Ordered advent jewellery calendar on the 7th of September never received it emailed them loads of times got no answer would give them less than 1 star if I could

I ordered 2 dresses from Lovelywhole On Mon 2nd & paid for the fast shipping. It is now Jan 8th & it still hasn't shipped. I messaged them & said I needed the dresses by Fri. On Saturday I got a message from them saying it'll be shipped within 24hrs... 24hrs has pass & still hasn't shipped. I've ordered from them before & haven't had a problem. Not sure what's going on with them now but I wont be ordering from them again

My items were never shipped every time I reach out to them they are telling me not to worry my items are on the way provided me with a bogus tracking number had to request a refund through PayPal I have submitted several tickets no real customer service they are sending my entire order Together they are sending items out separate no communication the worst company I have every did business with do not use them try another aitw

I placed an order 2 months ago for 1 item a jumpsuit and it never came. I submitted several tickets and inquiries to no avail. I've asked for a refund several times and thier response was to erase my tickets as if it never happened. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY LOVELYWHOLESALE.

DO NOT SO IT. YOUR ITEMS WILL NEVER ARRIVE AND ONCE IT DOES THE CLOTHES SMELL HORRIBLE. I A\GREED TO PAY THE INITIAL SHIPPING COST BUT ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL SINCE GOING BACK TO CHINA AND THEIR ARE CUSTOMS FEES ETC... THEY REFUSED AND IM STUCK WITH STINKY SHIRTS THAT HAVE TO BE THROWN AWAY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SELLER AND CLOTHES . JUST SAY NOOOOOOOOO

Customer service is great. I had purchased few items and I have to say that the shipping was very fast and I was also pleased with my purchase. I hope it will continue

I love this website and the delivery is not bad The tracking you should be able to get that within a week and once you get your tracking you won't be able to see your information until it's in the USA

After over a month of the vendor being in responsive I decided to cancel my order asked for a refund multiple times finally disputed the charges they finally shipped my order in two days flat they look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE not color or quality matches see below what I ordered and what I received

I refuse to order from them again first time I ordered everything was perfectly fine until I ordered the second time I don't not like how I paid for express shipping 2-5 business days I want my s$&& I'm need a refund asap they keep send me the same message and I haven't received my items I don't recommend them to anybody

I order over 1 month ago spending over $100. I can't get a estimated delivery date or anything! Will never shop here again! Summer will be over if/when my stuff come! Very disappointed

It's been 30 days and I don't have a shipping time or date. The site is bogus don't buy anything from these sham artists. They won't reply to anything you have to say.

Clothes are very cheap I gotten a size medium they were huge and very long. You can't get a hold of anyone for a refund, never will I order from this site again
