I am not a professional racer but race my Mustang for fun on a local track.And even though it is only for fun my aim is to win so when I started having problem shifting I decided I needed a better clutch. I bought a Spec Clutch for my racing Mustang. The shifting is so much smoother now and I can handle the track much better with the new clutch. When I mentioned I was having problems shifting gears with my old clutch and could not get the performance I needed another racer mentioned the Spec clutch so I decided to give a a try. I had purchased from LMPerformance a few years ago and was satisfied so decided to give them another shot. I am happy that I did. I got a good price and am happy with the clutch performance.
Deducted 25% from my refund for defective items! Why? Terrible customer service! The worst company I've ever dealt with.
I have purchased a CM fx 250 and install it on my own, I have contacted CM also and at present breaking this clutch kit to 555 miles since I on a 2010 Subaru WRX, I have take pics and videos of the install and it went well pedal feel is so much better softer than the exedy stage 1 with a act flywheel that I only got ******* miles and that's a plus for WRX firewall spot welds. So I will update on this CM fx 250, now let's get some miles on this bad boy.
LMP went above and beyond for my order. Even amongst delays from manufacturers, they took care of me anytime I had questions about my order and provided many updates.
I haven't received my order yet but I am looking forward to receiving it I don't know how much longer to wait for it hopefully it works out good thank you
It was an overall pleasant experience buying from LMP. I had never heard of them prior to making this purchase so I was a bit skeptical about giving them a try but they surpassed my expectations I ordered a Borla Exhasut sometime in late july and due to the pandemic I was expecting to receive my order in late September but no their team got me my item in about 2 weeks from the time of purchase during a global pandemic I can only imagine what they are like when things are normal I was very impressed definitely will be bringing my business back in the near future for my car needs.
I bought a corsa sport to extreme exhaust with active valves from LMPerformance and let me say worst service I've ever had to deal with once they take your money will try do nothing and insult you when speaking about your problems of the product you bought from their website. I bought an exhaust first tried to screw me over a cancellation and return and charge me for a stock fee bare minimum of 10% and on top of that a late shipment fee and refunded me for $150 just to remove a bad review of that. Then I receive the exhaust which mind you I didn't want anymore but had to keep box came in damaged parts were damaged and now telling me there's a warranty I had to fill out after asking and refusing to help me and insulting me when I said it should be in an email when confirmation of bought product and told me and I quote "I shouldn't have to tie your shoes for you" no you shouldn't but your being paid to do your job so let me tell you don't buy anything from them it is not worth it what do ever go to corsa's main website or American muscle they will take the return no problem and when having problems will refund you and give you extra store credit for it.

I have spent thousands of dollars through LMP and on my last purchase, it will be my last. Beware if you are purchasing off road parts being shipped to CA do not buy from LMP. The sent me an out dated x pipe that did not match my headers and they would not help in returning or fixing the situation. The woman that i spoke with on the phone, "Maria" was very rude and did not help one bit. Very poor customer service as to what they say on their website. My thing is, if you sent me the wrong parts, you should fix it, that is if you want to keep your customers happy and your business successful. Instead she explained my ONLY option was to pay for shipping back to the east coast then back to CA. I will no longer be recommending LMP to any of my friends and i warn those who do buy from them.
Then after posting this same review on their Facebook page to warm future customers, they send me an email that was very unprofessional. They stated that they will now refuse the return of my items and refuse future buys from them (which i wouldn't buy from them ever again anyway) and threatened to tell BBK not to exchange parts for me, which in fact had already had them switch due to LMP not helping :)
These were labeled very nice and went in so easy and they look great i will be ordering more stuff in the future shipping was fast as well
Like the title indicates, I received the wrong radiator. I'm having difficulty in getting any resolution from LMP. The first step is for them to get me a prepaid label to return the radiator. I had to get PayPal involved to get LMP to generate one. It was at this point that I found out that the incorrect radiator was drop shipped by Max Performance. The Corvette radiator was returned to Max Performance. I have emailed LMP requesting an estimated ship date. Support is not responding AT ALL. LMP has over $300 of my money. I'm tired of nagging LMP. At this point I would prefer getting my money back.
I received a phone call From LMP that went to voicemail but indicated that something will be done to finally resolve my issue. This is not entirely LMP's fault as they drop ship from Max Performance. But if LMP is going to drop ship they need have a procedure in place to babysit some of the problem manufacturers. I ordered a Pypes exhaust from LMP which was drop shipped and had absolutely no problems.
We are very sorry this is still ongoing and we were completely unaware you have not received your radiator. We were under the impression you were already taken care of by Cold Case. Please contact us on Monday at 866.567.2001 as we are not open on Sundays.
We have been trying to get Cold Case to do this for you now since 7/6/20. Cold Case Told us they sent UPS PICKUP out twice and return labels directly too you. (Also you did a charge-back already on us as well). We ordered the correct part that you asked for and Cold Case must have sent you the wrong order. Cold Case is also responsible for sending on the correct part to you, i will follow up with them as well as this is the first time we have heard that Cold Case did not send correct radiator yet.
Here are the emails we have been sending back and forth showing we have been working on this problem for you, we do not ignore problems and we try to work with vendors and customers so this does not happen. Sometimes vendors do not feel the same way since we are in-between the customer and them so they do not have to take any blame. Here are just SOME of the emails that have been going back and forth to try to fix this issue. We are looking forward to correcting this issue with you and making sure COLD CASE sends the correct part to you.

There are no identifying markings on the radiator that I received other than the Cold Case logo on the core. I
Can tell you for certain that it does not look anything like the radiator that is shown for my application. It has
Mounting brackets on each side. The are no provisions for connecting the automatic transmission fluid
Lines. The petcock is on the opposite side of the radiator. The dimensions of the core excluding brackets is 24”
Horizontal by 15” vertical. I intentionally have not removed the plastic bag it is in. If you need specific pictures,
