When I first contacted them I was a bit worried about getting a good website for my business. But I was more than happy to see the final results as they were even better than what I expected from them.

THANK YOU to everyone who posted a honest review. I almost placed an order with them until I read the reviews here, on Yelp and saw the BBB's "F" rating. Your reviews saved me from what was sure to be a disaster.

"Kevin Brown" sent me a link to make a payment, and apparently they've changed names to LogoJeeves. (He had told me over the phone that the company name was LogoBench). What made me suspicious is that they would not accept PayPal, and he wanted me to give him my credit card info over the phone... after a 3 minute phone call. Ratchet!

Working with logo bench was pretty simple, streamline and the results were exactly what I hoped for. The creativity of their design and image arrangement was really impressive. I have used them for two sets of logos for my two separate businesses - I have recommended them to friends and colleagues :)

They made the process of designing really very interactive. Most agencies work in isolation and never leaks any detail as to how they would go about the designing process. But they were pleasantly different to say the least

Be careful this site is a scam, if you receive any logo they will provide with logos bought from the internet and when question it they will stop interacting with you. They will also not give you your money back at any stage and do not give you the final product. Stay away

I was searching for the best logo design company and the LogoBench designs got my attention. It was an excellent experience working with the LogoBench team till the end. The whole process was smooth and professional with prompt services. I love my new logo. Thank you for such an amazing service.

The video that logobench created for us managed to gain the response that we had been hoping for. The animated video was not only informative but was entertaining as well managing to attract and hold the attention of the audience.

The website they designed for us was outstanding and it was very easy to navigate as well. I wanted a really good website designed for my business as it was newly developed and they did the work just in accordance with my demands.

I did not get any service from this company. My client called me and cancelled the web project, I paid upfront to LogoBench for the website project they charged me $500, I called them and told them few days later that my client did not pay me as promised and cancelled the project. Since no work was done I contacted logobench to get my money back and wrote numerous emails and phone calls they were very uncooperative and trying to hold my money and say to use it for a future project, I said no this $500 was for this projects, no work was done and my client cancelled the project, so Logobench did not refund me, I am now forced to contact my bank and file a chargeback dispute, the gentleman brian williams was very unprofessional and promised me refunds and did not honor his word. I strongly advise you not to work with this company, very poor service.

The speed and efficiency of the design was incredibly well and over delivered. Clear communications was the niche of the Logo Company! The final design is beautiful and the process was smooth and easy. My rating would be 10 on 10.

So I have been trying for 2 years to get a refund and nothing! From the very beginning I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. And they also copyrighted the logo that they designed for us, and I have been seeing in these bad reviews that we weren't the only ones they did this too! Wow total SCAMS! Do not do business with LOGOBENCH. Take your business elsewhere!

Please read the negative reviews - they are the truth. I had the same experience as others and only because I wouldn't let them off the hook and I paid through PayPal did I get my money back! Their website is misleading - the logos can't be produced by them - what we got was all clip art and they couldn't do anything custom. Brian William and Zack lured me in just like many others and then the lies begin as soon as they've got your money. I agree with others that their names can't be real and they don't understand english enough to follow any directions or special requests. I pictured a boiler room with a bunch of 12-15 year olds getting paid 10 cents per logo. RUN - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Save your time, your patience and your money.

Do not waste your money with these guys. The first sign that these guys are frauds were the made up names like Brian Williams and Sam Lucas. I have heard of Internet scams perpetrated by Indians but this is the first time I got scammed by them. They take your money and then it's impossible to get ahold of them. They assign you to a "project manager" who is always away or in meetings. When you ask to speak to someone who is in charge they tell you your project manager is the only one who can help you. I call my project manager and he doesn't answer for days and when I call the main number they don't answer either or when they do they tell me the project manager is in the hospital or in a meeting. I have reported them to the BBB and I hope the local or state authorities will arrest them all and close down their online theft of trusting citizens.

It was a great experience working with them. They handled all our social media accounts really well and the number of customers got increased as well. I am extremely satisfied with their services.

This is my second logo with your company, and Im equally content, equally satisfied as was the last time. Just a suggestion, please buy more phone lines; it was often busy when I called. Thank you.

They are not in California as they say, They are thieves they took $9000 from me, I went to their address physically 'NOT FOUND'

Horrible service! I ordered a website and paid $750.00 dollars for it and still 5 months later I have no website. I have over 50 emails going back and forth and not even seen anything. I have work with 3 different designers only because the ones I have talked to DONT WORK THERE ANYMORE. Wonder why? DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Never use this $#*!ing company, I ordered logo, webdesign, and labels, they took the money did not finish any of it, did not refund the money I am surprise the FBI not on their $#*! yet,

Guys whom ever got scam from this guy's dispute the charges through your credit card company.

They are FRAUDS. TELL EVERYONE! DO NOT USED LOGOBENCH!
Logobench ignored all emails, messages, and just did not provide the services I paid for. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me my money back. They basically stole my money since they failed to provide the services I paid for as well as refund the money that they advertise is 100% refundable.

I asked LogoBench to help us with the Logo design services. They are professional in their custom logo design services and created unique designs for us to show the brand to the world.

I paid this company a downpayment for 3 separate projects. All were very simple. I cant speak to anyone there and communicate in english. They interrupt you, dont listen and cannot speak clearly. I have explained clearly and sent several emails with a description of what I need and they will not complete my order, yet they continue to call for the 2nd half of payment, when they have not even sent me a proof of my design! Terrible waste of time and money, I told them to keep my deposit and NEVER call me again. I am turning them into the BBB as SEVERAL other companies have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH LOGOBENCH!

Hired them for a logo and the quality was poor. I wouldn't recommend them as I had to go with another service to get the logo I wanted. I saved money and got better service elsewhere.
