On 3/22-2022 I placed an order online for 2 Hibiscus in 4" pots. I had them hold the shipment until 4/5 a part of their regular service. I received the plants that were healthy looking. Now I keep very good records of my orders and copy and pasted from their website my order summary which had shipping at $17.95 for a total of $67.85. Went to pay my credit card and Logee's had the total of $104.79, the shipping charge was $54.89. Watch you charges, they are saying I opted for overnight shipping. Why would I ship it overnight when I am having them hold it for 2 weeks and why was I able to copy and paste the order summary with different shipping and total? Got in contact with Logee's, they will not do anything. In the end the plant's were in good shape, but I feel Logee's should reinstate my $17.95 shipping and reimburse me $36.94 overcharge, to make things right.

I've ordered from them 4 times. The plants were packed securely, and they arrived in great condition. Every plant that I've ordered from them is still alive and thriving. I don't know how their customer service is because I've never been dissatisfied with their products.
Ordered a 3 pack off variegated Bougainvillea plants. Although the price was a little high, the plants were packed well for shipping and got here in excellent condition. They have a nice web-site and offer a huge variety of garden plants.
Tip for consumers:
If you go the web-site you will spend a lot of time cruising through their plants being offered for sale.
Logees sends healthy, decent sized plants and I love their selection! Wonderful company which I highly recommend!
