The time they took really baffled me a lot but then again you cant have everything you hope for. The design was perfect and really clicked to a great extent. I run a tech company so by virtue of being surrounded by many artistic minds, any new design comes under harsh scrutiny but most people appreciated it. So, big thanks to Logobench team
These guys are scam artists. They produce extremely low quality work (after they've pressured you into buying one of their more expensive packages). A month later and I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are going unanswered, they delete my Facebook posts and ignore my messages. All they want is your money - they do not care about the customer.
In addition to using already copyrighted material, they lie on the website stating money back guarantee. They do not give a full refund.
They been horrendous to work with. They owe my company over $1000. 00 and have cost us months in delays..
It says free but its not after spending a few minute making the logo they ask for 20 usd in the check out.
A scam avoid it
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN ONLY SPEAK WITH A HALF WIT IN A CALL CENTER AND THEY DONT DELIVER WHAT THE PROMISE OR THE TIME SCHEDULE THEY PROMISE.
Logobench customer service was superior and effective the design of my new company logo look awesome :)
