EACH AND EVERY bad review here is true, they do not send your order and don't even refund your money! DO NOT ORDER.
They draw you is saying that if you spend a minimum amount you will get a free gift. Then they don't send the free gift or any replacement. The gifts are listed as in stock. As you have to spend a large amount to get these free gifts it is dishonest not to supply them. I spent alot here but not anymore.
It took them 9 days to tell me they did not posses the item I had purchased as a present for my mothers birthday. Thanks u d*cks!
I have not received my items after 20 days. When I phoned them, they asked nearly ten sensitive personal questions for so-called security reasons. The customer service doesn't want to solve the problem at all.
Never got my order. Never got my money back. I do not recommend this site at all. After 30 days of not receiving my order I wrote to the customer service. The lady said I should wait a bit longer. So I waited one month more. I wrote again. So the lady wrote that I passed their 40 day policy and they can do nothing about my order. How clever.

Yesterday I got the package. But the delivery company forced me to pay for the delivery. WHAT THE... IS THIS? I have already paid for the delivery online and now again I had to pay. It took full month to deliver, what was promised in 1 week. They cancelled 2 of my items and inform me about one cancellation only. They are the worst shopping company I have ever deal with. I will never order from them again and will never suggest anyone to do.
After offering next day delivery; I have received order confirmation, delivery address confirmation and order details. Yet I have still not received my item. The reason to use websites like this are to order items you need immediately with the option to receive next day delivery.
Trying to find details to get in contact with customer services is a challenge. Though they state they are open 24hours a day fro any query Monday - Friday... on the SAME page at the bottom it then states the call lines are only open 8am-8pm. Odd...
I could not log into my account to send a message as they said my email address was invalid...(though they are happy enough to spam me with advertising emails!) so I had to recreate another account.
Having ordered this item on TUESDAY and it is now FRIDAY! I needed this item for the weekend to take on holiday. I had to re-order from a trusted website for next day delivery.

I live in Central Asia. So, it takes about a month for my order to be delivered. My first order was fine. I received it after a month of waiting with my nice free beauty bag. I can't buy burt's bees and other products in my country, so I was happy to get it. The quality seemed to be fine.
My last two orders I made in January 2017. The first one we received after a month. There was only one cream packed and my mom didn't like the package as it did not have a protective layer on it. When we opened it, it seemed like someone messed with it. The cream was Decleor, not a cheap one.
The second order we got last week, it took more than a month to be delivered. We got only two items, and one item(free deluxe beauty bag) was missing. Again, the creams did not have a protective thing on it. Nevertheless, they seemed to be untouched when we opened them. The only thing I was concerned about was that lip and eyes Decleor cream looked liked it expired. There were no dates on the boxes to check it.
Well, I would not say this website is fake and of course, timing depends on where you live. It's not perfect, but I would buy there again.
I had ordered on 20th December and havnt received it till now... its more than two months... they dont even send a mail telling that the item has been dispatched, on messaging them you will just get a reply that one needs to wait for a month before any action can be taken as deliveries are often delayed. It surely needs a legal action. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this company.
Well, I placed an order before checking reviews of the website and then when I saw all the negative reviews, I panicked and tried to cancel my order. I received an email from lookfantastic company saying that my order could not be cancelled (this is the only reason I gave them 4 stars because I cancelled the order in a matter of minutes from the moment I placed the order). But I did receive the products I ordered and I got them really fast! So no bad feelings from my side. I am very happy!
Bought a product which doesn't match their online description, asked for a refund but they plain refused. Despite the fact according to the law they should take back my purchase, with what's called the cooling off period: In consumer rights legislation and practice, a cooling-off period is a period of time following a purchase when the purchaser may choose to cancel a purchase, and return goods which have been supplied, for any reason, and obtain a full refund.
I have also asked them several times for them to delete my account with them because I won't ever order from lookfantastic.com or any other company by the hutgroup.com. They responded me that they have removed me from their email newsletter. Seriously I have done that myself. They think it's a joke or are laughing at me.
I wrote a review about how the product didn't match the description as they have given but they will never post my review because its a negative review, they moderate all reviews and only post the positives ones. You can see this with all their products that have reviews, there are only positive reviews, very misleading and deceiving company!

