Terrible experience, stay away from this company. Never received my order and impossible to get a refund. Customer service lied that they've processed a refund, which never happened! This business is not legit.
This company are a disgrace! I purchased a £400 nuface toner then decided to return. They made me buy a returns label
From them then have lost the item. They keep giving me excuses and not getting to the point in any messages to me. They have stolen my money and product. Yes this constitutes theft in the eyes of the law. Will I ever get my £400? I have even asked them just to send back my parcel if they don't want to refund the money.
I have proof of postage and delivery and they won't help me. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT THEY WILL KEEP THE PRODUCT AND NOT RETURN YOUR

I just received an order with a defective product (mascara with faulty wand and what looks like silver shard inside the tube). I contacted Customer Service via Live Chat and after 15 minutes of chatting and a lot of waiting, was asked to upload a photo to a different part of the website, which I happily did. I thought it would end there, but my Customer Service rep then said she'd send me an email and label to send the product back. Okay, sounds normal enough, until you read the fine print instructions:
*Write "returned items" on the box, or no replacement or refund.
*Package carefully and make sure you track and insure the item (since it's my responsibility until received by LF) but don't spend any more than 15% of the product's value on shipping, tracking and insuring? (Remember, this is a mascara and the Post Office just raised their rates again last week)
*Stand in the nasty, probably COVID-infested line at the Post Office and attempt to get your package mailed according to the instructions for a bargain price.
*Don't forget to get a receipt for said shipping, because when you get home, you'll need to scan it and find somewhere on the website to upload it to beg for a reimbursement of your shipping costs.
Allow 10 days for them to receive the package, but don't forget to spend the next 10-14 days continuing to track it's progress to make sure there isn't a problem with it getting there. Sure, I have nothing better to do with my days. (:: eye roll: :)
Seriously? They are clearly avoiding normal practices like prepaid shipping labels and easy return/replacements of defective products in an effort to frustrate customers sufficiently that a certain percentage will just say forget it- and they can pocket what should be a refund. Ridiculous and definitely not worth risking my time and efforts again.
I ordered perfume that is still not widely available in stores. It was suppose to be delivered in two weeks but did not show up. They were responsive when I inquired about the order. They said it would come in 48 hours. It did eventually come after a week. I was happy that I did not lose my money. But when I started using the perfum I found it did not have staying power like the sample I had tried that got me to locate the perfum. Sephora had sent me me sample and I could not find this perfum at any store including Sephora. I suspect that the perfum is watered down. It's my first and last time buying from this supplier. From now on I will stick with brand name stores to avoid disappointment. Perfum was not cheap at 179.00 Canadian for 100oz.
I ordered a kerastase product more than 2 weeks ago. The product never arrived. There is no way to contact them apart from using some dodgy messaging service. I asked them to cancel my order and they told me that i can do this myself. When i click on the 'cancel order' button, it throws me back an error message. Messaged them using the dodgy messaging service again and they again said i can do this myself. Basically a robot replies back and signs the message as Mohamed. I dont actually think this is a real website at all. They stole my money and i dont ever think i will get it back. Bunch of thieves..
Ordered item appeared to be in stock…. 4 weeks later no delivery… no way to communicate with them (it's all Bots). Had to get my credit card company to refund. Stay away
Absolute trash. I sent 3 cancelation requests and they were "unable to cancel as it was already dispatched". It was not dispatched, I had placed moments before and it was night time on a holiday.
I'm sure their return process is an absolute nightmare as well. I will never go to this website again.
I just received a foot spa that I ordered and it is used. Firstly it is very unhygienic to be using a foot spa that someone else has already used and secondly if I wanted a second hand item, I would have purchased it from eBay or gumtree.
I made a purchase at look fantastic, and paid for next day delivery because I was going to travel the next day! But it was not what was promised, my delivery did not arrive the next day, I contacted them but they did not respond. Ah 6am the next day they sent me an email saying my order would be delayed! And they gave me a £5 discount on my next purchase! I don't want £5 on next purchase look fantastic i want my order next day delivered! You don't deliver what you promise! I do not recommend this company!
