Save yourself from headache
Save yourself from headache, PLEASE go to any other place! Lowes has no management! Nobody to solve any problems you may have. And trust me YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!
I bought a dishwasher (a nightmare!) and one one week after I still don't have one. First they delivered a broken one, one week after they came to picked up the broken one and never deliver a new one. Trying to call them it's totally a waste of your time. No one cares! WHEN they answer the phone, they are rude and put you on hold forever until the phone gets disconnect. You are on their mercy! They get your money and run. Please please go to another place. Lowes has the worst customer service.
I bought carpet almost 3 months ago and lowes ordered the wrong carpet 3 times now send the 12 × 14 ft carpet was delivered to my house. What was supposed to take 2 weeks has turned into almost 3 months. I took up all the carpet padding and tac board to help the installers. June 26th I bought carpet. My 10 yr old disabled autistic son level 2 stepped on the tac board the installers put down with the new padding and left because it was the wrong carpet so my son steps on the tac board not once but twice because lowes left the tac board instead of pulling it up. Installers came out twice to pull up tac boards. Now I'm asking for a refund my son won't get compasation for stepping on the tac boards. Calling a lawyer
This was the best lowes can do because the failed to order the right carpet. Now lowes is mad at me. It's been 3 months
I paid for 4,600.00 in lumber for a privacy fence. The contractor went to pick it up and was told it wasn't in stock. This was in the day of the scheduled project. Finally came up with a shortened order. Had to buy nailers somewhere else. Finally delivered and was short 107 pickets. Had to buy pickets somewhere else. A month later fence is still not done because of materials that I paid for from Lowe's. Never again!
Customer service is horrible and very very slow. I have waited in line for 30 minutes multiple times. Employees at checkouts have attitudes and are super slow and try to multitask and serve multiple people at once instead of checking out one person.
The local Lowe's store values it's Military, retired Military customers. I find the customer service at the local store in Roseburg, Oregon is very qualified with their product knowledge and the location of the products in the store. When I order items not in stock it takes only a few days before it arrives and the store promptly calls me on its arrival.
Annie is very unprofessional she don't want to help no 1 she don't have no Customer service Skills she need to be retain how a customer come to a store to order on item and she don't want to help why she even come to work if she don't want to
I love going to Lowes in Matthews, NC.
The selection is fantastic and usually fulfills my needs for home repair items among other items.
I am please with the garden center as well. I have purchased many flowers and veggie plants and was very pleased with the varieties offered.
The employees are friendly and helpful too. I could tell the employees are happy to work there.
Lowes will drop your credit limit without telling you due to your credit score changes, never heard a company approve for a certain amount of credit then take it away and didn't give it back when your score changes. Lowes, Best Buy and Home Depot all use Citi bank for credit. I have credit with all three and Lowes is the only one drop my credit which made me to switch to Home Depot who I now give my service to. I hate Lowes done shopping with them
Lowe's in Brookhaven, Pa.is the best of the best.
The store is spotless, the service is great, by service I mean the clerks working on the floor are readily available.
I go in that store often and not once did I have to wait when needing help, they actually come up and ask if they could be of service, and it's always with a smile and helpful attitude.
The one problem is the store is smaller than the average Lowe's so it appears stuffed with merchandise, and every once in awhile they won't have something another Lowe's that's larger would carry. That's rare though.
The return policy is no problem, it doesn't matter for whatever reason something needs to be returned, they gladly refund your money or allow you to choose something else.
The whole atmosphere is customer friendly.
Went into Lowe's for garden supplies and needed help In OSLG ( store 282 Victoria, Tx.) and Jeff helped us with garden soils and plants and planters, then we checked out at main registers in store, and we needed an override on a discounted plant and Kelly from the front end was very nice and fast. I asked for help to load my car and she got me Josh to load and I can not say enough about these 3 people. If every store had people like this I would be a happy shopper.
They all deserve a 10 for a job well done.

We bought a whirlpool dishwasher from Lowes, supposed to be top of the line. It has NEVER WORKED right, I had service people out twice before my warranty ran out. It now leaks water, and does Not work,. My husband is 77 years old and I am disabled, we can not afford another one
Sammi Jo Siegman and Patty or top notch, sales experts, that know what they're talking about! I had an awesome experience with purchases of washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave dishwasher, oven. And also just recently went in to have granite countertops installed and wood and tile floor all through the house. Lowe's in Chesapeake on Portsmouth Boulevard are awesome! Huge asset to the company!
