I have been on Heal and Soothe for about 14 yrs. It took some loading to start feeling a difference. My knees haven't hurt in a long time. Had not taken it for a long time and had a few bottles still. My shoulder has been hurting for over a yr now. Got back on H&S yesterday. Loaded up and today my shoulder feels a lot better already. I will probably start reordering soon. I didn't have billing issues and they have reached out over the yrs and sent me extra bottles. I have no complaints.
Not only no difference or progress whatsoever; I was charged for additional shipments without authorization. Do not submit banking information. The product and company are a scam. The CSR answered my telephone call with a child screaming in the background? Exceptionally unprofessional; saying it will take up to 12 weeks to refund the unauthorized transaction.
They charge my credit card every month, even though i already had canceled. I just order the first as a sample and was not what i expected,. And they are still shipping the product every month charging my credit card.
I found the book most helpful. I also received the Heal and Soothe which I hadn't realised I had ordered, but they stopped the monthly order when I contacted them. I do buy Heal and Soothe as and when I require it. I have found it a fantastic product although rather expensive.
I just wanted to say Heal-n-Soothe is working great for my wife and myself.My wife has Arthritis, OsteoArthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and so far Heal-n-Soothe is working great. I have Arthritis and Sciatica and it is working for me. Sometimes you have to give things a chance to work and time is the word. You can't expect pills to work overnight sometimes you have to give it time to work.And if you have been on other medications for a long time, you just don't stop like the other lady said.And I am not a relative of Jesse. A lot of you just like to complain, but I know you have to be careful online in what you buy, and I do agree that this product is a little pricy but that's the price you pay for relief I guess.
I ordered it for my sister, she did not use it. I started to use it because I was having pains in my knee. Have been using it for 2weeks off and on have gotten relief when I use it. Will continue to see how it works.

BUYER BEWARE! Y... When you order product with credit card they continue to send information for which they bill you each month. Product deserves low rating for effectiveness and i felt that I was not fully informed of ongoing charges which had to be cancelled which I have done. Will see if billing stops. BUYER BEWARE!.
When I saw the "free" book advertised my faith in humanity was restored - someone cares - ha - the postage because I live in Australia was nearly $9 then the conversion from Us $'s plus a bank fee for converting - I reckon I nearly paid the price of the book even thought the back pain people didn't get it. Imagine my disappointment to find that the book contained only generalised information most of which I knew because I had been chasing info on this for some time and to find out how to do the stretches I had to buy the videos - no thank you Mr. Cannone I shall look elsewhere.
Worst of the worst products on the internet today. BEWARE of trial offers that have you unwittingly subscribing to a completely worthless product. Even after reporting this scam to American Express, the result was that the charges still stood even though a bottle of tablets posted in the US on April 13 are still in transit to Australia on July 26th. Makes the 90 day money back warranty a load of rubbish. Don't take up any offers from this fraudulent company. I have proof in the form of a DHL tracking notice that shows the product has not yet been received despite a 3 month transit from the US.

I've been trying since March of 2015 to get them to STOP sending my monthly auto-send! I would call and they would tell me they couldn't find my email or address in their database (so I shouldn't receive another order). Then I would receive another order! No response to emails. I called AGAIN this month and insisted they FIND my re-order in the system and where do i send the last 5 orders back that I don't need or want. Of course they said I cannot return any product and there will be no refund. I will update this status again if they send me an order next month.

07/06/15 Lured by their "Free" book offer, I ordered a book and also some pills and creams. I agreed to their newsletter, assuming it would be like the excellent free updates from http://www.mercola.com/,

Eventually I unsubscribed from this apparently free 'newsletter'. Meanwhile, without authorisation or notification Jesse Cannone debited my a/c by total of $79.80 between August and November. This is a very large scam. They get your credit card info and auto bill and ship even when you have cancelled. They claim they did not receive the e mail or telephone call. Jesse is never ther to talk to. I am calling an attorney to get my refund and hopefully be reported as a., Big

I like the Rub On Relief but BenGay is just as good and much CHEAPER. I received an Infrared Heating pad that is broken and won't work. The CSR said he would send an email telling me when Fedex would pick up the product to return it and it's hasn't been done in the time they allotted, so I did a charge back on my credit card. Seriously, I don't trust their business practices and you can find better products at Amazon.com and cheaper
This company has multiple BBB complaints and a BBB rating of "F". Foolishly, I ordered a free trial supply of this company's Heal-n-Soothe. After trying it for 2 weeks I developed an allergic reaction to it. I called the company and canceled further shipments and the man I talked to, Jesse Cannone, said he would remove my credit card from their records. Several months later the shipments started and I found that my credit card had been billed after the second shipment for the previous two. My wife called to straighten things out, but they refused to stop the shipments or billing for 3 months in a row. Immediately after the third shipment, I sent the 3 bottles back with a demand to stop shipments and to refund the money they had billed me for. They refused to refund anything, claiming that it had been "too long".

