Lily Ann Cabinets

I love my new kitchen the only problem I had was a tractor trailer delivered the cabinets. It could fit dow my street so I met the truck up the road from my house and loaded the boxes one by one into my puck up truck. So you may ask why didn't you load the skid into the pick up truck. Well one VERY large skid held all the cabinets and fell apart as the truck driver was moving the skid with his hand truck. So we quickly set the skid on the ground and got it in my truck in two trips. Luckily nothing was damaged and am over joyed with the results

Caroline has been very helpful to us with our cabinet selection and purchase. I purchased 14 cabinets from Lilyanncabinets and everything was in perfect condition with no missing parts. Bought the cabinets and put them together ourself. After watching the video which Lily cabinets provided it was rather easy to put the cabinets together ourselves. The cabinets we chose are absolutely beautiful. We would've paid twice or three times the price had we ordered them and had someone else install them. I highly recommend Lilyann cabinets.

A little rocky due to errors on both ends, but it was all straightened out. Cabinets have not been delivered but I anticipate everything will arrive as ordered. Bill was very helpful.

UPDATE: The cabinets were delivered and have been installed in the kitchen and laundry. We still have 2 bathrooms to renovate but we purchased all the cabinetry at the same time. I couldn't appreciate the quality until I saw them. My architect and contractor were very impressed with the quality. These cabinets for all the rooms would have cost $30,000 elsewhere. The entire cost was around $7500 and I ordered them assembled...shipping free. I can't recommend LilyAnn Cabinetry enough.

Heidi was wonderful! All cabinets installed. I was quoted 27/28K but three companies for my cabinets, all low end. I installed these under 14 and they were the top of the line. Truth be told, many of your local cabinet guy buy RTA cabinets. In closing, I have to say that Heidi was amazing. Careful Lillyann, I want to hire her! Feel free to email me for pics!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with first order 2 years ago, late deliveries, some items switched with another customer, and little help from the sales person and customer service. I bought 2 other kitchens from your competition as a result. I thought I would try again, hope I'm not disappointed.

UPDATE: I received my complete order on time but have not yet assembled it.

Assembly instructions for the cabinet bottom need to be a little clearer. I assembled the bottom backwards and fount that the front face did not fit. I had to disassemble the cabinet to place the bottom in the correct way.

I really couldn't rate on the 3D design service since i didn't use it. Webpage is good, the quotes saving feature is a time saver.
The only issue i got was that it took about 5weeks for my order to get here, assembling it was ok. Some pieces fit a little to snug but nothing a little elbow grease couldn't handle.

I am looking to update my kitchen. Love the sample idea. Really helps in the final decision process. I decided i did not like the color samples i orig8nally orderes. I will be trying again. I do believe i have decided on cherry color.

Shopping was fun but deleted my order half way through. 3 weeks after I ordered my cabinets online I called to see why I haven't heard anything about delivery, I was told that I ordered cabinets they didn't have in stock. I either had to wait 90 days or change my order. I went ahead and changed my order and Lillyann cabinets were very accommodating. When my cabinets were finally delivered I was missing the cabinets I had changed but they fixed the mess up very quickly. They delivered the missing cabinets the next day. The only other complaint I have is I did order a farm base sink and received a plain sink base. I didn't realize till we opened the box so we decided to just keep it without calling it in. All of the cabinets are beautiful and very sturdy. They were easy to put together with the exception of the lazy SUSAN. The directions and YouTube videos weren't much help but my husband and I were able to figure it out together.

I was referred to Johnny from a friend that ordered his cabinets from Lilyanncabinets.com after his home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey. I sent my measurements to Johnny, he put together a floor plan which we liked and placed our order for cabinets with Shaker doors. A very good shopping experience and the iterative process to design and order the cabinets was very helpful. The quality and ease to assemble of the cabinets was superb. The online videos were extremely helpful during assemby while the printed directions were basically useless and didnt have the detail required. Would be nice to have a video on the best way to hang the assembled cabinets in a kitchen. I know there are several videos on Youtube but ones specific for the trim and height of these specific cabinets would be helpful to many customers.

I ordered door samples, which were delivered very quickly. Based on what I received and the research I have done on the quality of other RTA cabinets, I will be placing an order for kitchen cabinets soon.

We are very pleased with the excellent customer service and great response from the staff. We will recommend Lily Ann Cabinets for anyone looking for quality cabinets at great prices with excellent cutomer sevice.

I received my order within 10 days. It was missing 2 Cabinets, and 3 roll out trays. Unfortunately one of the cabinets was the WDC Wall corner cabinet and could not start the installation until that came in. It took almost 3 weeks to get the missing items. Once the items came in, i was finally able to start my kitchen, As I unboxed and started to install the cabinets, I noticed that the Lazy Susan was missing. I called and was told that it was on back order, I should have been notified when it That took two weeks to come in, If the order would have all come in at the first delivery, then I would have given this 5 stars across the board.As it turned out, from order to final complete delivery was about 2 months and I was without a kitchen for Christmas.

Chuck was very easy to work with! The first part of the delivery was very fast! The other potion of the delivery was not so quick, we couldn't start to put the cabinets together until we received all the parts so we waited a long time. There was a cabinet that was missing the front from the order and we received that part 5 weeks after the initial delivery. When we called about the missing parts our order/shipment was sent to the wrong warehouse so it was never filled and wasn't re sent to the proper warehouse.

We had used Lilyanncabinets in 2016 before we moved from California to Florida and were happy with the cabinets.Now remodeling again we checked quality and prices in our area and were very disappointed! We purchased cabinets for our bathroom we were remodeling. I didn't understand the RTA meaning when we purchased them. The cabinets were assembled with good results. We purchased pull out drawers for the cabinets and were sent the wrong size. We needed parts to complete the project and after several calls Lilly Ann supplied the parts to complete the project.

LilyAnn Cabinets did a great job getting our cabinets to us in a timely manner despite COVID related delays and the cabinets and accessories came intact and tall ready to assemble and install. Their customer support team overnighted a broken face frame that was damaged during shipping and were a great help. Highly recommended!

Customer service was good at first but declined one the order was placed. Delivery took much longer than expected/communicated. Website is not optimal for searching and navigating.

Super easy to assemble. By 16 year old son and I could assemble a 3 drawer base in about 29 minutes. They are sturdy plywood cabinets. Much better for the price than other options.

Did not use 3D design service.

Cabinets had slight wear on finish from shipping that makes the door fronts look shiny against the light. No major blemishes.

So far only working on layout. Will see if sample color is acceptable then we will get with your design people for a final to order. Month later purchased and are very satisfied.
