This company needs to stop advertising because it's ridiculous a whole month 4 my orders n then take money out my acct n say I didn't pay for my order this company is overseas n its not good for the United States this is my last time ordering unless u wanna wait a whole month 4 ur items don't order they hve bogus excuses this is not 4 us in the United States do not order a piece of jewelry everything that glitters ain't gold trust me a pissed customer I tried to b as patient as possible I order items 1/3/21 it's 2/3/21 n I hvnt received nothing

I ordered a hogwarts sweat shirt along with the acceptance package. You have taken my money striaght away, i have recived the acceptance package, BUT NO SWEAT SHIRT, ive sent no end of emails and not one has been answered and still no sweatshirt, looking at all these bad reviews i dont know how you are still getting away with taking peoples money, its stealing,! I am going to go to the ombidsman with this complaint,

I ordered the camo jacket in 2xl and got a small I think y'all sent me what y'all had, and took my money in PISSED first time ordering from y'all and want again. No address to send it back.

I've been shopping on this site for the last 4 years and they have never failed me. I love it and any issues they get back to you ASAP!

I placed an order and 3 weeks later my debit card was finally charged. MINUTES after my card was used at several gas stations, stealing several hundred dollars from my account.

This company is just like "Wholesale7" I ordered 11 items, 3 days before they were shipped I contacted them and ask could I change some sizes on a few items? China is 13 hours ahead of America; when they did reply to my ticket, thinking they would have put a hold on the shipment until we have straightened out the situation, they shipped them out, knowing I wanted to change some things. They seem like they are quick to respond to tickets when doing business, but once they have gotten your money the response to your ticket is delayed. When recieving items, I called and told them about wanting to exchange on sizes, so they inform me about doing a complete reorder because it would be quicker and that once they got the items that I sent back I would get a full refund. So I did, as of now it has been a total of 21 days since I had return items and they said items have been recieved; but still no refund.

So I ordered two sets of 6 items and one set of the 6 items I sent back with no refund; let alone the clothing I sent back.

Above all be careful when ordering on any site out of China, because the items are nothing like that of which the picture they present, it's like they are imitating other company clothing with less quality material and the Jean's or denims are most definitely not what they present. The holes in Jean's, buttons or material or not that of which is showed in the picture that they present.

The clothes are great material but customer service is very bad I have been waiting for a refund for months

Order over a month ago still haven't recieve it yet got an Email saying it was ship through Fedex check it was a created ticket for pick up no response only to say Sorryfor the delay

I ordered over 7 items (over $100) decided some days laterr i didn't want the items so i emailed the company and they advised me that my items where in the process of being shipped out so they couldn't refund me however upon receiving the items i could not sign for them and they'll be returned back and i could receive my money back. They advised me that i should receive the shipment by 10/25/15 its now 11/1/15 & still no shipment has been received and everytime i email the company inquiring about my refund they direct me to some 1855# to check to see where the shipment is. I WOULD NEVER ORDER NOTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE AGAIN IN LIFE AND ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS TO STAY AWAY! ( And I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) SIGN AN UNSATISFIED COSTUMER
