DO NOT ORDER from here. I ordered 3 items in January (my first and last time) and have not recieved them yet. I've attempted to contact the company but there is no phone number listed only email addresses and they don't contact you back.
Wish I could have given this review no stars. Myself and my best friends ordered over $300 worth of stuff from the site. We have not heard anything. We placed our order on April 13th and it is now May 23rd. I've written emails I've submitted tickets and all they keep saying is my order has been shipped and to check your tracking numbers but the tracking numbers are not working I even contact FedEx. FedEx said they haven't received any packages from this company for my name. They said they get that a lot. Companies submit the order through Fedex but they never call for the pick up. I really don't know what's going on but I what I is I want my $300 back. This company needs to resolve the issue really soon. I've added pictures of the tracking notifications as well as the various emails but they keep saying the same thing.
The picture on the website is exactly the body suit my kid wanted for a cosplay thing, and it was supposed to be made in England, for fuller-figured women.
Instead, they sent her a cheap body suit, that didn't look anything like the picture, made in China, for stick figures. It was like squeezing her into full-body Spanx. And the only way I could get the zipper (which was in the back instead of the front) to work was with the help of pliers. And then it was a matter of praying that the seams would hold and she wouldn't pass out.
The first picture is a more accurate picture of what she received. The second and third pictures are what she was supposed to have received. Very different.
I absolutely love this store and everything it has to offer, the prices are just right and the quality of their clothing is awesome. I would and have referred this place to everyone I know. Always fast shipping and always great customer service!

I ordered a Hogwarts Acceptance Package in September, and the money was taken from my bank the following day. That was the only proof I have received of my order, since I never received any shipping information and all three of my emails about this have been ignored. I still haven't received my package or an excuse as to why. I want my money back but my emails aren't being responded to, so it's unlikely to happen.
Save yourself money, time and hassle and don't bother.

I ordered since november 1st paid for expedited shipping. I ask them to cancel and refund me. Today is the 18th and they now decide to ship it using yanwen. Lord knows when i will receive it. Its usually shipped by dhl commerce express. I usually shop here but I'm starting to believe its fraudulent. Im very upset. Im not pleased at all.

I place my order almost a week ago! Said it was delivered which is not as well as 1 piece I ordered about 9 sets of clothing! When I called my card it said I payed from PayPal which i know I didn't. The card I used is a prepaid card! You can't sign up for cash app/ PayPal or anything like that with a prepaid card.

I order my items for a event i had coming up. It took me a month to get a email starting it was delivered. I work from home and ha e two cameras looking at the front door. No one delivered my package. I called FedEx and USPS they both stated due to the shipper using SmartPost. So lovely wholesale needs to fill the claim but the keep sending the faqs. No one is reaching out they just send you a link to the faqs. I never received my clothes/wigs. I filed a claim with Consumer Affairs in Hope's to getting some help. I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either.
This place is phenomenal and I will definitely order from them again. This is my 2nd time ordering from them and the service was superb. I returned items back that were too small and they refunded me back very quickly. I also placed a new order for a bigger size and they shipped the order out within 24 hours. I love this company and they can definitely count me in as being a loyal customer.
Please do not buy from here. I bought $70 ripped jeans and they arrived completely different than what I expected they were very very dark when I ordered light it was not jeans it was leggings with holes and the denim was a complete fake.

I think you are just made because you cant look good in them. Because my husband loves these clothes on me. I also shop at malls. We got money we are hard working people. Im not a whore I just love to look good for my husband.
So these mother tickets took my $82 and are now telling me the order number cannot be found. I went ahead and did a mock transaction but did not make a payment these fools are telling me they had to cancel for non payment. I just did that to make sure I had followed the same steps. They have stopped responding to my emails when all I want is my money back. My money is gone and these $#*!ers are just $#*!ing around with my money.
