I have been ordering from LovelyWholesale for years now and have almost every item and the plus in curve department! They have really nice items, but the issue is that it takes a very long time to receive most of the time and they never send all items and one package which causes items to be super delayed as well as items getting lost in the mail delivery. My question to LovelyWholesale is when will they get a new inventory of clothing items? I am still seeing the same items that have been in their inventory from six years ago which leaves no other options. I am trying to place an order now, but they don't have anything new which I've been keeping a close eye for over three months now.
This is a con. Beware of purchasing an item of clothing from this store because the sizes are not "U.S.," but Asian. They're based in China. A size medium swimsuit (I have one I bought from here - Dallas - which is a size medium and it fits perfectly) from this fake company is like a size small. Although I took pictures and contacted them at least 10 days, they still did not wish to give me my money back even after saying that I was going to return the item. Please be careful with these types of companies because they WILL STEAL your money.
I have order a few items from them and every pair of pants has not fit right. Not one pair have been tapper-style or leggings style like the pictures display. All have been wide-leg or jogging suit style which is very disappointing. I did receive a small discount from them after providing pictures of how off-the-mark they were with their paints. Now Im scared to buy pants from them. Other than that, the other items like tshirts, swimming suits, and jean jackets have been nice. (Pics below are pants that suppose to fit like leggings but as you can see they do not, and it messes the entire outfit up).

My order still says pending with FedEx awaiting shipment in Inglewood Ca. But rest assure they will take the money from your account within 48 hours! Glad I didn't buy all the stuff I really wanted.

They are the most disgusting and cheating online clothing company. Purchase dress worth $158 and my package was spilt into two. They only deliver 2 dresses ($45), since last July I have requested for information regarding my second package. This is an honest review from a frustrated customer. You purchased from them, they will steal your money and package will not be delivered. They will deliberately ignore your emails by not providing the requested information. I purchased 4 items on February 2,2021. I didn't receive the package until March 7.
The items that are pictured on the website and what you eventually end up with is completely different. There is no receipts or return package slip, you'll have to pay to ship everything back. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They will continue to email you stating that the product you ordered was the same. Complete waste of time and money. I will never shop with this company again. Straight up fraud!

Ordered some clothes based on the company size measurements. Clothes came in and were cheap garbage and did not fit as listed in their measurements. When I reached out to return items they refused to work with me. I also had a terrible allergic reaction to the fabric the moment I started trying on the clothes. The fabric is super cheap, nothing like described. Total waste of money, don't believe their reviews. Most are fake!

Buyer beware! If you purchase from them and it doesn't work out they will only refund 40% of your purchase price. That doesn't include what you paid on the front end for shipping. I bought a top and a belt from Lovelywholesale it arrived quite fast and I am really please with what I got. I wear them all the time so they are decent quality. The pricing is also great, some clothes were very cheap! I would definitely buy from here again.
I did receive my items but one is stained I have been talking over email for two weeks now and first I was told they would give me only $5 back. Then I was told to wash it myself. I explained to them it was sent stained. Which isn't my fault but there's. Also i notified them right away of the stained item. Still I have no unstained item being shipped or a full refund for the stained item. Also item looks different than what I ordered.

So this is my first time ordering from lovely. I ordered in September I made an online order of 20 items... I received a email saying my item was being shipped on the 6th of October. Got a tracking number. A week after I tried to track my order it said no info I check again about 3 days after same thing. On October 20,2020 I received my package. But when I open it, I only received 10 items 10 items was missing... I reached out to lovely still no contact just 1 email that doesn't explain what happen to my missing 10 items or my refund. I reached out 2 more times and still haven't heard from anyone the same email they sent the first I received that same message. I do like the orders I did receive I wanna order more but I'm scared money don't grown on trees I work hard for my money. I just need answers on what happen to my order seems like they answer people on here so maybe I can get a quicker answer.
I have never had a bad experience with this company until recently! I placed an order online mid November. My tracking showed my package would be here by 12/19. It's now 1/1 and I still haven't received my package yet! My first email to customer service I received a response back, but now I have emailed multiple times and no response. The clothing was super cheap materials (I've seen Halloween costumes with better quality). Sizes run small. The return process is expensive, confusing, and im still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later. I learned my lesson, never shop here!

My experience buying through this site has been mostly good and descent shipping time! Size have come correctly, just make sure you go by the size chart. I have liked all of my purchases. Only had an issue with one order, where the wrong color was sent, with picture proof, they issued a partial refund

Buy at your own risk! Definitely a crap shoot. Some items are ok, if you even receive what is pictured, but most of it is very cheaply constructed. I've gotten some great pieces and some things that were fit for the trash. Also, they do not allow unfavorable reviews on their site, so don't bother reading their hand-picked, possibly fake reviews. Most of them are under the wrong item anyway.
