The lawn guys they hire through subcontracting are unreliable and provide average to terrible service. The guy who showed up today in a broken down car, a push mower and a weed eater was the last straw (I verified this review with a photo of the broken down car and weed eater). I'm cancelling my service. I can find a neighborhood kid with the same equipment and better reliability for a fraction of the cost.
