They show you a plethora of loot crates you can possibly get from the vault, but it's likely (like me) to get multiple duplicates. I ordered multiple in the hopes i'd receive something sweet that i didn't already have. They shipped me 4 of the exact same crate. After talking to a service rep, they took back 3 of them and promised that none of them would be the same. Much better than what I thought would happen.

They did not fulfill my order correctly and responded with "Unfortunately, we can no longer process replacements as of the moment since we're still catching up with the back orders." I ordered a "large" and they sent a "medium." I even offered to take an XL, if they had that. I'm not asking for a replacement, I'm asking for the correct order. Loot Crate refused to send my correct order because they're busy not fulfilling other people's order if you look at their Better Business Bureau page.

They did not fulfill my order correctly and responded with

Loot Crate has devolved into a trash service. My Medieval gaming crate arrived an entire month late, and on top of that, an item was missing from it. I reached out to them and found out that the item will take another whole month to ship. This is entirely unprofessional and I am done spending my money there. Avoid at all costs!

Its been over 18 months and still haven't received 1 single email about the product i purchased, all referred to the shipping dates they state. For what all its going to tell me once that date is up its going to get updated with a farther date out, lack of communication from this company is a joke. For them to take the money and not update you as a custom pretty sad and joke this company should be sued

These guys are a joke. I've waited over 2 years for an order. They refuse to refund me and totally blow me off every time I contact them. Zero customer service. They know it's too long for me to charge back so they simply tell me to deal with it.

Ordered an anime crate and fallot crate as gifts. The anime crate just came in a mostly empty box with 4 cheap items no where near the purported 35 dollars I paid for. They are barely even anime related with on item just a dog pin. The rest of the items look faded or like a cheap knock off. Was not impressed at all. Now wondering if the fallout box will be even worse considering its unusually long shipping time.

Tip for consumers:
Would have liked to seen reviews first to know the quality has gone so down hill.

I ordered the Marvel 80th Anniversary crate in Nov. 2019. Never got it. I'm sure many can relate to seeing only Loot Crate You Tube Reviewer receiving them. Updates were rare & vague. Eventually they offered credits, but then those disappeared, and other crates to pick from, none of which I was interested in. And don't even get me started on how the Firefly subscription went to hell. I've been trying to get a refund for over 2 years now on the Marvel crate... they promised, but didn't deliver. Again. Now, they just ignore my e-mails. Is there a class action lawsuit looming?

Avoid Loot Crate like the plague!

Overpriced and poor quality. Horrible customer service! The first boxes were good (regular loot crate) but product has gone downhill since then. Book, cheap towel, and 2 bad quality t shirts in last box. To top it off, just got charged again and am told I cannot cancel! Not good.

Sellers on Ebay selling Loot Crate "limited" items claiming the employees got tons of free items when warehouse closed in California. Check out the Transformers Omega Supreme Promo cards you can now get at $1 each in quantity that were around $40 on secondary market. Dump your loot crate stuff as it will likely be worthless. Good luck all!

I purchased several boxes months ago. Still have never received the first thing from them but a form letter saying they were looking into it.
Do yourself a favor, save your money. This company is a scam!

Ordered my loot crate in June. It's now October. There website says it's shipped but fed ex has repeatedly told me they have not received the item only shipping information. The company is literally committing fraud by doing this... I'll never use their company again. I'm not expecting to get my loot crate. I'm almost positive they have hopes you will forget about it after a month or two and just move on with your life. Save your money and let them go out of business

If I could give less than one star, I would. These people are thieves. They charged my card right away and now 5 months have passed and I've received nothing! I've been back and forth with some poor guy, Joshua, who obviously has no authority to do anything or even look into anything. He's given me no answers for the questions I have asked, he just gives a generic excuse and offers me 25% off of my next crate. He also said the he has cancelled my subscription renewal, which suggests that they would auto renew. All I've asked for is a refund, but they ignore me every time. This business should be investigated for fraud.

Loot Vault needs an operational overhaul from the ground up. I've never experienced such poor customer service from a company in my life. Order placed on 11/27. Still hasn't shipped as of 12/22.

No customer service number, apparently no reliable inventory tracking system,, and nothing from customer support except for canned email responses.

Well I ordered $30 of stuff from the vault where the disclaimer says to allow up to 14 business days for shipping... Over a month later, I've been offered a refund minus a 20 percent restocking fee, and a 30 percent discount off my NEXT order, when I've inquired about my (still) unfulfilled order.

They assure me they are understaffed and working overtime to fulfill backed up orders, but can't offer me anything, including an ETA.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam to collect restocking fees for profit. Buyer beware.

Loot crate used to be good, like, 7 years ago. These days it's nothing but junk and incompetent employees. I ordered a specialty box and while it arrived when it said it would, it arrived in an unmarked box, hastily taped shut and damaged, and there were only three items inside, none of which were packaged properly. Also, I spent $80 on this box, yet all the items inside combined totaled $30 MAX. Loot Crate is now just cheap, second-hand junk. Don't waste your time.

