I have been on Heal and Soothe for about 14 yrs. It took some loading to start feeling a difference. My knees haven't hurt in a long time. Had not taken it for a long time and had a few bottles still. My shoulder has been hurting for over a yr now. Got back on H&S yesterday. Loaded up and today my shoulder feels a lot better already. I will probably start reordering soon. I didn't have billing issues and they have reached out over the yrs and sent me extra bottles. I have no complaints.

Not only no difference or progress whatsoever; I was charged for additional shipments without authorization. Do not submit banking information. The product and company are a scam. The CSR answered my telephone call with a child screaming in the background? Exceptionally unprofessional; saying it will take up to 12 weeks to refund the unauthorized transaction.

They (over)charged me and I still don't have ANY OF THE PRODUCTS. Ordered them in April, it is now July and I have nothing. Not even a response from the customer service team & I have written to them several times. All I want is my money returned since they didn't actually send me anything.

I actually like Jesse Canone. He's written an informative book and has some helpful methods of helping relieve back pain. I chose to try one of his products - a pill that corrects all the pain in your body somehow. It worked a little. Then I noticed I was signed up, through my bank account, to be billed $79 every month for a continuing supply of the pills. My husband and I are retired and cannot afford that kind of debt. I never agreed to a continuing supply. I called their number and they transferred me to Clickbank.com (*******035) where I told the person to cancel the order and refund me. She said, "Do you want to cancel all of these other charges, too?" I asked how many there were. She said "nine." Gratefully, she did cancel the others and I got my refund for the one they took from my account. My son told me that there is a note at the bottom of every form you fill out, in very tiny type, authorizing the company to continue to send and charge for the orders, monthly. What small type? I didn't see it. Now I look for it! It's there, under the box where you've signed up. It authorizes further charges. Don't get taken! Be careful what you order and read EVERY WORD on the form. I think most people don't even see it. You have to scroll up at the end of the order form and look for it. Not easy to see... Good luck!

Ordered this in January and after taking for a couple of days developed terrible itching so stopped taking. Went on line to see if others had issues and appears to be a scam to which I'm embarrassed. Called immediately and cancelled EVERYTHING!
This is where the scam starts. I said I wanted EVERYTHING cancelled, newsletter, heal & soothe, everything & was told it was. There would be no more taken from my acct.
Noticed today they debited my acct another $14.95, which they've been doing since January. Yes, $14.95 for paper not even product.
Customer service was as rude as expected when I asked for a refund for things cancelled. Said it was MY FAULT as I only cancelled the product not the newsletter. Told her she was mistaken as I was very clear about the word everything.
Seemingly trying to intimidate, doesn't work with me, said all calls are recorded and she could pull it up. Said go right ahead as I know exactly what was said.
This is a big scam just to get your CC # to debit every month. Called my bank and the only way to stop these is to change your card.

This Scam organization offered a Free Sample of back pain pills for only payment of minimal shipping
Cost I paid by card. They sent a small bottle of their product. I took this to my medical
Doctor. He strongly advised against my use as one of their ingredients was not at all compatible with one of my regular medications.
Almost immediately I attached a note of explanation to their shipping email and checked "unsubscribe"
At the bottom to cancel my association.

Now a mere 6 days later I receive a parcel from Healthy Back Institute of a 30 day supply and a very
Healthy charge by them to my credit card account, I telephoned their " customer no service" and was
Told that my cancellation was only to their email posts and told me what I should have done according
To their rules, after the fact.

Too many of these "Free" to get your card number for unstoppable automatic billings. It' a whole scam industry!

AND... After I read the company's response claiming not. To be an overt SCAM,
I reply... Then they are a company built on deceit and product misrepresentation,
With greedy business ethics, lies and shim sham double talk, and fraudulent invoicing
Practices. But not a scam.

