In January of 2019 I purchased an LG refrigerator with a 5 year warranty and a 10 warranty on the compressor. Little did I know that LG had a class action lawsuit against them for faulty compressors. Lorenz continued to sell this brand and did not let me know that LG refrigerators were a ticking time bomb. Now 4.5 years later everyone is finger pointing while I have no refrigerator. Avoid Lorenz, Avoid LG and Avoid CPS warranty.
