So I have used this site a couple of times an I find that I'm stuck with items that are not made properly or just too small an it cost me to ship it back but this time I had a whole item missing they never let me know nor did they willinly give me my money back even though they clearly saw the item was out of stock so Be aware of these over seas companies the quality isn't worth it too cheap of clothing they tear this site is crappy

I can honestly say that Lovelywholesale customer service was great. I had the pleasure of dealing with a HaNi. Was very polite, understanding, & helpful of my issue. Which was the option to pay Western Union wasn't popping up on their site for me to pay this way. And this isn't my first time ordering from them & paying this way. Once I had submitted a ticket to them. It wasn't that long before they had responded back to me. They had there IT team looking into this problem. & I can honestly say that I was able to place another order. & was able to pay it w/Western Union. Like I always do. Within a hour/2. HaNi kept me informed about everything. Including the fact that my order is now just waiting to be shipped out. Yayy! I can't wait to receive them. & yes I will be placing another order w/Lovelywholesale very soon. Thank you Lovelywholesale again.
P.S. I had forgotten to add that Lovelywholesale has very good quality on their clothes. I have actually ordered jeans shirts dresses and all from them. And the materials are very well made. I haven't had to return anything back so far. I have washed dried hung on the line whatever you want to call it to these clothes. And they haven't faded or shrunk yet

I order 5 items in Early Feb 2020 and Received 3 item mid March. Two items was too small and one was too big. Also the quality of the clothing is bad. The same day I received the package I reached out to them because the "submit a ticket" was not working, so I sent an email. They began to argue with for several days. And I asked again for a refund and a return label. They told me to give the clothes away or sale them and that they can only send a $10 or 10% refund back to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Sometimes when ordering from this company I get good stuff but majority of the time the stuff is bad quality (silky like material tht most dnt want/cheap). It use to be cheaper prices but now they went up on their prices and it's not worth it for the material. When shipping cost is already high af. If you hve a boutique I wouldn't shop here. Shipping varies from two weeks to a month. Depending on whts in stock. They don't allow you an option to put a review no more because they know that their stuff is not worth the prices tht they now hve and they dnt want other people to knw. The reviews are not real, come on now everything can't be a 5 star. The lies

I ordered my items a week ago still have not got a confirmation sent 3 tickets sent message via facebook the site has no number to reach CS the email is bullcrap I spent near $200 and still no response on when I'll be getting my shipment and I can't even track my order BC the order number Is not accurate. I am very pissed this is by far the worst online site ever I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning to dispute this I need a full refund if my items do not arrive by Friday this company should be sued and shut down

I ordered a dress, it took about a month to get it but it was just as advertised! Perfect fit. I never have an issue ordering from them or contacting customer service
