Buyer Beware! This review is for Little Missy Spa owned by Trina Owens. I scheduled and prepaid a mobile spa party for my 6 year old daughter's birthday. I received an email and verbal confirmation from Ms. Owens. I sent 2 emails and placed a phone call 2 weeks before the party with no response. On the day of the party, Ms Owens sent me a text canceling 2 ½ hours before the start time of the party. I am fully aware that unexpected things do happen but, if you are a business owner there should be a contingency plan in place. Ms. Owens gave no other explanation other than "due to unfortunate circumstances" in her text message. I found the use of text message unacceptable, inappropriate and extremely unprofessional use of communication to cancel a party that was scheduled months in advance. She showed no respect as a business owner, her lack of customer service is deplorable and the blatant disregard for my child's event is intolerable. As a mother you want your child to be happy especially on her special day, my daughter was devastated it was her first big girl party.