Spent $350 on the skin products on 21 Apr 2022. They were supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days via Express post. However, until now (9 May 22), I still haven't received them. I sent emails to follow up and still hasn't received any response from them!
Absolute garbage customer service. They ship wrong product, I am expected to pay $ 40+ to send it back when I paid $22 in the first place to have it delivered. I'm in Canada and they make you think they are too, but they're in England with returns to Poland. Ludicrous. Never again. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.
Do not order from here. They promised tracked delivery within 3-5 days if a certain min. Order threshold is met, however it's an outright lie and the parcel is completely untracked and late, and customer service will refused to deal with it and say just to wait as they have no idea where it is. Completely unprofessional, lure you in with discounts vs. other reputable e-commerce sites.

A complete scam. You'll get the total runaround, lies about shipping/tracking number, no refunds or replacements. I'll be letting my bank's FRAUD department handle this.
I placed my order on March 15, and the estimated delivery was between Mar 23 and 28. I waited for a week and found a bit strange that the parcel still not turned up. So, I sent an enquiry to the CS team. The team told me that the delivery normally takes 30 days to be delivered after the order was placed. I was surprised because I got the email or even their website stated the estimated delivery would be a 8 to 13 day period. The reply from the first CS was so confusing and I needed to send another follow-up message to check again. Subsequently, the other CS told me that they were looking into the case and waiting for the updates from the courier team. On and on, I got at least 3 times the same feedback for all my follow-up enquiries. Finally, I raised the request to cancel the order and refunded via the separate CS live chat. That CS told me that they couldn't arrange anything until the investigation of the incident is done. That's insane, I finally gave up and told the CS to escalate my request to the complaint team. I suspected that would another round of pointless conversation. I don't expect that I can take my money back. But I'd like to share my experience and let all of you think before placing any new orders with this brand if you don't want to experience similar situation like me.
I advise anyone considering placing an order with this company not to. They have lied to me about my order, they deceive and potentially I doubt I'll get my order. I am going to see my solicitor on Monday as I'm not waiting for Look Fantastic to sort this out anytime soon.
I entered an order, while tracking it showed that the order had been "recalled" which they show as a "return". My credit card was already charged and they kept a nice 28% tip by not fully refunding the charge. DO NOT do business with Lookfantastic!
I bought 5 items 20 days ago I received 3 items and they told me to re pay for other 2 items. I sent proof that I paid for all 5 items at once and they said they can see that so the finance team will resolve within 3 to 5 days... its now been 20 days and I'm told another 3 to 5 days. Daylight robbery
Save your time, money, energy and stress! This website is a JOKE! They messed up my order, almost charged me twice and couldn't even answer me or assure me what exactly was going on.
Absolutely USELESS, UNHELPFUL, APATHIC and CARELESS customer service. Totally rubbish. You'll waste your time chatting to their incompetent "agents" (I think they use machines, it can't be possible), they'll make stupid security questions - even though you've already answered those questions in the beginning, they'll take forever to answer your questions and NOT fix the problem at the end. They don't even apologise or show any discontentment for any upsetting situation you might be experiencing because of their stupidity.
On top of that, they don't meet their delivery times. The website says they deliver in 1-2 days and I've been waiting for my parcel for a week now... and let me tell you, I don't think it's arriving anytime soon.
Only if I knew... I should've suspected the amazing price attractiveness. So, please, save your time and energy. Pay more if you have to, but at least you'll have your products on time and will be treated fairly.
I sent a NuFace device for return on 5th January 2022. In March I got it back as it could not be delivered to the address which LookFanstic gave to me. On 23rd March 2022 I sent it once again. It is 11th April 2002 I still did not get neither a refund for my device nor for the first postal services which was promised to me in written form. Everytime I ask a customer service to assist the only suggestion I get "please wait". It is awful! I will not recommend anybody to use this website!
It's true that they can split your order into different parcels (which can be dispatched and delivered on different days), which is not very convenient.
However, I got everything I ordered, it was okay, not broken or anything. If you would like to get tracked delivery, you need to spend more money (or pay for the tracked delivery).
This website is nothing special really, but at least there can be good discounts from time to time.
Answer: Did you eventually get your order? I'm from SG too and it's been close to a month, and nothing.
