on.

Best RTA website/product I've found so far. Shopping for cabs on site is a bit cu.beraome with all the ads every few lines. Hard to locate exact cab I'm looking for, unfortunately they didnt have the color I was looking for.

For some reason, it is hard to scroll through the website selection. After the initial quote, I left voicemails and follow up was slow. I hope my order is correct and meets my needs as I am a senior citizen doing the remodel myself. Well after several weeks and an email to my rep, my order did arrive in total. ( I was wondering if my cabinets were ever going to come.) The cabinets are very nice! Always dry fit before glueing as some grooves need adjusting. I found that out the hard way when a back groove was too small. Thank you, Robin Streff

I am very satisfied with the cabinets I have purchased. The overall construction of the cabinets seems very good. I think purchasing these RTA real wood cabinets vs particle board cabinets at almost the same price is a very good value. I got the dove tail constructed cabinets and found it relatively easy to assemble. The assembly instructions that came with the cabinets are not very detailed and not cleared at all as to which screws to use where, but the online videos are pretty good and I viewed them, although those don't detail which screws to use for each piece either. I only purchased two bathroom vanity cabinets, but I will be purchasing more cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets for my laundry room in the future. Overall I am very pleased with the cabinets I purchased.

I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and also the ease of putting them together. The delivery was much quicker than I anticipated and even though I had a small hiccup when I placed my order, the pleasant associate helped me and the order went through without a hitch. The pricing was great. Trying to get a hold of someone to answer questions about my order wasn't. It took weeks of calling and unanswered voicemails to track it down. Turns out my order was sitting in the warehouse for weeks. The day I called and (finally!) got someone on the line who could help, they scheduled the delivery for the next day. There is definitely room for improvement with the communication between the warehouse and customer service.

I am very satisfied with overall everything, products, prices, delivery time, design, quality of the product,etc, I would recommend to my friends, family, and people that ask for kitchen cabinets; it has been a pleasure to do business with you Lily Ann cabinets, I would do it again if I have the opportunity.

I noticed the larger cabinet for my wall oven came with the side panels extremely warped which caused great diffculty in assembly. I had to trim off the dove tail in order to secure the pieces together. Good thing I am a qualified carpenter, I was able to sure up its strength with my own cabinetry experience, I just could not imagine a lay person easily assembling this larger cabinet. Other than that anamoly, the assembly and installation went suprisingly well.

I haven't unpacked everything yet...but the directions on the first product weren't very detailed and the screws weren't separated and clearly marked. I know there are videos you can watch but having detailed directions in front of you would be nice. Small complaint but it would be a nice touch.
The product so far seems fine, there are a few glitches in quality that made it harder to slide into the grooves but manageable. I didn't finish the first 2 cabinets but mainly because the directions were not clear and I decided to stop until I can find the video directions.

I've been searching for products that I like and have not been able to find them until I found your website. I am happy that I am now able to customize my new bathroom with a design and sizes of cabinetry that are exactly what I have been searching for. Website is user-friendly and chat very helpful.

Shopped many other RTA cabinets and went with LilyAnn. We are happy we did. Excellent quality, service. Shipping communication all the way through. We get compliments from everyone, cabinets look very high quality.

One problem I have is that the 1/4 round I bought did not match the color of everything else I bought and I did not notice it until I cut a piece and went to put it in place.

It was fine but i submitted a design request two weeks ago and never got a response. Besides the response for the design request everything else was great. I couldn't be happier with my cabinet purchase. The quality of the cabinets is beyond my expectations. They were easy to put together. There were some things missing in the shipment but I was able to communicate with them and get those things shipped to me with out hassle. Through my design journey I've had to call them many many times and they were always a call away and responsive. Best way to contact them is to call them. I can't wait to show my finished product. My husband and I put them together ourselves.

The trim, light rail molding, that I received has no caramel/brown colored stripe in the groove to match my cabinets and the other rail moldings that I have. It is just plain antique white, no stripe. I called and was told to send a message to *******@lillyanncabinets so I did that. Now my project will be delayed because this piece does not match the others.

I received a cabinet that I did not order, and I am missing 3 cabinets. I called and left 2 messages but no one has called me back. I am on a strict timeline with this house and I would appreciate prompt attention. Bob

The 2 moldings were shipped in one box - that is OK. I was surprised that they were not wrapped in bubble wrap to keep them from banging around in the box and against each other. I looked quickly at them - they seem to be OK, luckily.

These are very well constructed cabinets. We have bought, assembled and installed other companies' cabinets, and these are far superior in sturdiness, ease of assembly and beauty. The soft closing hinges and drawers are fabulous, too.
