Another funny thing is that the 5 Star ratings on here are fake accounts because if you notice the language is the same. Only people from China speak this way. I deal with China a lot and I am very knowledged with their scams & low quality products. It's a shame! Stealing from hard working Americans!
I was skeptical at first because I did not know Lovelywholesale but I saw a hoodie I really, really liked and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Quality was superb for the price. I also had an issue with them but their after-sales customer service were EXCELLENT. Problems are unavoidable but they made sure to address, and now only did they address the problem but they made sure I was satisfied and offered me more. I'm a happy customer.

My money was taken out of my account yet this company says that the order was cancelled I have been trying to contact anyone from the customer service department and cannot reach anyone to speak with the matter $123 was taken out of my bank account and I have no way to retrieve my money do not use this company

I ordered for a jumpsuit for my girlfriend and it was delivered to me as described on their online store.The customer care service was always online each time i tried to keep track of my goods to keep me posted about any new development. I ordered a few items and were pretty good except for the sweaters which were a bad quality and the sizes run to big... I have read some of these reviews and honestly I actually have had no problems with customer service... I send back a few items which were to big and I received my refund for those items...

I had the worst experience with lovelywholesale. They treated me extremely unjustly when I asked for a refund for the falsly advertised clothes that they sent me. They do a lot of false advertisement so I advise people not to purchase anything from them. Also they made me pay $22.75 for the return shipping and then informed me that I would not be reimbursed for the initial shipping that I had paid for. WORST online experience ever!
My package has been floating around Illinois for 22 days... but I live in Texas! I ordered this over a month ago. At first they tried to blame it on USPS, but when I investigated, USPS hadn't even received the shipment from 17Pack - their shipping company. I bought items for a trip. Today is Friday, I leave on Sunday, so basically there's no way I'm going to get my order in time.
I ordered a couple of items from this site. It took a month for me to receive my order. I was highly disappointed with quality of the clothing and not only that but nothing fits. I reached out to them to find out how can I return for a refund. They told me I can keep the merchandise and they will refund me $5.00 and give me a big discount on my next order. I will never ever order from them again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them. People beware of the fraud these people are.
I ordered a royal blue 2 piece suit. It was to arrive in two weeks. It arrived in two months. I tried to cancel the order when it didn't arrive in 2 weeks. Their only response was a tracking number. No words. Just tracking number--which provided no information. When the item arrived. It was the dullest blue you can imagine. Instead of a zipper and a button. They put in a thick elastic waist. That is the tackiest thing you can do! I know that it is faux leather. But this material just look too cheap to wear!

I must say for the prices out of 20 items only 2 I didn't care to sale on my site. The seller actually communicated with me but, if you're running a business and need to restock quickly this is not the site to order from girlmerry.com shipping turnaround is only 7 days and clothing is just as good. Lovelywholesale will definitely lose alot of business with this shipping issue. If you order from them now you want receive your inventory for over 30 days by then it's time to start shopping for spring items. Lovelywholesale you're gonna lose business if you can't ship any faster. I will not use them for my business due to restocking issues..
I am a thick chick and I shop at this sit very often. The size chart is there for a reason. If you want the right size for you, USE IT! Customer service always responds to me when I reach out and are always kind and professional. All my items that I have paid for have made it to me and they all fit... except for jeans... I will not order jeans from them anymore. But the dresses! OMG they are beautiful and fit like a charm.

I ordered two items from this company and received cheap and poorly made clothes. The material is so thin and sheer that I can only wear my jumpsuit inside my house and the dress wasn't as good as the advertisement portrayed it to be. I didn't bother with the jumpsuit because it's not as bad as the dress just really thin and cheaply made.
My package did not come, and I emailed them and they told me it was delivered and i can contact my carrier and see where they delivered it and ask them for a refund! I could not believe a business could say that. I never even asked for a refund, was just trying to get my package. Then it came a week later and the dress was different from what I bought and the size was much smaller, in which I'm a petite person. I would never order there again. They need business ethic 101
I placed a order for my birthday about 3 weeks ago and paid extra for delivery my birthday is in the 14th next week and it is still not here Im so disappointed but i blame my for not doing the proper research on them these comments are horrible and makes me sick they my stomach Im disputing with my bank and getting my money back
I would like to know where you contact them. I am a first time buyer here because I was scared of the bad feedbacks I was seeing for this site, but this time I saw that it wasn't too bad and I ordered a few things, it's been 4 weeks now I never received them; and the tracking number they keep on sending me starting by YT is invalid. Also under my order it says Fedex but they keep on telling me to contact USPS but usps can't help with an invalid number, I cannot even file a claim with an invalid number and no one is helping. I hope I receive my stuff or my money back and I'll promise myself to never look at this site again.
To me so far it's a scam that choose people to scam so they don't have all of the bad reviews.