Don't. Just don't waste your time and money, none of it will be worth it.

Bought the loot crate a few times. The stuff was ok... I mean a few "omg so cool" items and mostly just whatever. As a Canadian the shipping is insane. I recently ordered from one of their big sales and instead of sending it all at once I got half of it a month or so after ordering and about 3 months later I'm just receiving the other half. I had to pay 15$ cod on each box so my discount merch cost me an extra $ 30 on top of what the site already charges in shipping. Would not recommend.

Place order, wait one month, contact them, wait a week, "sorry we are snowed under", wait three more weeks and not all items arrive, no communication at all. No idea how long it will take to get my money back. Never again.

I ordered the Loot Crate DX a month ago. No shipping updates no nothing. Now when I log in to check, it's showing the September crate I don't even want. Tried contacting customer service, they gave me ship date ranges for dates all that have now passed, states it is the crate I ordered though. At this point, I just wanted refunded. Sent an email asking to do as such, so, we shall see. I used to order years ago, but canceled when I was getting a box of garbage, at least it was on time garbage. I got this one for I loved every theme, and, now I guess I won't even get to see if I got garbage or not.

I had a 6 month subscription and it would've got more enjoyment flushing cash down the toilet. Crates are full of useless things that look like they were from the dollar store. Had several items come broken and ripped, and one shirt came in wrong gender and this turd company wants me to pay money to send the junk back to them?

Twice out of 6 months they didn't send me a crate, I had to jump through their ridiculous customer support in order to get replacements.

Stay Away! I'd give a 0 if I could.

I've purchased a crate in July of 2022. I was informed they would be shipping late sometime October-November due to whatever issues they're having, something Covid related somehow. October and November came and no tracking. I reached out to them only for them to send me an email saying they cannot respond yet due to high frequency of inquiries and they will reach back out to me with a response. A week later they said a response saying they will be shipping it out December. It's already halfway through December and nothing yet. I purchased this crate in July for an end of September birthday. It's now turning into a Xmas gift? Possibly a new years gift? This company really should not be so adamant about all these awesome crates when they cannot provide what they offer. Get your systems straight before trying to sell a product. I would never sign up for a membership knowing this is how they do business

If you don’t mind waiting 6 months to a year for your collectible item go ahead. Otherwise there are other companies that can provide cool items like the ones loot crate has

I do not know how this site is still in business when they are scamming so many people. I made the mistake in buying a box from them in November 2021. This box had not come and by January, I unknowingly paid for another box because it automatically signs you up for monthly subscriptions when you buy a box for the first time (the first red flag). I was being patient and understanding as I put in requests asking where my package was. They told me nothing had shipped and kept pushing off the ship date (January, February, March, April, etc.). It is now June 2022. I have not received either box. After requesting refunds and getting no response, I finally went through PayPal and they were able to refund me the $50 purchase from January. However, since Nov. 2021 was so long ago, I was not able ot get a refund from that order. Does anyone actually receive any boxes?! A horrible company.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS. LOOT CRATE IS A SCAM.

I initially subscribed because of the recent transformers movie that came out back in summer 2014. I thought getting a neat shirt and some cool stuff each month sounded very appealing. Then there were a few months where the boxes came with a bunch of useless crap that I had no need nor interest in. I stayed a few months longer until i realized i was just throwing $20 away each month for stuff i would have enjoyed when i was younger.

If there were a way to customize what you're interested in so you can get stuff you actually want, I may check it out in the future.

Very cool service nonetheless, just not for everyone.

Subscribed in April and received the first crate six months later. Aswell was charged after six months again to renew my crate after not even receiving the crates I payed for.
Really bad customer service as they only responded to my emails when it was about my payment method not working for the new subscription.
I hope I'll get my refund. Thats the least they can do.

Waste of money. I ordered and paid for my 1st crate in August. Emailed multiple times just to try to find out a shipping date. No response, nothing. So now they are non stop trying to charge me for a second crate, and I haven't even received the first one yet. Shady company, BEWARE

Three years ago I loved it. Would have given it 5 stars. Then it steadily started taking a dump on the bed. Delayed shipments, price increases, quality decreases, then to top it all off, they decide to shaft ALL their customers and I'm still waiting 6 months for my last and final crate. Would no longer recommend.

Worst company to deal with. Purchased a subscription Loot Crate series for my son, nothing but delays and then unfulfilled promises. I initially contacted customer support and they said there were port delays. The delays kept growing. Eventually, they stopped responding to the support requests and said "here's the delay FAQ, look their for updates" Eventually, the series stopped appearing on their FAQ and then they stop responding to your support requests. Maybe they are inundated with everyone's complaints? Who knows, but save your money and don't buy from these scam artists.
