I've ordered off these guys a few times now, all the way from New Zealand and I only have good things to say.
Yes it does take a while to get here (3 weeks or so) but it's so worth it when everything is so much cheaper than what you buy in stores.
They've always sent me my free gift and accepted my discount coupons.
2 Other girls at work got me onto this website and they've never had any problems with them either. So many products to choose from!
Received my order within 48 hours (no charge) I normally use Boots, purchasing online with them has become stressful, locking me out of my account then asking me to make a new e-Mail. This was stress free, cheaper I also got a free primer with my Touche Eclat. I'm a happy customer, thank you, will be using again
I came on here to find help for an item exchange and I'm so confused about all of the bad reviews! I have been ordering with LookFantastic for years and literally never once had a problem, the only time I've ever had anything close to a problem was yesterday when I received an eyeshadow palette in which one had broken during transit, I messaged their customer service team to ask if I could exchange for another and they replied saying it had been processed and I would receive an email shortly to say it had been despatched. Problem solved! I don't understand how it has such a bad rating it's literally my go-to. Great discounts too!
It's true that they can split your order into different parcels (which can be dispatched and delivered on different days), which is not very convenient.
However, I got everything I ordered, it was okay, not broken or anything. If you would like to get tracked delivery, you need to spend more money (or pay for the tracked delivery).
This website is nothing special really, but at least there can be good discounts from time to time.
I ordered a hair product as a gift to a friend through this site.
The package never arrived.
When I reached out to customer service to resolve this, they said they couldn't resolve it with me because the package was shipped someone else.
Even though I placed and paid for the order.
So now I can't get my money back.
And if my friend ever wants to receive his gift, he has to try and resolve this personally with the company.
Trying to do something nice for someone I care about. Instead, it's a headache for us both.

Just recently came across this website and bought a hair care item and perfume. The products itself was all good and sealed fine. In the box there also was a protective layer.
They do have some good deals on the website and a good range of different products.
Delivery was quite fast as it only took 3 days (I live in the UK).
Only kind of complaint I had was that the parcel seem like it wasn't sealed properly at the bottom, it was slightly opened but nothing major like damaged products or a really damaged box.
I would definitely purchase from here again
I ordered a few things from them without checking internet reviews... soon I thought I was scammed when did not arrive and they reply was to wait for a month... truth be told, after a month they offered a refund and in 48hrs this was done... however products never arrived to Hong Kong.
I made a purchase on May 4 and the wrong address was self corrected. Reached out to look fantastic straight away and on live chat (no phone number listed) I asked them to correct the postcode and they said they couldn't do it because it's already been 15 minutes since I ordered. It took 20 mins just to get a hold of someone. So my parcel went to an unknown address apparently. They wouldn't cancel or edit address. What company ships something in 15 minutes?
Total scam. Avoid at all cost
This is the second time over a couple of years that the return process goes wrong.
I took time out of my day to go to the post office to post the return, as per Look Fantastic's request, using the return address and PO box number provided by Look Fantastic, and 6 weeks later, I am contacted by a third party courier who tells me that the return has bounced back / hasn't been collected by Look Fantastic, and that I need to go collect it.
At this point, I had taken time out of my day to go to the post office, paid for the return, AND provided proof of postage to Look Fantastic, and when I contact them to tell them what has happened, their reply is "Go pick up the item from the third party courier and post it to us again or we won't be processing your refund".
The third party courier is located in the opposite end of town - a 30 minute drive in each direction.
I had this same experience a couple of years back and it's repeating itself.
Consider me a customer lost. HORRIBLE and utterly unprofessional service. You should NOT be servicing the UAE market if you do not have the capabilities to do so.
My very first and certainly last business with Lookfantastic. They shipped goods from UK but didn't let me know that. As far as I'm concerned, I made my payment and it's a fairly large order (more's the pity) and the app says explicitly that orders above 200 have free delivery. At the point of delivery, I'm told that there are extra delivery charges. It's not a problem paying delivery, but I don't appreciate it being just dropped on my head. When I brought it up with them, they were absolutely useless. And zero business sense as well. They could've atleast offered an item or a % off from the next purchase or something to show they're trying to make up for their mistake, because they're the party that goofed up! Instead they brought up things they've hidden in fine print. If things go to litigation, sure go and comb the fine print. What is your point in bringing up fine print with a customer who has paid upfront for goods yet not received! If it involves shipping from outside the country and additional charges then the customer has to be informed at the point of purchase and not at the doorstep.
I don't recommend these guys at all. Absolutely stupid.
Believe me no matter how much you want some product just avoid this e-commerce. They use the worst courier service in the world. My parcel has been stuck since 15 days apparently for no reason. I have to now soon leave India without my product and 6000 Rs. Wasted on a bull$#*! of a company. Please please dont use this site. Even 1 rating is too much
I've placed an order of a high value 1 month ago. My order is marked as delivered but never received anything compagnie keep on replying with robotic answer and asking me to wait ages. Do no trust them I'm still waiting to understand where's my order
I ordered an advent calendar at the end of September. I got about a dozen shipment notifications and a tracking number, but DHL has never even received the package from them. Their customer service is some sort of email bot, that cannot answer specific questions - definitely not a human on the other side of their emails. I tried looking up their company executives and found there are none. It seems like a fancy front end website, which looks great. Don't give them your credit card information.
I placed an order which they claim was dispatched and despite several follow ups via message which is the only option to contact customer service I am only receiving auto response emails about returning items that have never arrived. No resolution in sight and certainly no refund. This site is a scam. Beware!
The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
They shipped only half the items in order even though they claimed to have sent all the items. 7 out of 14 received. The package was in blue plastic bag. No wrapping. All the items were broken or damaged.
Their customer service is unbelievably stupid and incompetent. Asked questions like did some of the items get accidentally delivered to a neighbours house even though I had used the click and collect service. I had to repeat my message 4 times and they came back with nonsense replies.
Not sure if these guys are just extremely stupid or scammers but the outcome is the same.
I bought two bottles of Perricone MD from Look Fantastic and they are definitely not the same as the one that I already had. I am familiar with this product so I know the smell and the texture isn't right. Maybe it's been in storage too long or maybe it fake. I won't be buy from here again.
When my parcel arrived from Look Fantastic it was soaked in shampoo due to poor packing of my order.
I therefore sent the shipment back and filed a complaint that has been pending for weeks.
Today, almost a month later, l am still waiting for my products that I payed for on Black Friday.
I have urged customer service to resolve the issue by simply replacing the damaged products that was returned to them.
I'm sorry to say that their level of service is terrible, which is a shame since their product range and offers are good.
Did not ship either package for sure because it says they split my order into two separate shipments neither of which arrived though it says it did!
Contacted Canada Post they said my name or address isn't even in the system for any parcels

Very bad customer service. They sent the package with wrong information, and they took 20 days to reply to my email. The items are damaged in transit and they didn't refund me until today.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this website, if what you are looking for can be found elsewhere (like Amazon), go to the other websites.
I placed an order on Look Fantastic three weeks ago. Although the order never shipped, is not even in the process of shipping, and despite my requesting at least 4 times that they cancel the order, they are holding on to my funds. The parent company is having financial difficulty and it seems they are trying to artificially pump up their revenue-- at the expense of anyone foolish enough to place an order with them. When you think about it, it's a great business model: take money, never ship the product!
