He was amazing! And you can tell he knows his job well.I never knew I could get assisted with my subscription issues. Very impressed.
Extremely dissatisfied No reminders, no updates - Just only you get to know your bank account deductions without any detail being added to the email. Even they don't bother to explain for how long the subscription is. If you contact agents they just listen all and end the chat.
The support was great got back to me in seconds. Helped me solve my issue, definitely recommended them to a friend.
Easy to use, a bit disappointed that after doing the cover letter I had to pay, and sign up for a direct debit.
Thankfully it was easy to cancel.

We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal upon purchase. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

How do an organisation such as yours take out money from ones account without notification for a subscription I am not aware of.

Our subscriptions are auto-renewing, as we have a continuous billing feature that charges the credit card on file after the 14-day trial expires and every four weeks afterward unless they choose to cancel the subscription beforehand.
If there was no cancellation request sent before the trial period, the account is enrolled into a monthly subscription at the regular price. The auto-renewal information is listed in multiple areas like our plans page, the payment information page, and lastly, on your welcoming email, which confirms the 14-day trial purchase and a detailed overview of your new subscription.