There is not enough space to detail the severe problems this company has. A simple, if extensive, window install was mishandled and I wound up with defective windows that were not repaired for 23 months. This was a $6k job and even the lowes customer service reps admitted their company dropped the ball. Twice I took off days at work to wait for repair people who never showed. Glass from the initial install where former windows were broken remained in my house for months after. Then the predatory lending of the financial institution kicked in and charged full interest on the total principle even though it was paid down to half the amount. Lots of other history here but not enough space to write. At the end of the day, am offered $500 as compensation. Laughable if not so absolutely agregious. These people are theives and exemplify what is wrong with big box stores and their faceless, bottom-line-only culture. Advise strongly to not ever use or shop with this disreputable business.
The only minor problem I've had with Lowes in the pricing on their website does not always match the local store even after selecting my local store. At times I have had to show them the price on their website. Keep in mind there are times the local store price is HIGHER than the website - thus order online (if there's free or low shipping) might be a better option
We ordered a washer and dryer. Took weeks to get it. 1ST DELIVERY DAY, Drivers said it was badly dented so they took both back. A week later, replacement arrives.they forgot the washer but brought a dryer. Whole side dented in. Went to store and returned order for 1st one settled on a different one to be able to get it next day. 3rd time is not a charm. They hooked up w&d and left. With in an hour house was reeking of gas. We spent a lot of time on phone. One manager passes me to another who never came to phone. Called again, finally with much waiting one came to phone. He says come in tomorrow see head of appliciances, Who in the meantime called husband and asked if we will consider settling for electric instead? We already settled for a cheap knock off. Now settle for electri? WTH?
All I can say is buyer beware this stuff they are selling is JUNK!
At store the employee was good but did a schedule appointment for flooring cost at one time did my schedule base on it got message day before changing time his is not right and answer was well we can do it another day instead of trying to accommodate me his is lack of interest of my business I try to give them another shot at service and everything else and this is what I get just forget about this place lack of interest on customer that's why saw store empty and employees talking between them and store didn't looks good. 48! Hrs return policy is bull$#*! bought over the range microwave picked it up nothing was said about returning it in 48 If there was an issue. Box sat on my dinning room table for about 4 wks until my neighbor had a chance to install it between both out work schedules door wouldn't open because of pantry cabinet tried to return it within 30 days had receipt nothing wrong with microwave just didn't fit in space. Lowe's would not let me return it said had to be returned within 48 hours. No where on my receipt does it say that nor did the cashier or appliance employee inform me of that
I ordered in the person of my dryer machine on February 26,2022. The machine dryer was supposed to be delivered scheduled on March 15. I waited, but Lowes canceled. I got an email and rescheduled it for March 18. Then reschedule again on 3/22, then 3/23. The final delivery schedule is on March 24. If ever not deliver on the 24th of this month. I will cancel my order. Don't buy or order in this company. The Home Depot is the best. My Refrigerator arrived on the second day. I have to change my Mom's fridge, and I bought it at Home Depot, and I will get it soon. Goodbye, Lowes. Hello Home Depot.
I ordered a washer that cost me more than another store but went with it only because it would be delivered 4 days later. That day is today and last night i got a call from the rudest 3rd party customer service agent i have ever had to deal with. He informed me that they are busy and it wouldn't get delivered for another 7 days. After getting hung up i called to and spoke to the assistant manager (collen I believe) at the west Saginaw lansing mi store which sent a email. He did inform me it was a stocking issue. Although helpful it doesn't change the fact that it's costing me money to rearrange my schedule. Time that was already arranged today and no discount was offered. The amount of money i spend at Lowe's is ridiculous and from now on it looks like the competition is gonna get that. Lowes please stop using 3rd party trashy unorganized companies when it is your name getting trashed. I fully intend on telling my story in more details to everyone i know
I spent more than 6 hours on the phone and 2 trips to the store. Nobody "could help" but only give me a "incident #" and a promise of a higher-ups contact. 3 Times and no contact. They stole 369.46 off my gift cards (I a sure it was a system issue) and will not take care of it. The store managers says "I am sorry, you will have to contact customer service" (I have 6 times and waited on hold 30min-1:15 min each time). Customers service say "sorry there is nothing I can do about it... They will be in touch with you withing 24hours" NOPE. NEVER SHOP HERE. Look around at the other experiences on line and then find a new corporation that actually cares at all about their customers.