My item did not arrive, i took time off work to wait for it, i sent several emails... no reply for days, eventually got told the ism was out of stock... WHY SELL IT TO ME IF ITS OUT OF STOCK AND WASTE MY TIME... ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY
I've ordered from them twice. The first time there was a customs issue - they didn't fill out the required paperwork. I contacted them, and they told me I'd have to sort the matter out myself.
I placed a review stating my experience on the Trust Pilot review site, and within hours Look Fantastic was trying to have it removed. The review was no different in context than what you're reading here. It was simply not favourable.
I gave them another try now, over six months later, thinking I just got a bad CS rep.
I logged into their site, selected my Country/Language/Currency, checked out and only *after* I've hit 'confirm/commit' I find out they've changed my selection without warning and charged me in US dollars (I'm in Canada).
I find this to be deceitful, and a general pain in the $#*!. They have a great selection and great prices, but are just not worth the hassle.
I have used Lookfantastic for a while now as they offer some of the best prices, delivery is good etc and have always been happy to continue using them. However in November I ordered some face cream as a present for someone. When the order turned up it was a mascara. I contacted customer services straight away and said that I wanted a refund and to re-order the product that I wanted. There was absolutely no aplology, just a scripted email about how I would have to post the product back and then I would get my refund. By the way be very careful if this happens to you, they have lots of rules about sending stuff back and if you don't meet the criteria they can refuse to give you a refund. So I did everything they asked and sent it back. The face cream I wanted had gone out of stock, so I had missed out on that as a present and was not happy, again not one single apology that this had happened because of their mistake!
After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them and kept getting the same message that they had not received my parcel, I was the one that was doing all the chasing. On 15th December I finally got an email saying that the parcel had arrived in the warehouse and I would get a refund in 3-5 working days. It took a month of me chasing them to get my refund and each time someone different would give me a different answer, it has not arrived yet (sent proof) it is still processing etc. By this time I was livid and yet again no apology, in fact they couldn't have cared less. In the end I went through my bank and filled out a form to show all my proof and that I had not yet had a refund. Surprise, surprise I got a refund a few days after filling out this form (over a month after they received the item back) I have learnt my lesson, cheap prices don't mean everything and until something goes wrong you don't know what a company is really like. I will never use them again and they have lost a very loyal customer. I will be paying more from now on for my products, but it's worth it to go to a company that actually cares about their customers. This is probably the most disgusting service I have had in a very long time.
I have placed an order on December 2,2016, The order is not yet received even after 7 correspondences.
The company is so non responsive. I am done corresponding with them and will take a legal way soon.
After I ordered an item I realized the unit number to my apartment wasn't added so I emailed them but the update email didn't have my unit number so I emailed again and the same person replied that once it's been dispatched address can't be amended so I emailed to cancel my order but now they're saying a cancellation is not possible because it's been sent out. I probably won't be receiving my item since the delivery courier won't know the unit and the company refuses to send a notice to the courier or do anything else about it.

La única solución que me dan es devolver el producto porque no estoy contenta con él o porque viene defectuoso y una vez devuelto me reembolsan el importe o me envían una nueva:

Para colmo la supervisora me cuelga el teléfono después de decirme que no es su problema que es de ghd... Yo he comprado una plancha en lookfantastic, no en ghd UK, tendréis algún tipo de responsabilidad, digo yo.
Esta plancha era un regalo para un cumpleaños dentro de dos días, ahora estoy con las manos vacías, sin regalo y sin dinero.
Situación vergonzosa, nada profesional, servicio al cliente pésimo/nulo.
Ahora escribirán un mensaje aquí debajo diciendo que intentan hacer todo lo posible y que quieren dar toda la atención... MENTIRA.
Muy decepcionada, no lo recomiendo para nada.

I did not get my item for more than 40 days (dispatched on 28/11/2016). And there is no contact number or online service chat. The only way to contact the customer service is sending email. And all they replies are waitingIt is sooo ridiculours! If the same thing happen in another online shop, either I could ask the vendor send me a new item or refund the money. But in lookfantastic, the only thing is wait! What an arrogant and disgusting shop! Never will I buy thing from this company again!
