Customer service is an absolute ZERO. They don't pick up the phone ever. I got a defective item and they offered me 15% refund to take it to get repaired. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They do not stand behind their product or their customers.

I bought this bag to use on my wedding day, which means I BARELY used it, and it ended up looking like it's falling apart (see pictures). For the price of this bag (especially with its size) the horrible quality is shocking...I was looking forward to using it more casually after the wedding but unfortunately it's a one-time use item...the fact that I couldn't review this on their website shows they try to hide reviews.
I found these super cute shoes for a wedding on their site and bought it immediately without looking at reviews on other sites. I received it and it's so uncomfortable - it runs small and it looks like it would fall apart after a few times and the price you pay is not worth it at all. The photos look so pretty and look high quality but I didn't feel it lived up to it. When i contacted customer service they weren't helpful with their terrible exchange policy/ return. I usually almost never return anything unless and my size is usually perfect in most brands but this was not the case. I just want to warn other people to make sure you try it in person.
I would not buy from them again because of their lack of service. They don't have any reviews on their site or try to hide it which I find misleading.
Almost $500 gone! Merchant refused to refund money after FedEx left package which was stolen.
No package no refund. If you know what's good for you do not order from this merchant. The merchant refused to refund after package not received.

I ordered these shoes in my usual 9 1/2 it the shoes run at least a whole size smaller. Although this wasn't my typical experience with Loeffler Randall shoes-it would've been helpful had they indicated on their website to order a size up. Since, the shoes were part of a final sale-no returns, exchanges, credit, or refunds. Customer service reps suggested that I buy a shoe stretcher from Amazon or find a good cobbler. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. The items are too expensive for such poor customer service.
I purchased a pair of Juniper Pleated Bow Espadrille in natural colour from loefflerrandall.com during sales (Order number: *******). The item was marked as final sale, no return and no exchange. Upon receiving my order, I found that pair of shoes was defective. The knot on the left shoe was much bigger than that on the right. And this was not just a cosmetic issue, due to the unusually large knot, the front part of left shoe was very tight and the huge knot was pressing down on my foot, making it painful and extremely uncomfortable. I emailed to their customer service officer immediately with photos, and finally received their reply after 10 days. Ms. Chelsea agreed that I could send the shoes back using their prepaid shipping, and they " would be more than happy to inspect this shoe to confirm if it is in fact, defective, and offer either a refund ( or what? Never mentioned in the email)" if they are able to confirm the case. However, the return shipping labels attached in her email was in jpg form with very low resolution. After I printed out the labels, I found the images were very blurry and the address couldn't be seen clearly. I worried that the label couldn't be scanned properly so I emailed them again, requesting for shipping label in higher resolution. Guess what? It has been another 15 days and despite my two emails, there has been no reply from them. I wonder if they will ever reply to me again. The whole experience is quite a torture. It is the first time I purchased from them and it is certainly the last time too!
