I posted on LostMyKitty at 7 pm for our cat that was missing over a week. I did not know about the web site til I saw it on the bulletin board at Companion Animal Clinic in Elizabethtown. By 11 pm a post on Facebook and a direct contact from the person who found the cat through LostMyKitty website and our cat was home. Worked better than I could ever have imagined.

Although my kitty showed up three weeks later. And I never got any phone calls stating he was found... I never would of had as much hope or hang on as long as I did if it wasnt for the lostmykitty organization. They followed thru with everything they stated they would and then some..., I would recomend lostmykitty to my friends my family and to anyone needing some help finding their lost pet! By using LostMyKitty, many of our neighbors were quickly informed and helped us to track the location of our Tuxxie. We knew he was safe and close to home and were able to bring him back at just the right moment!

I am so incredibly grateful to the people behind Lost My Kitty - they really do go above and beyond when it comes to helping you locate your pet. My cat escaped for the first time a week or so ago (she's an indoor cat, and though we've taken her outside for little treks on the leash, she's never been forced to brave the world alone lol) and I was devastated to find her missing. Lost My Kitty immediately sent out emails to local pet businesses and veterinarians and made it incredibly easy for me to print out the provided flyer template to post up around my neighborhood. They also offered great tips on what to do when you lose a pet. Thankfully, my story is one of success and I was able to locate my cat within mere hours of losing her - meaning I didn't need to look into the more thorough options the site offers, which you need to pay for (understandably) - but I have no doubt they would have helped me immensely in my search. I could not be happier with the service they provided and I'd recommend everyone head their way immediately if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. I'm including a screenshot of one of the very helpful follow-up emails they sent me, which listed out all the places they'd forwarded my missing cat info to, just so you can see the work they'd put in right off the bat!

We got a robocall from this company, despite being on the do not call list.My mother is disabled and it causes her pain to have to go to the phone. This company makes a point of ignoring people's phone preference (they specifically say on their web site that they do not respect the do not call list). If you post a listing on this, consider that you are annoying a bunch of people with yet another robocall, and you are giving out your phone number as a robocaller and supporter of robocalls. Also, consider that the Better Business Bureau does not seem to have a listing for this company.

Using LostMyKitty's inspiration about litterboxes and scents, I scooped out the litterboxes and put the um, clumps of stuff all around my property. At night, I slept with the windows cracked and front door open (due to a security screen door). I also freaked out a lot, but that was not helpful.
A few days later, at 4 AM, I heard a cat meow outside. I got up and went out there, and it was my cat! Hungry, thirsty, and in need of lots of cuddles and holding.
Thank you for the advice, LMK. It was priceless. Also the Lost Pet template. Thank you to all the total strangers in my neigborhood, the local shelters and pet store who said they'd be on the lookout and who let me post my flyers.

My cat made his way home. It's about time someone thought of a website like this. I will start telling people I know with pets to use it just in case.

This site did nothing for my lost cat. I got not connections, no help, or any hope. It basically took my money and didn't do a thing that I could have done myself such as download a flyer template.

After posting on your website, I got A GREAT email from another fellow kitty love. She recommend doing some things around the perimeter of my house to remind MJ of where home was... Well I did ALL THE THINGS SHE SAID, which including PEEING IN MY BACKYARD, putting her food and water outside, her bedding, and MY DIRTY CLOTHS. It WORKED! She came home less than 24 hours later!

My 13yr old manx cat Sandy had gone missing on 05/19/2013, my husband and I looked all over our neighborhood for her but had no luck in finding her. On 05/22/2013 I went on the internet and found the lostmykitty.com website and posted a lost alert notice. This wonderful webside even allowed me to print out lost and found flyers which I posted immediately the same day. The good news is, Sandy was found the very next day ( 05/23/2013). LOSTMYKITTY.COM is the greatest website EVER!

I lost my cat on 4th of July. Thankfully my kitty was found by a neighbor. He was underneath her deck. Having LostMyKitty.com helped me have some peace of mind, especially with their flyers.

I am SO thankful to Lost My Kitty for the Amber Alert type messages sent out, the texts and emails to Vet offices, pet stores and the like. Also the post on FB was helpful because I received support, prayers and suggestions. While my kitty came home on her own (she must have been stuck in a garage, shed, barn, or somewhere) I am very appreciative of the service Lost My Kitty provides.
