The first few times I ordered from this company went great. I received my items in a timely matter, and I liked the clothes. However, this time has been horrible. I received an email on April 30,2020, that my order shipped. I received a tracking number, however, my order still has not shipped, as you can see from my attached tracking document. When I put in the tracking number at FedEx, I get this message 'shipment label created awaiting package'. I have emailed and submitted tickets several times, and I receive the same response. Customer Service responds with either the tracking number, which I already have, or tell me my package has been shipped. Submitting a ticket or emailing is a waste of time, and you will get nowhere. At this point, if I do not receive my package by May 28,2020, will have file fraud charges with my bank. I will not let this company steal my money! It is definitely a money scam. Unless you have money to give away, I am warning you, do not order from LovelyWholesale. As you can see from their responses on this site, there is no concern regarding those with a bad experience. Don't waste your time.

UPDATE: I reached out to LovelyWholesale and they sent me another bogus tracking number. I finally had to involve my finalncial institution to investigate, and get my money back.

This store has some of the nicest products for very reasonable prices. The images down are what you receive in the mail and I love this store. Worth it all around.

Quality is very cheap. Customer service is not that good and returns is almost impossible. 5 start reviews to me are FAKE. They don't match the description of the item.

Before I go into details I must say that this was not the first time for me to get involved in online shopping. I had some good and bad experiences and I was wondering how will this order with lovelywholesale.com go. I found this website through an online forum and since there were many satisfied users I've decided it to order a cardigan for my girlfriend.
There were a few cardigans in the offer and they all looked great. On top of that, I've noticed that the prices are more than reasonable. After I've put this product in the cart, the checkout process was quite fast and what I liked the most was that the pages were secured. I am always checking this because I am worried about the security of my personal information. I am glad that lovelywholesale.com have paid attention to this important issue.
But, what I liked the most was the quick delivery. I have ordered many things online, but this one came very fast. Obviously, my girlfriend was satisfied with the cardigan because it looked exactly as promised. So, in case you need a reliable online store, with great clothes and fast shipping, you can't go wrong with lovelywholesale.com 5-star online store!

Unprofessional, loses packages and will not compensate. I ordered my clothes a month before my birthday. Then I see that the company that they ship my packages with couldn't find my house, and returned my things. So when I went to lovely wholesale about it, they told me I needed to pay 20.99 to reship my stuff. Why would I do that when I had free shipping the first time? Why did I pay 1.99 insurance to ship my items but the company doesn't even know how to deliver? Why would they not leave my stuff at the post office where I could pick it up? There is no one USEFUL to talk to when things go wrong, and they take 24 hours to respond and say the same weak automated BS. The extra 20.99 they tried to charge to reship my order is terrible representation of this company. They should be paying my shopping and expediting my order because I did not put the incorrect address. Now I have to expedite my new order and pay for shipping when I never should have in the first place. I read so many good reviews about this company only to be disappointed in how poorly they do things. Beware. This company is garbage.

I have placed about 7 orders since April & it's either a HIT or a MISS. Clothing is not consistent at all! Also their website will not let you leave a bad review - everytime I attempt it will give me the auto response that I didn't purchase (and my account still reflects the items I have purchased) or that it's processing then it times out! As of today I will not purchase from this company, as I am now seeing they sell on AMAZON under another name so if I see something I like I will wait to see it on AMAZON so I can return if I want but trying to return to Hong Kong is too expensive and as of today I am stuck with 4 items I purchased which were not as pictured.

I ordered my clothes April 10th, they told me that it would be 10-25 days... my birthday is may 13th i ordered the fit for that purpose... i cant utilize it for that day. I cant even get a shipping number... was told it wasnt even shipped to the usa... it has yet to. And its may 5th. I have ordered from WISH the same day and received my items from them ALREADY!... yall need to fix this frfr before i or the customers want their money back!

If you want quality for your money you are at the right place. They give you great customer service and the shipping is very fast. I lived in Canada a i got my package in a week.

I would highly recommend not buying. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a dress feb 15 it didn't process until the 18th and "supposedly was shipped" on the 18 however my tracking number when typed in says Pre-Shipment and hasn't changed since feb 19th it is now feb 278and it still says preshipment and when I write on the ticket they just say it's suppose to be 10 days. It has been over 10 days though and my event is march 3rd so it looks as if I won't be attending it because they never sent anything. I wish I could find the real place the dress is from.

Terrible terrible! I will NEVER order sneakers off this site again. Sneakers I ordered the pic on this site looked like Nike but when I received the sneakers it looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the pic! Extra cheap material & design was totally jacked & it smelled like fish. Wasted money b/c it went in the trash! NEVER AGAIN!

After much thought and contemplation, I placed an order on 3/1/18. I spent about $120. To my surprise, the order arrived on 3/16. I live in Atlanta, Ga. If that helps. Not only did the items arrive fast, I found that of the 9 items I ordered, only 1 was grossly misrepresented and looked nothing like the picture. The clothes are cheap and not the best quality, but I expected that... after all... I did order them from CHINA! I was pleasantly surprised with this transaction from beginning to end. I received a tracking number within 4 days of placing my order and I checked on the status daily. I will say that all the items fit great, I am a medium/large build and the items fit well (I ordered XL and UP) and have held up after a few cycles in the wash. I would like to point out that when you see the reviews on the website under an item, keep in mind that Lovely wholesale will not post any negative review you write about item... sneaky bastards! I posted 8 good reviews (all were posted) and 1 negative review (this one was not posted). They get three stars from me based on the fact that they intentionally won't post a negative review. I don't value a company that doesn't respect your opinion... whether good or bad. Just be careful and not mislead by all the positive reviews you see under an item... its not legit. I will not order from them again since I felt like I was playing Russian roulette... ha ha! I got away this time. Good luck... buy at your own risk!

The website is easy to navigate, customer service was very helptul in answering my questions. Got my order quickly, and best of all their prices are cheaper than most other websites.

I can't stress it enough about how much I love this website as well as the Lovely Wholesale app! Affordable items/clothes, VERY comfortable, VERY cute, made for plus size as well as slim women, and the customer service is amazing! If you're thinking twice about this app wondering if it's a scam, let me be the first to tell you IT'S ALL REAL! I couldn't believe it at first when I shopped for my baby shower dress but everything came out amazing! Don't stress, pay less, and shop with Lovely Wholesale website or the app!

Today is May 24,2020. I placed 3 orders totaling $366. The first order was "shipped" out on May 5, another May 10,2020. Still have not received ANY ORDERS YET. They keep giving me the run around about shipping. Keep giving me wrong and invalid tracking numbers. I asked for a full refund today. Ill go to the mall now they're back open. Do NOT WASTE UR MONEY. ALL THESE LOW BUDGET CHINESE COMPANIES DO IS SCAM. SHOP LOCALLY WHERE U WLL FOR SURE WALK OUT WITH WHAT YOU BOUGHT.

Update: They are now not responding at all, AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. Never RECEIVED ANY OF THE ORDERS, NOTHING. ALMOST $400 WASTED. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY MORE BUSINESS. FOOL ME ONCE AND IM DONE.
