My contact with Live Nation has been a most satisfying experience. I am sorry to hear that there has been some unpleasant reports but trust me, they were so professional with me I am almost lost for words in todays todays climate of companies taking people's money and not providing the services at professional level. The employee let's just call them (M) treated me with respect first and foremost. Neither of us played the blame game got right down to the business at hand. After a short conversation as they verified things I explained I was told my tickets were valid and although not the normal policy I would get them in the mail in a few days but they were actually expressed to me. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. No more pins and needles about the Show I'm to attend.
I get not refunding tickets unless a medical emergency, but not refunding fast lane pass when accidentally selected instead of chair rental is ridiculous. I meant to choose lawn chair rental and hit the wrong button. I immediately contacted customer service about the mistake and was denied. Now I am out $80. Never again, Live Nation!

Purchased 2 seats in section 300 for the Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert, forced to download the Live Nation App to retrieve tickets. They were switched to section 700. Two other people had tickets to these seats. Got stuck in the handicap section, so far over on the side of the stage my neck is still stiff from trying to see the concert. No refund, no partial refund, no NOTHING. It's not bad enough they kill us with the prices, they also have zero accountability for their wrong doings. Time to stand together.
Tip for consumers:
I will never buy concert tickets from Live Nation or Ticket Master again.
After my recent experience with LiveNation, I have no desire to return or to support them. I became severely ill with COVID-19 this past Friday (9/27/24) and also experienced a dental emergency the same day, so I ended up being unable to attend the concert I had tickets for that evening due to obvious extenuating circumstances. I reached out to Ticketmaster to explain my situation, and they said LiveNation flat out refuses to issue a refund to me. Apparently, the only situation they will do this for is if an event is cancelled. So, buyer beware! They will NOT refund your money! LiveNation cares more about money than about people being responsible and caring to not knowingly expose others to COVID-19. Shame on you, LiveNation!
Had ticket to see Steve Winwood and the Doobie Brothers on 8.3.24. Granted it was raining, but it didn't appear anyone knew how to direct parking. It took more than an hour trying to find parking - half of which was finding how to get to the right place to sit in line for another 30+ minutes for general parking. The cops were useless - they just sat in their cars blocking roads, and not directing traffic. When I finally got to the parking attendant, I asked if Steve Winwood was playing yet because I really only went to see him, and she used her radio to ask but no one bothered to answer. Then she tells me the price is $53.50! Nowhere did the parking signs indicate how much it was going to cost. She then directs me to the right where "there's plenty of parking" and there was none. I finally found one at the other end of the lot. All that time wasted. I paid for a fast lane ticket - except it wasn't fast - I got in faster in the regular line. And by the time I found my seat, I had already missed 3 songs. I don't know who made the decision but Steve only played 7 songs, and no encore - he said he had to cut it short because the Doobie Brothers had to get on. When weather causes a delay, the venue should permit the concert be extended the amount of the time the show was delayed so each band gets to play their allotted time. I will never go back to the Freedom Pavilion for a concert again. Management of logistics needs to be replaced with people that know what they're doing. Total waste of time and money.
Outlaws, 6/21/24, at Ameris Amphitheater outside Atlanta. Robert Plant/Alison Krause were excellent. Them came an impersonator for Bob Dylan. No close-up on screen cuz fake; no Dylan songs. Then no Willie Nelson. His "son" lipsyncing. Cheaters!
Tip for consumers:
No guarantee of named performers at concert

