I purchased cabinets for my pole barn office and they turned out great. I always receive my cabinets quickly and they never have any defects. The cabinets include all the parts that are needed. I will continue to purchase from Lily Ann Cabinets.
Spent weeks getting my order created after many back and forth emails and calls to my rep, we finally got the order. The rep took several days to return calls and or emails. When we received our order, late... we started putting them together. Our sink cabinet was the wrong on and another cabinet didn't have the right sizes to put it together. The lower corner cabinet had a cracked front frame that was difficult to replace as well. After days of figuring that out they were finally installed. The good part was they were easy to put together and install. On the other hand, we have had them for about a year and the paint is wearing off and they chip very easily. White cabinets get dirty easily so we clean them often. The paint wear isn't from the chemicals as I use natural products of water, vinegar and essential oils. They definitely won't last as long as I thought they would or would expect for the price since we're only a year in and they need touched up.
The products, the prices and the service are all outstanding. I get the feeling that there is no issue too small that they would not make every effort to correct.

Great customer service, shipping was faster than expected, received the correct order with no damages, assembly was straight forward, and they look great. Overall very pleased and would order again.

I was happy with my cabinets. You have to plan though as it takes about 10 days to get cabinets once you order. If you change the layout or ask for different cabinets it takes 3 day turn around.
Love the color choices and the design of the website is easy yo use. I even asked a question at 10 pm and received and answer within just a few minutes. Keep up the great work.
Overall I am very pleased with the experience so far. I have only opened one box and I did find a blemish in the wood/finish. After I inspect all the pieces I will contact Lily Ann.
We love our cabinets and they went together easily once we completed our first couple Our only complaint is that communication was lacking and phone calls were not returned.
Many RTA cabinet websites are absolutely terrible - no information about warranties, when you can expect delivery, lacking construction information, etc. This was not the case for Lily Ann and your website is the sole reason we bought from you. We were also impressed with a phone call asking for help. One critique: it would be helpful to have more static images of the cabinets, or higher resolution images, for us online shoppers. Two of the models we were considering looked almost identical and we ended up finalizing our decision based on which one was at the warehouse closest to us.
Second critique post-delivery: Each of the three cabinets we purchased did not come with enough screws. We had to go to the hardware store to try and match the screws. One of the cabinets came with no directions whatsoever. It was challenging to find the directions on the Lily Ann website due to the filenames not matching the naming convention of the products that we ordered. I had to open every single PDF file listed one at a time to see what looked like it matched, for at least 40 different files. Very annoying. The directions were not clear on which screws to use where. Normally I would go by the number of screws included to determine which part goes where, but because there weren't enough screws to begin with we had to just make a best guess.
Buying on website was a snap. Shipped fast and order was complete. A little more effort on the QA and it would be exceptional in all areas. Keep up the good work.
Everyone was great to work with. I loved how quick our designer was to get a hold of. He was able to help us design the kitchen that is going to be perfect for us.
It was good except when trying to look at the items to order the downloading of the individual cabinets was very slow no matter which computer I used.
We are very interested in using your cabinets. We do not have the final kitchen/laundry room design yet, so we're not prepared to move forward on cabinets yet.

Our cabinets are fully installed and look beautiful. The quality is far superior to any box store or the custom cabinets we have had built in previous homes. Buying online for the first time we were most concerned about cabinet color uniformity, hardware quality and missing order items. But we were thrilled when all 3 exceeded our expectations. Accolades to Chris Liu for his help in the design process. Overall the experiance was great and we will order again & recommend to everyone!
The only feedback I would send Lily Ann would be improvement in the communication between L.Ann, the shipping company and customer. The website tracking tool never updated but showed 'pending'. So after 7 days of checking the website we grew concerned and called to check on the status having no idea the cabinets left OH on June 22 to be delivered on June 29th. The other would be a possible redesign of the cabinet door hinge location so the roll out tray hardware can be installed as low to the cabinet bottom as possible to not waste any cabinet space under the roll out drawer.
At this time I am searching for items for the construction of a home in Tennessee later this year. I hope to be ready to make a selection and purchase within a few months.

I am interested in the small top cabinet doors with mullioned windows. I couldn't seem to find them in your descriptions or catalog. They are shown in the photo of Shaker White.
I viewed these on your website a couple of months ago. They were on sale then (around 30% less). I am planning to purchase 25-30 cabinets. I am hoping that they go on sale again. Thanks.
