I paid for expedited shipping and after 2 my order still did not ship. I told them to cancel the order because I no longer needed the items. They ignored me and 3 days later still mailed it out and said I have to pay shipping to send it back. Bad Business!
The clothes I ordered from lovelywholesale were beautiful and exactly as pictured. I was worried about ordering from a company so far away, but to my surprise the cloths was deliver on time. Since then everyone have been asking where I bought the clothes and I will recommend lovelywholesale to them, and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.
My first time ordering from this site and I was disappointed. The material of the clothing is very cheap, one of the outfits looks nothing like what was advertised and one item they sent the wrong size. I won't be ordering from this site again. I'll stick with Fashion Nova or Shein.
Ok! So I've ordered from this site quite a few times, was iffy at first but I tried them out with a small order, which to my surprise arrived within 3days and the materials used were also of good quality. So I then gave them a second shot... but that time was a total disappointment.The item was incomplete, ugly and un-wearable. Never the less, l tried them out again months after that bad experience and since then I've had no complaints with the quality of goods I received. N. B... they sometimes take a few days to process large orders, so you wouldn't want to place a last minute order for an upcoming event or occasion. Besides... any one who looks at their pics and believes that those items are originals@ such low prices gotta be crazy! They make replicas and sell at a cheap cost. Shipping sometimes cost more than what's in your cart tho but finding those designs at such affordable prices elsewhere is kinda impossible, so I guess their worth the try. Good luck!
I use to love shopping at LovelyWholesale and spent a nice amount of money each order. However my last order was sent with one piece missing, they did send me a refund after telling me that my order had been already shipped. Then in that same order they sent me a dirty white dress. I emailed them and sent pictures. They responded for me to send pictures. Even though I sent pictures with the first email I resend them and have emailed them twice I have not heard a word they just stop responding. I work really hard for my money and I do not appreciate that. I will not order from them again.
Wow! I'm so aggravated with this cheap unprofessional $#*! house of a company. I ordered a few things from this company on 5/5/20 it's now 5/24/20 and still no packages. If someone from lovelywholesale comments on my review about submitting a ticket I will lose it. Reason being is I have attempted I couldn't tell you how many times to submit a ticket and it literally says the same thing over and over. "Congestion try again." How is there always congestion? Seems like a scam. Wish I would have read the reviews about this crappy business before I purchased anything. I honestly wish I would've just read their homepage a little better. They clearly have someone that can't spell for $#*! managing their page. Well if you can help yourself don't even click on these peoples website! I promise it ain't worth it.

I'm am so pissed! I ordered my stuff the beginning of may! It is now June! Everytime I contacted them it was through email with the same damn response! Called postal service and they told me that they sent thing messed up shipping labels so they are not seeing item on their side. Theyve also told do many people had called about their merchandise and we all need to get together and fille a a large complaint all together... They said no one should order from here that's how horrible it is! I paid 140.00 and I don't have one item smh. Woke up this morning they said wait 3 to 5 more days! Are you freaking kidding me... I wish I could give 5 - negative stars. Don; t buy anything from them everything is made from the same material they make kids Halloween costumes with. Nothing is like the pictures. The adult size large will not fit a small framed 10 year old child. Everything fits in the little plastic packs like at the chines hair stores. You pay 5x more in shipping then what you payed for your purchase. An absolute rip off. They wont refund your money.
Because out of all the items I have ordered over the last year of shopping with lovely, I only received one item that was shorter than the posted length of the jean jacket I ordered and its still great quality and cute as hell with my jean bralette and shorts set. Sorry yall, I cant complain, must be a hit or miss type of deal! Use paypal in case you need to snatch ya money back, and your bank has a certain amount of days to do stop payment as well! So i had order 2 items on December 2,2016. On December 5,2016 they told me that my shipment will take 10-20 working days. So now it's January 9,2017. So on January 2,2017 i message them saying My package is still in Germany from the 2nd of December, can you find out why they holding it there. Thanks,

All of my items arrived after what felt like a millennium. The quality of these clothes are garbage, the material, the zippers are on the verge of breaking most likely won't last long, the insides of the pockets are stitched wrong, I normally wear xl and I ordered 3xl to be on the safe side and they're too small, I have submitted a ticket with their customer service on November 23rd asking for their return address. I have done everything they asked of me by sending pictures and descriptions and they have stopped responding to my emails. This is ridiculous and getting out of hand. Terrible company, never order from them again. I spent $150 United States dollars. Gone and wasted
I've ordered clothes from them 3 months ago and still waiting... I was ignored and then told sorry you'll just have to wait. I wouldn't buy from them especially if your looking for your clothes by a certain time this year.

Has anyone else experienced high shipping cost? My order came up to 109 and some change. They want 66 and some change to ship. WTH I have never seen shipping cost so much for clothes. I really like the outfits I picked out but hesitate to pay that much for shipping.

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
