I am not a professional racer but race my Mustang for fun on a local track.And even though it is only for fun my aim is to win so when I started having problem shifting I decided I needed a better clutch. I bought a Spec Clutch for my racing Mustang. The shifting is so much smoother now and I can handle the track much better with the new clutch. When I mentioned I was having problems shifting gears with my old clutch and could not get the performance I needed another racer mentioned the Spec clutch so I decided to give a a try. I had purchased from LMPerformance a few years ago and was satisfied so decided to give them another shot. I am happy that I did. I got a good price and am happy with the clutch performance.
Deducted 25% from my refund for defective items! Why? Terrible customer service! The worst company I've ever dealt with.
Lm performance was good to work with. However there shippers suck they were supposed to let me know an hour before they delivered so my fiancee could watch foraccept and inspect the package because i live in a basment apartment. They failed to call even though bill of lading said to with my correct number and delivered it to my landlord upstairs who signed for it unaware it needed to be inspected and it was damaged now im stuck paying 200 bucks to fix my new hood.
Horrible experience with late model performance. Ordered the QTEC cutouts with optional wireless remote control and turn down pipes. When the wireless remote and turn down pipes didn't show up, I called them. Immediately i was greeted by a very rude lady yelling at me that I needed to call them before ever ordering anything even though online it said items "in stock. I hope this isn't an indication on how you run your business or treat your customers.

Fair or not you are judged against your competition. The internet has made it a standard to ship out on the same day or the next business day. My order took over a week just to ship. For a "stocking distributor" that is unacceptable.
I ordered some headlights that the website stated as in stock that ended up being out of stock. I wish there had been some better communication about the status of my order. It's clear the owner cares a lot about his company.
I ordered a stainless works exhaust for my Cadillac CTSV. The exhaust showed up damage. I sent LM performance a claim. Never heard back from them no response. Do not buy from LM performance. They do not take care of you!

After four weeks of waiting on my clutch, getting the same non-answer from their online status form, I submitted an actual status request. Their web site assured me I'd get an answer by email within 48 hours. Didn't happen. A week later I did it again. Again, no answer.
At this point, I tried calling. Couldn't reach anyone. Six weeks now, no clutch, no customer service at all, following their prescribed process.
Frustrated by not getting my parts and not getting any customer service, I submitted a cancellation request. I got an email chastising me for not emailing them. WTF? Why tell me to use your web site forms to get status if it doesn't work, and I'm supposed to email instead? My order confirmation email actually told me NOT to respond by email!
To their credit, they canceled the order and refunded my money. But I wasted six weeks trying to buy from them.
Buyer beware, customer service is a foreign concept to LMPerformance.
My order hasn't shipped and it's been 3 weeks and they are telling me now they are hoping to have it shipped out 3 days shy of a month of my order date. Unacceptable. Rude support, bad communication, and you can't even leave a review on their website they employ to do reviews for them. Does not seem honest or transparent at all. Also I can't upload a proof of purchase because this website breaks when you try to upload so if I could review this review website while I'm at it it's also getting a 1 star, it's just the only website I can even find to leave a review about lmp. Lmp is a joke with a scam review system so they can maintain a lie of score. Would avoid this place any opportunity you have.

Hello, unfortunately, SPEC is made to order so it really depends on their production since it is being manufactured by SPEC. We have no control on when your order is shipped and what the ETA's will be. Also, getting a shipping quote held up the process. I apologize for your experience but unfortunately this is out of our hands and we have been very responsive with you on ETA's.
I ordered a cold air intake for my c7 zo6. They took the money immediately and on the website it had nothing about back order or wait time. I emailed after 1 week to check on the status then again and again. No response other then their checking on my order then after week 2 I called several times and got no response until I left a ugly message then Lexi called back telling me I haven't called and that it said it would be 14-21 day on the website which it didn't say that so after being called a liar I requested a refund then told her to $#*! off. The other reviews speak for themselves so do yourself a favor and find your parts elsewhere. If I could have given no stars I would have!

Actually in reality you never read on our site where you hit add to cart where it did say out of stock that's on you. We do respond to all contact efforts. We have been in business for 20 years and its not from lack of service. Next time you really should make sure you are looking at what you are ordering. Good luck finding that part anywhere btw. And yeah you cursed out a girl... big man, look at you! Do you need your binky or a quarter so you can call MA Bell?
I had hard time finding Bassani Headers for my Bronco.
Many on line retailers said they had them in stock, only to find out they didn't after placing the order.
LMPerformance went the extra mile for me and i had the headers within 2 weeks of placing my order.
These guys are top notch.
I had to call them and that was sometimes a hassle. Feedback, need more people to intake calls. Secondly, I wanted the part, and the person answering the call thought I was done and hung up, and I had to call back to say I still wanted the part, just my card was invalid. So she reworked my details, and called me back when it was complete, and she made up for the miscommunication.

