It seems you had more choices, and shipping was faster, going back a few years. Validation on the payment screen is not user friendly - CC numbers are not flagged if entered incorrectly. A general "notice" the "Someting Went Wrong" appears!
I have used LV since they established an internet presence and I will continue to use them going forward. The caveat is trust but verify. If you are placing a multiple item order, bring up a second window and compare LV's prices against Ameriherb or any other similar company. Secondly, and most important, verify their "sale prices" using your order history. I have uncovered aggressive marketing (FRAUD!) with 2-for-1 sales where the single item price was double the price of my last order. This tactic is a common trick used by almost all corporations to fool the their many gullible customers. I called LV out on this tactic and their response? Silence.

I used to own and operate a health food store. Your prices are very reasonable. I also quite like the option to prepay the duties. You have good info about most of the products. One note I was frustrated when deciding on collagen and some didn't indicate if bovine or marine. But otherwise, it is almost like standing in a store reading bottles great job lucky vitamin! I do prefer to buy from Canada and I do but supplements I would go without as it's too expensive. I did have trouble with my credit card kept telling me I needed a the 3 digit number which I put in but got the same error code so I used paypal. I am hoping it arrives in 4-7 day as it is needed.
Many thanks to the fine folks at Lucky Vitamin. I'm sure that they thought they were filling just any old order for applesauce, but fort me this was an important order. When news of Coronavirus hit everything was selling out I worried. I have a senior dog on a restricted diet due to pancreatitis. The only treats she can have are cookies made from oats applesauce. She's also a girl who has anxiety so we do a lot of positive reinforcement and enrichment with her. The idea of not having treats for her truly made me panic. Thankfully I found Lucky Vitamin. I had never ordered from them before but they had what I was looking for. They shipped part of my order which at least allowed me to get started, and they kept me updated on the rest of my order as it progressed. Everything was packaged with exceptional care. I'm beyond thrilled with them!

Took them many days to ship an order. And even once they did, it was sent the cheapest, slowest means possible. Why should ANYTHING take 7 business days to ship within the US?
I even let them know that had my experience been positive, I would have been a $60 - $90 per month customer. Their customer service people could care less!
There are 100s of other places to buy stuff... Go to them. Avoid these guys.
