I love this company they make me smile they're outfits are so cute and stylish occasionally u get one that's too small but for the most part they're outfits are too cute to boot
I have been ordering from LovelyWholesale for years now and have almost every item and the plus in curve department! They have really nice items, but the issue is that it takes a very long time to receive most of the time and they never send all items and one package which causes items to be super delayed as well as items getting lost in the mail delivery. My question to LovelyWholesale is when will they get a new inventory of clothing items? I am still seeing the same items that have been in their inventory from six years ago which leaves no other options. I am trying to place an order now, but they don't have anything new which I've been keeping a close eye for over three months now.
I recently ordered for my daughter and she received the wrong size in one pair of shoes and they never sent the second pairs of shoes that was with my original order. I have not received a refund. The rest of the order was fine they just messed up on the 2 pairs of shoes that was ordered.
I always get my items and yes I am a real person who loves this site. The dresses fit amazing, I have ordered multiple dresses and shorts from them you can track your order and it will tell you that it is in your mailbox
Lovely wholesale is a scam. What a waste of my money, some of the clothes came back damage and I don't even have an address to send this pieces of fabrics they call clothing back. And yes I have contacted their customer service and nothing.
Horrible online store. The clothing were not the same as online. Shipment missing items they refused to give me my money back. Clothes were different colors from purchased online. Quality was poor. Horrible experience. This store deserves zero stars
So about a month-and-a-half ago going on two months now I ordered $100 worth of clothing and have only received two out of my 12 items I ordered. The thing is the quality of the clothes is what is expected because of the price which I understand. However no company should ever take this long to ship out an order. I don't care if there is a coronavirus going on or not. They should be upfront with their shipping times and then every time you try to submit a work order for a customer service question it always States the site is down or busy. It is ridiculous and I don't know how a company gets away with this. You take our money immediately when the order is placed and then whenever you decide you will ship out the clothing. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

The clothes from this company are awesome and fit great. Very stretchy for plus size. The colors are vibrant and do not fade when worn. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful when tracking orders. I am a faithful customer now.

I have placed my order on March 10 and it's March 23 still haven't gotten anything saying my order has been shipped. You can't call anyone and the only way you can reach some one is by messaging some person named Helen n it seems to me as she says anything. When I go on my account it says I have 0 orders but I spent 150 dollars and I have proof from my bank. I think they scamm people. I'm about to call the news on them

They take your money. Don't give all the items you purchased. They don't refund any money back. They provide wrong size descriptions and force you too pay to ship it back. If you buy from them be aware. There's better online companies
I just want to say tha lovelywholesale is the bomb, I ordered several outfits from them and everything fitted perfectly, I received a lot of compliments on the clothes. The clothes that I purchased was not my size apparently and I emailed them telling them about my purchased and they asked for pics and all I wanted to do was return my order. I still haven't got no address to return them. The customer service sucks. I will never order from them again
I received all of my items today, 4/30 and I ordered about 3 weeks ago. Shipping does take awhile, but that's expected since it's coming from China. All of my items are super cute and true to size. I'm so thankful that I received my order, not going to lie I was a little nervous, but my mom told me about the site and she also received her items. I will DEFINITELY repurchase. I got 7 items for 100.00! I'm vacation readyyy!

I ordered the Nintendo February 27th. Contacted them at the end of March wanting to know where it was they sent me an email saying it would be another month or two before it arrived. I contacted them twice this month with no response back. So they got my money and I don't have my Nintendo. Do not order from this company they just keep your money!
Their items are so priced so cheap and when you get them you will know why. Clothes are poorly made, and almost everything is made of spandex material. I spent almost $150 and would not wear any of it, gave it to the goodwill after they would not approve a return. Will never ever buy anything from this site. Learned my lesson!

The next day April 30,2020 I got email saying my order was shipped gave a tracking number for fedEx no order been shipped only a label was created reached out to them so many times. I ordered 5 bathing suits that looked beautiful on line and they all had covers to them and thank God for that because that was the only thing that could possibly be worn. All and I mean all of the bathing suits were not even the same cut as shown on line. They had no seams just cut cheep fabric that was poorly stitched together. It looked like a kid made it in High School.

I was so disappointed as a first time buyer. I knew that items would be delayed due to the pandemic & high volume of orders; however, I wanted a month and a half for the products, just for some of my shoes to arrive broken. One pair of shoes I had two left shoes & I was told by customer service that "that's just the style of the shoe" and was offered a refund for one pair not both. The clothes were okay; however, I could have gotten them from another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hello I live in buffalo my my boyfriend paid a extra45 Buck's for expedited shipping and the clothes so called was delivered to my boyfriend house yesterday which the clothes required a signature plus the driver never called we never even received a email after he bought the clothes, that automatically had me wondering about this company, If you ask me they just stole 120 bucks from us I believe that nothing was never brought to us. Like I said it required a signature so why was it so called dumped on the porch, I believe the driver never came we were home the entire day. The sad part is we have a concert the is tomorrow to attend fourth row seats and we can't even go because it's way to late for me to find a outfit.