I had no problem with LMPerformance, shipping or packing. The headlights I ordered were great. They just didn't light up the road enough and the shop couldn't adjust them any. So, I'm keeping the old stock headlights. I also got new new taillights and they they look great. At least the back end doesn't look dated.
I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab, however the kit was not long enough so I had to have a friend take me to get an extension. Also, the frame mounted hanger required a larger washer. I would think with the cost of this kit, I wouldn't have to spend extra to fully install it.
I ordered this hood to replace my old one because it has a few dents. This one comes in 3 months later. The box was torn up and looked like it been thru hell and back. The guy pretty much already had it opened for me when he showed up. I didn't even have to cut the box open. Sad. As I look further I see the hood came cracked. The company took pictures and filed a claim. I got ahold of imperformance.com and they try to tell me in order for me to get any type of help they need pictures of everything which is understandable. But then the guy proceeded to tell me that I need to get a legitimate estimate on the damage to continue with helping me. HAHAH. What a great company. Send me a damaged product and expects me to go out of my way and beyond to get a estimate and send it back to them. That's a joke. Please don't order anything from this website. Spend a little extra and get it from somewhere legit. This place is a scam. The people working here aren't helpful at all.

We cant help you if you can do even do a basic repair estimate. This is what the hood company is asking for. Why did you not at least do this? Why are you slandering us? Why did you not inspect the hood upon delivery? Its all over the site and we also sent you a separate email with delivery instructions. You decided to ignore this and not inspect the delivery. We are only trying to help you out and you did not even want to do a basic repair estimate but instead spread slanderous lies?
Got my new Roush floor mats and installed them and started back inside my gay and saw on the box a warning to not install until I watched a video on how to do so. So I messed up, I put the cart before the horse so too speak lol. So I watch the video after I installed the mats. I lucked up. I had done it just as the video sat. Folks these mats are awesome and if you own a Ford truck pay the extra five dollars and get the Roush mats.
The seats ordered for my husband's dune buggy arrived safely, very quickly & on time for his birthday, he installed them & they work great, & they're comfortable!

I searched everywhere [or so it seems] to find this special flywheel to adapt a T56
6-speed transmission to a Big Block Chev., and I even ordered 1 from a competitor and they cancelled my order without an explaination. I called and emailed them to find out why, they eventually told me the part was out of stock and when they re-order the price will be higher.
LMPerformance sold me the part at a great price, and delivered the part quickly.
Shipping was good, customer service or support is not so good. I have put in 2 requests regarding a release or throw out bearing and nobody has responded to the request.
I ordered a carbon fiber demon hood for my challenger. Website says in bright green "in stock, ships in 5 days" when in fact they are not in stock. They push the blame onto Anderson composites which apparently is "understaffed" and new staff are "Damaging orders". Took a week just to process my transaction, had to call and follow up for that so it would actually be "processed". Then I waited and waited with no follow up besides automated messages saying it's not shipping until late May now. One of their employees helped me get to the "owners" voicemail with no call back. Owner emailed me which I have no idea who I'm talking to because there is no signature or introduction. Gave me the run around. Owner tells me to call for updates. So I do and I got Laura who is their employee for tracking and she was extremely rude to me. Now they're saying 6-8 weeks for shipping for an "in stock" item. I cancelled my order real easy. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible etiquette and plainly false advertisement. Steer clear of them, order from Anderson themselves, cuts out the middle man pointing fingers at each other.

Sorry you could not wait on this order, everything i said was the truth. AC/SEBON gets these parts from CHINA and also we were told that they do not have enough workers to ship products out and so the lead time FOR INSTOCK ITEMS is now 3-6 weeks from ANDERSON COMPOSITES. I said you could call them yourself to verify this is true, we have nothing to hide. Our site says VENDORS TYPICALLY TAKE 5 DAYS. That includes ALL vendors, however since I am now being told from customer service reps that they are not 3-6 weeks we have updated that information on the site. I know you are blaming us but this is the world we live in now with shortages and lack of workers. Also you will find this is exact information from every other vendor who sells Anderson Composites products. The fact that you canceled your order will only mean you have to go back to end of the line for your part and now you will wait even longer. We have been in business for more then 21 years and its not from lying to people. Good Luck!
On-line purchase was smooth. Delivery of product was extremely quick. Prices and shipping are very competitive. I think the actual website design and use itself can benefit from improvement.
Ended up needing to contact them three times and each time they were very helpful. Very helpful when there was a missing tool in the box and got it taken care of quickly.
I purchased a product that their website stated would fit my vehicle. When attempting to install, it did not fit. They never returned my phone call when I contacted their installation department. When I sent the product back, they are not willing to accept that they promoted the product as fitting my vehicle and keep trying to direct me to the manufacturer, who doesn't want to help because the part was attempted to be installed. How else would I know that the part would not fit without attempting to have it installed?! I went based off of their website stating that it would fit my vehicle. Very disappointed with the customer service. They labeled my return as "buyer's remorse" which is inaccurate. My return was because they stated it would fit my vehicle and it did not. Rather then step up and recognize their error in stating that the item would fit my vehicle, and do the right thing and refund my money, they keep trying to point me in the direction of the manufacturer. Extremely frustrated as it appears that I'm going to be out $300.