I asked for a free trial bottle
OK they added 9.90 shipping without telling
Not reasonable but not real robbery
Then they suggested a second bottle also as a trial and they clearly said that I will be refunded without a need to return it

When I asked they wrote "but why?"
And then when I phoned in they said I need to ship it back

Then it turned out that I ordered a monthly supply

I absolutely did not

Worst of all, I was in pain and it did nothing for me.

I enrolled to try the free packet to establish whether they would work for me. I believe the web site says try them for free and if you wish to cancel then it would be fine.
On 13th December 2019 I went to collect the delivery and discovered the were customs and handling charges of £14.04p. The leaflet inside the packet stated 'Thankyou for ordering a free trial of Heal and Soothe'
I then checked my bank account and £47.25p had been taken from my account on 25th November 2019. This was without my permission. I have cancelled my subscription. Let's see ho that works out.

I am a doctor in naturopathy who specialise in joints and back problems. I ordered the book hoping to learn some new information/technique. I found a repetion of promesses and self gratification, was sent -and charged for- a bottle of Rub-on-relief that I had not ordered, and a monthly supply of unrequested Sleepzyme. I first thaught that these were promotion samples until I checked my accounts and saw I was charged monthly! It is an officially recognised scam (losethebackpain scam). BEWARE!

MAKE SURE YOU NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING THEY WILL SEND YOU A "FREE NEWSLETTER" THAT YOU WILL KEEP GETTING--FOR $18 A MONTH UNTIL YOU "UNSUBSCRIBE". THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN PAIN.

I made what I thought was a one-of purchase of Heal-n-Soothe. I am disabled and do not work, so cannot commit to long-term or indeed any subscriptions. I received a notification that another order was on its way. I looked into this and the only way to cancel is to go into 'my account' and cancel it. I tried this, but apparently, I don't have an account, so can't cancel further orders. I have tried Live Chat, no one responds, sent messages all day today, no response. I have also filled out two on-line forms. Again, no response. Any further charges to my bank account will be devastating, I am already suffering as the money taken was out of my budget, leaving me without groceries this week. I am stressed that further money is going to come out of my account when no money is there, ending up with bank charges, putting me further into debt. This is not a good customer service at all. Not making it clear this is a subscription, then making it impossible to cancel further orders. Shame on this company!

We are not out to get anyone or scam anyone but you have to read the terms at the time of sale, you have to read the emails we send you, you have to read the packing slip we send with the package, we explain the order and give you our contact info at every step of the way.

We have given you a partial refund but since you are disputing the charges we can not give you a complete refund.

To anyone reading this and has an issue, please contact us directly and we can address the matter one on one but once you file a dispute, it takes months to workout.

Second, Refunds can be held up by weeks or months if you RETURN TO SENDER, don't do that.

The products they sell are excellent in my opinion. I have suffered from osteoarthritis in my right ankle after a parachute accident two years ago. After using the products for only two months (Rub and Relief, Super Joint Support and Heal n Soothe) I see noticeable changes. The fibrin built around my ankle is melting away, the pain is diminished and after two years I managed my first 100 metres jog. I bet I will be running again in a couple of months.

And I agree their customer service could be improved. They messed up some of my shipments but eventually all ended good after a few emails back and forth. I guess they are overloaded with emails due to their marketing policy of free trials. If I was them I stopped free trials and just sell the products as they are as they are remarkable.

I am interested in other success stories and if you have had similar or better results with some other products (preferably cheaper) please write them down in your posts.

I would give them 5 stars if their service was better.

Stay away, you do not recieve any pills and they dont react to mail. Unbelievable that this is still possible, the 5 star reviews are probably also fake.
Stay away as far as possible.

