The delivery is quick! I had a few issues resolved by the support team. They delivered to me within few days! Loving my new toy!

They are an absolute scam and make you pay to return the product and then don't honor the 100 day satisfaction promise they market on their website. I consider this a theft on top of a theft. Don't trust that you'll ever get a refund from this company. Especially if you raise a fuss, they just ignore you or flag your account. Spoke to a dozen different employees and most would just not reply or tell me to keep waiting. I did a one day overnight shipping return and 6 weeks later I still don't have my money back.

After browsing around the net for a cheap but quality sex store, I found Lovehoney and was impressed. I've spoke with customer service before, who helped me find items I was looking for, and they were very friendly and fast. Their items are cheap compared to other websites, such as Adam and Eve, but they do have a smaller assortment and some of the big items, such as inflatable chairs, can't ship to the USA. I like that they have plus size lingerie and how they have a free item of the week. Their packages ship discreet, the label on them printed with "novelty items," but when mine came it was obvious that it had been banged up during shipment.

Last week is my last time I will ever shop on lovehoney.com again! It's ahsame because I thought I could trust them. But now I can't! I ordered a bunch of sex toys from them in the past plenty of times. Now all the sudden, they where selling me used sex toys with somebody else's body fluids on them that might have diseases. It's very sick and disgusting! Yuck! So I called them to complain to them about that, and they had the nerve to lie to me and say, we don't sell used sex toys. So I asked for my refund and I got it back. Then I had to put gloves on and throw away all those sex toy and lubricants I've bought from them. I even lost my god damn appetite! I recommend to everybody! Please don't shop on lovehoney.com. I don't want you or nobody else to get sick.
