I go to Lovelivingchic for many online purchases nowadays - on the whole their prices are some of the best, and the choice is excellent.

There is a lack of detailed descriptions on some items though, and occasionally you take a gamble that something is the correct dimensions or is exactly the model you are looking for.

I would happily recommend it though.

I ordered the foot massager after reading the description in their FB add. When I received it, the instructions listed 3 specific health problems of people who should not use the massager. Do Not Use if;
If you are pregnant / if you have a pacemaker / if you are a heat patient. Obviously using it could kill you and they don't warn you in their FB Add. I have requested a RGA for a refund. We will see what happens.

Feel like an idiot for not reading all of these reviews before hand. They will not give a refund. The goods have been in customs in CHINA for 6 weeks. Highly doubt that i will ever receive. DIGUSTED! Have sent them 25 emails and still the same standard replies.

Great, quality items and great customer service. Items shipped in a timely manner... Response time as far as any service or product questions or arrival times. I definitely refer them and will continue to use and purchase items as well as continue referring them. XOXO thanks.

NEVER shopping with them again. Still waiting for over 2 months so I have given up all hope but I get absolutely no response from them. There's no complaint forum on their site, nobody to talk to to ask questions, you basically have to send an e-mail and hope they reply. STAY FAR AWAY!

I have tried to book my order from lovelivingchic but it seems that website is not working fine... sometimes it shows the amount in dollar or second moment it starts showing in Indian rupee moreover total amount is coming in INR and discount is coming in the dollar.
By mistake, I have selected 2 quantity and when I have corrected it still it was calculating the price of 2.

I guess it is not believable.

I ordered something from the intrafancy website and someone from this website replied to my email concern. I received an email saying my item was on the way and was provided a tracking number to the china post website. When I search the tracking number it says "No shipping record!". When "Daisy" from lovelivingchic replied to my email she apologized for the delay and that no shipping record was available. She then provided me with USPS website and the SAME tracking number to lookup on that site, which of course no shipping record could be found. Luckily I purchased my items through PayPal so I will be getting my money back.

This is the most amazing store ever. They have a great customer service and everything arrives on time.
Never had a problem that hasn't been solved by them. Totally recommended!

I placed an order on 01/31/2020 and it's 05/31/2020 and haven't received the items, I've tried to get in touch with them but with no answer, don't buy from this company, very bad customer service.

If I could give zero I would! These are complete thieves! TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE! I've been waiting nearly 50 days for my package and it's still in China!

Never ever buy from them anything. The delivery of product happens after months and not great quality, all made in China... mine came in dirty package.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered two packages of rug grippers and they sent 1. After MANY emails back and forth, including pictures of everything I received (which they required) they INSIST that they sent the right quantity. THEY ARE LIARS. The stuff is so cheap because it comes from China and takes forever to get shipped. It is totally ridiculous!

Always think Im going to shop somewhere else but Living Chic makes it way to easy. With quick shipping its almost as good as going to the store for instant gratification.

The items were good and the deals absolutely fine. Not cheap not expensive. It's a balance way. Excellent, wide variety of products as well. The entire thing is simply the best.

I ordered this Magic Roll Sushi Maker as a gift for my sushi addict husband. The ordering went well and the product arrived in one good piece. Now my husband can't stop making sushi.

I have bought many items from Living Chic and they have never let me down. The prices are right and items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I will continue to use them.

You can find almost anything at a good price, used, new, and you don't have to purchase from a big box store to get what you need. Do all your shopping at home, what can be more convenient.

Please dont use this company! They are dishonest with their policy, customer service experience was disgraceful and i please dont waste your time & money. I ordered the flawless hair remover and it arrived 3 months later! The box was tampered, the product itself had been used, hair all over the packaging, and the brush was missing. When i complained they didnt care and all they said is that they dont do refunds! They truly should be ashamed of themselves and are only good at scamming customers and their money. I have advised all my friends and family to be on the lookout for this company and NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST COMPANY LEFT ON EARTH! I search for what I am looking for, then the results come up with a differentiation between new and used, and how many they have left of each one. I then choose and proceed to check out. AND THEY HAVE ME PICK THE SHIPPING I WANT AND THAT IS IT. I love how extremely quickly I can get my shopping done. I can always what I am looking for at the best prices. I have honestly never had a negative experience with purchasing from Lovelivingchic.