The "money back guarantee" is a hook and not true. The pills are quite expensive, even with their discounts. You have to take many pills a day, increasing from two twice a day to 12 twice a day in the "loading" period. The introductory bottles, therefore, disappear quickly. You have to order a new bottle to keep up the regimen but as I finally decided it wasn't working as I wanted and was just too expensive to continue, I called to cancel my subscription. Of course, only the introductory bottles were returnable, not the additional one I had to order to continue the regimen. And you have to return the original bottles and any new orders must be unopened! How do you find out if it works if you run out of pills before you finish the "loading" period? So! It's expensive, results for pain relief were moderate, and their guarantee is empty. Why would I pay so much for pills when I can get the same relief from prescription medicine through my insurance for almost nothing? Save yourself the time, effort, and money.

I can't understand the large number of bad reviews for this site. Around 16 years ago I developed bad lower back and a right hip problem. For around 7 years, specialists were useless and injections made the situation worse. I searched the I net for help and found Losethebackpain.com. I ordered a folder course for around £120, and worked through it. It was all about muscle imbalance and that's exactly what I had. A number of consultants and surgeons never once mentioned this basic problem. I followed the course recommendations and got relief straight away via pelvic stretches focusing on my very weak and stiff right side. A more comprehensive program that I did in conjunction with very good physios takes me to now (2019, around 9 years later) were my pain is around 85 to 90 % better. Losethebackpain.com significantly changed my life. Fact. I don't know whether there are other products they offer that don't work so well, but their course based around muscle imbalance was 100% accurate. With both sides of my body (e.g. Calf's, glutes and pelvic muscles) now in much better balance, I do Pilates twice a week to keep my back problems at bay. I do have some disc and hip degeneration but have not needed an operation, as the main problem was weak muscles and imbalance. That's exactly what the Losethebackpain course has focused on. Great job!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I got scammed by these crooks. I signed up for the "free" book and stupidly gave them my credit card details only to find charges on my credit card for a Newsletter I never signed up for. So far I have not had any luck getting my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

This place is a total scam. They sent a bunch of pills I didn't order and then billed me for them. I returned them and (of course) the refund hasn't shown back up on my credit card. Scam Scam Scam.

If it weren't for losethebackpain.com, I would still be going to chiropractors and to a neurologist to get injections in my lower back (which are horrible for the ligaments) for severe sciatica. I received the book and ordered the Lose the Back Pain system, which is a carefully documented system of stretches and strengthening exercises that must be done on a daily basis. Over the course of about one month, my back pain/sciatica all but disappeared! NOTHING else worked. I had one doctor actually suggested that I pursue back surgery! Surgery on the back is notoriously unpredictable, as a great deal of literature states.
Oh, and I also use Heal and Soothe and the BackJoy seats. I also spoke directly to one of the partners (sorry, I don't remember his name) to answer numerous questions about the Lose the Back Pain system. The ordering personnel have always been nothing but helpful and actually reversed a charge immediately that was mistakenly placed on my account.
The foregoing folks' insulting and misinformed comments are sad to read. I hope my comments will help someone who wants the help.

I use Sleepzyme now for years and it really helps to get a good sleep.
Delivery takes some time from the USA so I have to place an order taking that into account.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. THEY WILL SEND YOU NOTHING AND CHARGE YOUR CARD.
All the reviews for the product online are a fake the product is not even real its a scam. You are welcome :)

I have found the tablets give me some relief. However, they are expensive due to the exchange rate from USD to AUD. Rang international number to cancel and number is not connected.

I did not authorize my account after they asked me to and they still enrolled me and charged my card numerous times! Fraudulent and illegal practices so I assume the products are fraudulent also!

I ordered one product and it didn't work. I looked at another product but didn't order it. But they sent it to me any way and now I just got charged $49. This company is a scam.

I ordered a few things online last night and when I got to the total it was over 400 and some odd dollars and I looked and I did not order a heating pad and I did not order a couple other things that said that I had ordered there was no way to delete it so I called the bank and stop the credit card to go through somehow all this other junk was added on to was added on to my order and there's no way to back out of it buyer beware

I did not want auto ship. I ONLY wanted to "Try" it!
I didn't sign up for anything else but the charges my account and auto shipped the next month!
I NEVER authorized auto shipment!