The absolute worse
Every part of their web design and app is uneccessary frustration
I had to click through I don't know how many portals and page loads just to see the option to click again to see a qr code
And that's not even talking about the constant emails "How was the show? Hey you didn't reply last time we'd love to hear from you. Still wondering if you liked the show?"
"Hey here is a concert you might like it's tomorrow on a different contienent"
And the fees and charges and constant texts and emails
I hope this company literally goes to hell
I bought tickets to Club Renaissance several months in advance of the Beyonce concert in Las Vegas, NV. I AM currently writing my review from a line where they cannot verify my identity AND it is the fourth place I was told to go by staff members. It is more than one hour past the show start time and in sitting outside.
This is the most horrible experience I've had. In for not need to spend thousands of dollars for this.
Beyonce and all other artists. Please do your fans better than this.
Very disappointed. Got tickets for the Jack Johnson's Performance that was cancelled half way. The company did not exchange the tickets to his other concert the night after despite still having venue capacity or even a half refund. Never again will buy concerts from Live Nation.
They said you could talk to the crew about how a tour is set up, instead you get a lame photo in front of a backdrop by yourself. Inhospitable and nasty staff scream at you to find your "VIP" ticket somewhere in the venue (some kind of scavenger hunt, wth?) while you miss the opening act. RIP OFF -- don't give these jerks your $.
Tickets that were sold to me for thousands of dollars to the recent Joni Mitchell concert had NO view of the performance. I travelled from Australia to Washington State with Row 7 seats, only to find that our view of the performance was completely obscured by stage equipment. I have been told that because the event has passed, no refunds are possible. The most unethical company I have encountered. Just because you have a ticket don't expect to be able to actually see the show. Disgusting
I had purchased Backstreet Boys concert tickets and the 3D collectors tickets to Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, I still haven't received the 3D collectors tickets even after sending livenation several email enquiries. No response. I am so disappointed and heartbroken.
Booked tickets for Eric Church and waited in traffic on Friday night for over 6 hours! Just four miles from the campground. Your fake security did nothing but block traffic. We spoke to people at the campground who carry and brought their personal gun to leave in their car. Dogs did not detect this. Since they can't keep anything organized, safe or enjoyable we didn't even stay for the concert. So bummed! And out over $400! I'll never book with Live Nation again.
Do NOT waste your money on star parking at white river in Auburn, WA. Not closer to the entrance, and while it technically does have its own exit, we sat while general parking moved along. Then they forced us to detour. Took an hour to get out of the lot and 5 miles down the road. Oh, and i've tried to post this review on the live nation site multiple times - amazingly, it keeps saying an error occurred, try again later. The more positive review I had about the concert itself posted right away with no issues.
Tried to buy tickets 3 times for a show on this site. None of these attempts work, it suggests you to sign up and have payment information entered before the ticket sale so you can get it faster. Well, nowhere in the account can you actually add payment information. Was trying to get tickets and had a screen saying "Tickets are about to become available, hold tight" and as soon as that loading ended there were no tickets left. Not only this, I had friends refreshing the page constantly to make sure they don't sell out. Well, refreshing the page seems to also knock you back in the queue at one stage of loading tickets, but not the next. Very confusing, terrible website design, at no point in my 3 tries did I ever see a ticket for sale when trying to get in demand tickets.
The worst and unfriendly website in America. Make sure you dont hit the wrong button because not only will you be totally out of luck but you will receive several Sorry-Too $#*!ing bad email replies. Purchased tickets for the wrong night and was not allowed to switch to the correct night... 6 weeks in advance of the event. Live Nation is organized crime and bookies... marking up tickets to which they acquire in large quantity. Along with Ticketmaster... Will never go to a concert again where I have to use their service
Tip for consumers:
I would avoid using this service. The arenas that are privately owned can continue to be assist bookies in this situation...

I've never had a bad experience until I started using ticketmaster. First off the fact you buy your tickets but can't look at them until often like half an hour before the event is idiotic. Second the app was terrible and barely functioning so I deleted it and was told I can use their website with my mobile internet, well their terrible amateur website doesn't work on my mobile internet either. Just let us download and view out tickets right away without using your terrible app or website anymore.

Live Nation supposedly offered "all in" $20 concert tickets for the nation going back to live shows. Turns out it's just a big scam. When you go to their site on the day sales allegedly start, there's nothing available. Avoid them like the plague!
If there was a lower rating I would have chosen it.
We purchased several tickets, then 3 days before the event 2 people in the group got covid so we tried to get refunds for those two. Spent several hours trying to find the correct way to make the request. After getting through and making the request we were informed a day later we had made the request less than 24 hours before the event. Had they been smart enough they would have looked at the time stamp, where it was 48 hours before. We tried for hours, greed is alive and well with these people

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! Unfortunately they are the only ones that sell the concert tickets I'm looking for or else I would never use them. Rude customer service and not willing to help (probably bc they know they don't have due to no competition with ticket sales) website is slow and unresponsive and wait times for representatives are long.
Its been a month a have never received my refund. The concert was cancelled. You can not talk to a live person. I've chatted twice and they will say nothing except its being processed. After asking who else I could speak to they ended the chat.
I'm 63 years old, and they won't give Me more than 8 minutes to fill out a form to apply to their services! I'm sorry, but old also means slower sometimes! Timing out on someone trying to purchase something from You is ridiculous! 0 STARS
I purchased 2 tickets and reserved 2 seats to see Rod Stewart at PNC Art. They overbooked! There were no seats left. It was totally insane. 100's of people standing no where to go. I had no choice except to leave. What a hugh disappointment. I purchased my tickets 6 months in advance for my sister's birthday. I can't express enough how much we were disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
Insane service fees and a purse size limit that requires your date to check it for a $10 fee with a disclaimer that they are not responsible for lost and stolen items. 4 bucks for a 12 ounce can of sods. This company is a borderline criminal enterprise. I will never see a performer that uses them ever again. They are not even worthy of one star.
I have a rather bad experience ordering tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert. The delivery took over a month, and no way to return the tickets in case of an emergency. It is also not allowed to sell them. Would not recommend
