Lucky Vitamin

I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered from Lucky Vitamin. Everything arrives promptly and is of good quality. Shopping around convinces me the prices are good. Autoship means I don't have to remember to re-order. Cool!

Many choices at great prices, which equates to savings and money in my pocket. I hope to see "Know Brainer" added to the product choices please! Add it to your favorite morning hot drink for extra brain power:-)

I found a great product which is stevia drops with many different flavours for much cheaper than if I bought it in a regular health food store, even with the postage and packaging, if you buy two products.

I had Autoship with a competitor on three of the five items purchased today. All were cheaper with Lucky Vitamin's "every day" price. When you include Autoship and first-time buyer discount, I saved significantly more on this purchase.

I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years and never had any problems. I am very particular about buying the highest quality supplements, and I am able to find 95% of my supplements through Lucky Vitamin. Their website is aggravating if you have a slow Internet connection, and sometimes I give up in frustration, but I eventually come back.

I HUNT for organics... online & in stores. 2 reason's: 1) pricing & availability, 2) Real Organics. I keep coming back to LuckyVitamin. In store, prices are toooo high or item is not available. I can fins some of my items and they are convenient to buy in store, especially because i'm on the run so much. But, I am learning to plan ahead I do my ordering online, save money and get the products I NEED. Thanks Lucky Vitamin for sticking around and making sure we get what we are looking for.

Ordered Nov 2016, no arrival. Enquired 20 Dec was told had ended up in Germany(!), now rerouted but allow 15 working days. Today still not arrived. Said as a show of good faith send replacement and if the first order arrives I would send that back to them. Flat no to that. Now saying I should wait a further 15 days, I would need to contact customs "since you have to pay tax and duties in order to receive your package. I can only refund if the package is returned to our warehouse within 60 days." Strange that as it says 90 days on their website! "In the event the package is lost I will not be able to refund since this is an uninsured package"!
Bit of a win win situation for them. It's not arrived but they have my money. I can only get a refund if it is returned them within 60 days but the website says 90 days and if it is lost you won't get your money back anyway. Avoid like the plague. They talk about "Spread the Wellness" I would say spread the word to avoid them!

I have been vegan for two years and in my country I can't find one thing. Vegan. Beef. Jerky. Oh my god I've missed it so much. After one day of letting my cravings get the best of me I found this website which happens to sell primal vegan jerky. I bought a few options and waited for it to arrive impatiently. Once it finally arrived I was blow away at how yummy they were. (hickory smoked and texas bbq are the best) so I decided to come back and buy more. Maybe I shouldn't be spending all my extra money on vegan beef jerky (I have 54 packs on the way) but hey. It's super yummy and solves my cravings. So thank you, for providing us with the most delicious snack on the planet. I have yet to browse the rest of the store but god damn i love that jerky.

Absolutely agree about of Lousy service! Was charge for all order but received only half,,, and its no way to tracking on order history... fine out only when called customer service and,,, so many damages,,, and other story to have -'auto ship', don't recommended anyone! Very bad customer service... so sad, seems great idea and good products, will looking for othesr company with better service. You losing other customer with 250$ a month...

LuckyVitamin often has what other sites do not, and that is much appreciated. The shipping price was high. I live in Canada and DHS is an expensive way to ship. I do prefer that all duties and taxes be included, so that there will be no surprises at the door, and LuckyVitamin does provide this, so thanks for that.

Lucky Vitamin company is my trusted source for info on all supplements. I have been a member for 2 years and trust their testing approach and results. Grateful to have so much info whenever I need this. Thanks a lot!

LuckyVitamin has a great selection and their website design makes ordering so quick and easy that it is a pleasure. The prices are very competitive and the special sales make them even better. I don't bother to comparison shop any more. Going to LuckyVitamin makes it one and done.

Today was my first time ordering from LuckyVitamin.com, I was very happy to find the brands and products I was looking for. My local health food stores don't carry some of my favorite brands, so this is a great resource for those hard-to-find items and search for good deals.

Unfortunately one of the health food stores just closed in the small town that I live in. They carried my sons favourite vitamins and the stevia I love. I was so happy to discover everything I need on your website at a great price. Thank you

Lucky Vitamin carries so many products. It's one stop shopping for your health needs and supplements. They are discounted and they have specials and quantity discounts and the people are just wonderful to work with if you have any questions.

I had a little difficulty when I initially tried to order an item as the spinning processing ball stayed on for at least 5 minutes. I went back in and started from scratch and was able to complete the order.

Ordering was ok, customer service was helpful in answering questions. Chat was ok. I had to wait about ten or fifteen minutes waiting for customer service to answer phone, but chat was instant. I've been getting emails from them for quite awhile, so I'll see how ti turns out.

I really like lucky vitamin and y process checking out with them was superb. They only lost a star because their shipping, is pretty slow, even if you choose expedited. They could also add more products from the same brands that they sell. Meaning they have some products from a certain brand but not all. This makes me need to buy the rest of my products somewhere else. Overall I think they do a good job. And if you need to return anything ( I didnt) they send you a pre paid post to do it. I also like how they protect their shipments with lots of protective packaging, more so than other companies I have bought from. I often have had broken packages with other companies, never with lucky vitamin. They also have a reasonable amount of sales!

Without realising it, this company's website leads you to believe you're ordering from the UK - but you're not. This means that, although you're paying in sterling, when you get to the checkout you will be paying a lot for shipping (£7.26 on an order worth only £16.70). Worst of all, when the order arrives in this country you are liable for customs charges (£12.81 on this same order!).

If you try and contact the company, their answer is basically "Hard luck, not our problem" and that's it. As you've (unwittingly) ordered from a company outside the UK, you don't have any real comeback under UK law.

I've refused the order so I can't comment on the quality of the items but, given the tricky way the website leads you into believing you're ordering within the UK and the appalling customer service, I wouldn't be at all sure that the quality is trustworthy.

Definitely best avoided.
