I've been trying to contact LovelyWholesale about an order that I placed around Christmas 2020 which I never received, because UPS delivered to the wrong address. UPS started an investigation, when the investigator came to my house with a map that proved they did not deliver to my address, I was under the impression that UPS would refund my money. When I spoke to UPS they explain to me they returned the money to LovelyWholesale. Now I can't get in touch with LovelyWholesale about refunding my money of merchandise I purchase but did not receive. At first I received and text back about my issue but it never got resolved and now when I send a ticket I don't get any response at all. I will never shop at LovelyWholesale again, because of the unprofessionalism they conduct. Why is it that we cannot talk to anyone on the telephone concerning customer service. I don't like the fact that they got paid for something that I did not receive and I cannot get in contact with them please do yourselves a favor and do not order from Lovely Wholesale.

I found a complaint never order from this website. Its been over two months. I am also disputing it with paypal.

I only shop here, they have great deals. A variety of deals too! BOGO, Clarence, 2 for 10 and many more.

They suck! Your order will never come. No customer service. Save your money. I wish there was a negative star option

Will never ever shop with them again. The quality of the clothes were so poor it ripped while trying it on. Customer service was no help at all

This is a horrible website I place a order on March19th. Well it's April 18th I still haven't received my shipment. This site is taking USA people money! Smh

Received 2 of 10 items. SMH. NEVER received a refund, and it took 2.5 monthsto arrive. I ordered SMALL, and recived EXTRA LARGE items. Total WASTE OF MONEY. NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. GO TO FASHION NOVA.

The staff doesn't know how to give good customer service. I purchased an item it was NOT what I ordered. They asked me to take pictures proving it was not what I ordered which I did and I had written on the picture showing it's not the correct size. They accused me of cussing at them. Not only do they not understand basic English but they had the audacity of accusing me of cussing at them which never happened. It was like they were enjoying playing games through email. I guess in their eyes cussing was xxxl that was all that I written on the picture and was told I was cussing because of xxxl. I was shocked and in disbelief I could not believe the email they sent back accusing me of cursing. It cost more to send it back from the states than what you actually paid for it and it's just not worth it it's a waste of time. Why would you spend more money to return it then what you actually paid for it? That's just stupid. I will never buy from this company again the quality is crap customer service is crap you have to jump through hoops just to get your money back. The saddest part was that through email they even proved my point yet and still no refund not even a partial. Lesson learned I will never buy from this company again really was a waste of time you can find something better in the united states and for a reasonable price. Do your research youll find A LOT BETTER.

My order got shipped on Sept 5 and i received it on the 16th. It was quicker than i expected. The sizes are abit too small but quality was cool. I like it and will contiue eith lovely wholesale!

Shipping is HORRIBLE! Material... HORRIBLE! I would say you get what you pay for but they charging an arm and a leg for shipping anyway so you still paying a pretty penny.