Before I stumbled upon Jesse Cannone I was in excruciating pain. I tried numerous things like acupuncture, swimming laps in a pool, steroid shots, massage therapy, various gadgets, and two back surgeries; however, nothing helped until I utilized the stretching exercises contained in the Lose The Back Pain Manual. In addition, in conjunction with the exercises I changed my diet completely (Phase One Diet). Now a few years later I feel as good as I did before my back problems trespassed into my life. Now the book is just an over view and if you do want help you do need to purchase the Lose The Back Pain Manual, which does indeed work. Still I think its a relatively small price to pay when you think that this might just be the thing that lessen your pain.
So I signed up for a trial of healnsoothe product in hopes that it would help me reduce inflammation in my neck and back. I didnt start taking the product for a few weeks after I got it and I just totally forgot about it, I ended up getting a second bottle in the mail and then a 3rd by the time I tried the product consistently and finally got around to calling the company they were able to pause my shipments until I could figure out if it was really working for me. I'm back on the smartshipper program because I save money and get the free shipping plus my body feels so much better when im on it. Service was really great thus far, I think people just dont want to admit they dont read terms on the offer and then blame the companies in many cases.

After ordering the free supplements to trial them, but paying a small amount to cover postage, I am being charged monthly $70au for a product that I have cancelled. This is just a scam set up by Jesse Canone from Lose the Back Pain to keep taking monthly payments on a permanent basis even if it is cancelled. The supplements make me throw up so I certainly do not want them. Jesse, if you want to show your honesty, please refund me my $70 and cancell future orders. My name was Patricia Lilly, but since remarried, so now my surname is Waine. My new email address is *******@outlook.com.
I ordered one promotional bottle and found myself signed up to a monthly program for $49.95 per month. I did not authorise this. Somehow my bank allowed my account to be debited without my knowledge or authorisation. I did not receive the second bottle of tablets due to a customs charge needing to be paid so I was unable to send it back. The customer service email wont acknowledge receipt of any complaints or cancellations. The only thing that worked was to empty my account so that any future charges bounced. Fortunately i used a secondary account as i do with most internet orders as my suspicions were already aroused. I suggest anyone not to use main bank accounts in case of fraudulent debiting. Companies use the card payee not present facility to access customers accounts. Unfortunately I have been charged $49.95 and probably wont get it back. According to other reviews over many years this company have been getting away with fraudulently charging customers for years. Why do the banks continue to do business with companies like this? In effect they are facilitating fraud which they claim to be discouraging. If claims for a product seem too good to be true then generally they are. Go figure!

Let me say this, about how the HBI takes and process orders. In the United States, when free trial offers are presented to customers there are very specific (rules) we must follow in order to process any free trial offers.
First, the terms of the promotional offer must be presented at the point of sale in a clear and conspicuous way, that we do!
Second, the Customer MUST click on a box, (next to the terms) and once they click (the box) that presents a visible check mark next to the terms, indicating that you have read and agreed to the terms of the offer. The order can not be completed without you checking that box giving us permission to charge your card, and that you did!
Third, We must present, in a clear and conspicuous way for you to cancel the order as well as all of our contact information, and that we do. As you used our My Account system to cancel your order.
I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue but please understand that many many customers go through this same process, without issue.

If you have given your bank or card details to this company then immediately NOW cancel your card and make sure that your new card is a different number.
They tricked me into an agreement that I was totally unaware of, as they have to lots of others.
Not only do they help themselves to money from your bank card but they DO NOT send anything at all.
They have stolen several payments from my card because I did not cancel it quickly enough! More than one a month.
Despite contacting ( with enormous difficulty) and requesting to unsubscribe they ignored that.
Please do not have anything to do with these crooks.

I made an order with this company (Order Number *******) on 10 September 2016. Now more than a month later, I have written to them requesting to cancel the order and refund me in full. They have ALREADY taken a second payment recently, which I am claiming back too.
They told me yesterday that they are unable to cancel the order without me sending them the goods back (the goods that I never received!). Is this the CRAZIEST SCAM EVER? DO NOT go anywhere near them, they are THIEVES!

I ordered their inversion table. I attempted to cancel this order prior to shipping. Since it had already shipped, I ended up receiving it. I planned to refuse delivery, but could not be home when it was left at my doorstep. I made multiple attempts to acquire a return authorization/tracking number through telephone and emails. There was zero customer service anytime I mentioned wanting to return the item.
I was finally able to get someone to help me with the return until they told me I was 3 days over the 30-day limit for returns and they would not give me a credit. I could be more understanding if I had been using the product. This, however, was never opened.
I informed them that had they responded to any one of the multiple attempts I had made to get the required information for a return that the table would have been returned within the limit. They still refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was conveniently unavailable. Now I am stuck with an unopened box that contains a product I won't use for which I paid 299 dollars.
I would not and will not recommend this site to anyone. Their customer service sucks.
I live in Aussie and had sciatic pain so was ready to try anything. I found their site while looking online for help. I purchased 3 bottles of heal & soothe plus a bottle of the joint food. With the exchange rate plus postage this is a very expensive product. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and by that time I was starting to get better anyway. I did feel good while using the pills but won't order more as their billing people make so many mistakes.
I did read all the fine print so as soon as the pills arrived I e mailed and asked for the auto order to stop. 1 month after first order they charge my credit card $39 US again!? That indicated to me that they had charged me for their air head news letter which did not arrive. It is full of trippy hippie feral dreadlocked drum beating rubbish. Not worth anything. I e mailed and complained and hoped to be refunded. Their accounts people did not seem to understand my complaint. No refund. 1 month later I received that air head newsletter but was not charged ( not so far)
The exercises are good and helped my back pain. I think heal & soothe works for me and the joint food was OK. They are just sooo expensive and can't be trusted not to rip you off, which is a shame as I would use their products again if in extreme pain.
