I have been ordering from LovelyWholesale for years now and have almost every item and the plus in curve department! They have really nice items, but the issue is that it takes a very long time to receive most of the time and they never send all items and one package which causes items to be super delayed as well as items getting lost in the mail delivery. My question to LovelyWholesale is when will they get a new inventory of clothing items? I am still seeing the same items that have been in their inventory from six years ago which leaves no other options. I am trying to place an order now, but they don't have anything new which I've been keeping a close eye for over three months now.
Lately, I've been buying all of my clothes from LovelyWholesale. I'm obsessed! They have a great selection of clothes at really good prices. I just bought an incredible dress from the site for less than 20 dollars, and I get so many compliments on it! The variety of clothes is always changing, and I've bought gifts for friends from the site as well. Shipping is fast, and the quality is great. Highly recommended!
I ordered 7 outfits which came to about $160 and also paid extra. Extra I tell you, for faster shipping (which is about 10-15 days) They say they take at least 1-7 days alone to prepare your order (ok, cool) and then that's when shipping starts. Well It's been over 2 months and I still have not recieved anything! Also, Instead of the 1-7 days to prepare my order, it took 11 days and after that they gave me a tracking number which states "shipping label created". After two weeks of being stuck on that, I contacted the mail carrier and lovely wholesale never even gave them them items to ship off yet! Oh and did I forget to mention that the only way you can contact LW is through facebook messenger or email and they dont even respond! Well at least not to me. They're a bad business with horrible customer service! Dont waste your money! I only gave them 1 start because I cant give them a 0.
OMG... I came across this site a few months ago and let me tell you their clothes are true to their measurements. Please don't bash the site because of your failure to read the size chart. I love that they provide you with tracking information and customer service is always responsive withing 24 hours.
I spent $144.17 on clothing from this site. When I came to the shipping part, the shipping and handling charge was $93.24. My daughter really wanted the clothes so I paid. Two days later I find other sites with the same clothes but with free shipping. This sites shipping cost is ridiculous. I will not be buying anything else from them. Also the material is so thin it looks and feels like paper.
After waiting, and waiting for something that never came, I'll cut y loses with lovely wholesale. If u can read and read this find another site to shop from. I'm outta 25 dollars and I cant track my dress. Both carriers they say has it doesn't. 1st off why would two diff carriers be delivering my dress. I'm so mad about this I cant even get my money refunded, all they do is dress up emails saying something else. I hope yall all get covid 19

Although it does take quite some time to get items, I really like lovelywholesale. I've ordered more than 10 dresses from this site, and I always receive what I ordered. The prices are low, but I've had a couple of those dresses for over a year and they still look great and aren't falling apart. They're surprisingly good quality despite the price. The dresses do tend to have a chemical smell when you first get them, but one wash will get rid of the smell. I'll continue to shop here.

Complete rip off! Zippers stick, snaps don't stay, cheap material, sizing way off, returns are impossible, no response after repeated ticket submissions. Any site that does not include receipt and written instructions for returns/exchanges is a scam. I will stick with Venus and Rosewe, 2 very trustworthy online sites with quality clothing. Lovelywholsale.com is a complete scam!

Haven't got any of the clothes I've ordered. Waste of money. Tracked it and it said it couldn't find my address and it's being sent back all this extra stuff I've went through never ordering here again. Called ups a million times they got you on hold for hours!

But they were fast to get my obey the same day I placed the order. I have Submit tickets that never can get through, I have email them with the same response every single time, like a robot is answering them... I have chat with the robot and nothing helps! You get a tracking number that never works! And everything you try is a No End Road... I'm very disappointed and will never order from them again! It's a Scam! And I'm already in the process to fight with Pay Pal to get my money back! Don't buy from here, that's like giving away free money!

I placed an order. Within 20 minutes I requested a refund due to items being an incorrect size for a Christmas gift. I contacted these people on Every form of contact that I could find. They always say they can switch it out. They will NOT issue a refund. Even after I told them they don't even sell the correct size. HORRIBLE customer service and after u continue to ask the same thing they stop responding. Order at your own risk. This is a HORRIBLE company
Shipping is very long. Items doesn't look like pictures. The items I ordered fits good but the material is cheap one outfit coming apart already and I haven't worn it. I guess it's a cool place to purchase cheap clothes that want last long

I ordered from lovelywholesale about 3 weeks ago. Currently I am still waiting on my order! I did contact their customer service via email, they told me that they were sorry for the wait and that they were still waiting on 2 more items to be prepared for shipment. Yesterday I received an email saying that it had been shipped out. But I still gotta wait another 6-10 days to get it! Which will make my wait time a whole month. Never again they didn't even have the decency to compensate me in any kind of way, like maybe expedite my shipping, or they could of paid for shipping! But instead they said they would take something off my next order. But I will never order from them again ugggh I'm so disappointed!

Recently I purchased two items, but I didn't like them because they didn't fit right so I messaged them about a return label. Well, apparently they don't like to refund people their money and they will stop answering your emails. I just do not recommend shopping here.

I came on here to read reviews before even thinking about ordering. Thankfully, I can read between the lines on these reviews and I decided not to order from them. All the reviews you see here are either 1 star or 5 stars. There are NO in betweens. That's a red flag. It means that this company really is garbage but they're counteracting the 1 star reviews with the overly positive 5 star reviews and it's obvious. How do you have so many people saying the same terrible things but think your perfect 5 star review will make sense? I believe the reviewers when they say these people are scammers. Only a dishonest business with something to hide would fake 5 star reviews. Do not order from them. Read between the lines.

Then I got an email saying it was an issue with customs that they would be here in a few days, still have not received anything. Does anybody know how I can report this company?
