Terribly disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. I ordered probiotics that must be kept cold to remain alive on 6/4/2020. I paid extra for expedited shipping that would arrive (per their website) on 6/8/2020. I also paid extra for 2 cold packs to be included with my probiotics. My order did not arrive on 6/8. It arrived on 6/11. There was only one cold pack in the package as well, when I paid for 2. All of the temperature sensitive probiotics arrived warm. I paid $115 for probiotics that are no longer able to be used. I have purchased these same probiotics for years from Vitacost and never had this issue. L've reached out to customer service multiple times, knowing given the opportunity, many companies will jump at the chance to make it right. It's been nearly 2 weeks. Nothing. Radio silence. Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere.

I was able to find an out of stock item that even the 'big box store' didn't have in stock yet and added a subscription so I no longer need to reorder when it runs out.
Was so exited to receive my pack. The packaging it self was really cute, I didn't want to open it just because it was packaged nicely, but overall the shipping was fast especially during these times. And the product itself was not damaged

I have been a Lucky Vitamin customer for several years. The products (shampoo and conditioner) I purchase are always at their lowest price at Lucky Vitamin. AND, I love that Lucky Vitamin doesn't overcharge on shipping.
Due to Covid-19, my most recent order was delayed by more than two months. Luckily, I ordered enough in advance that even with the delay in shipping, I did not run out of product. Lucky Vitamin sent me several emails expressing its regrets for the delay. Since previous orders were never late, I knew that Lucky Vitamin was doing its best to fill my order and that its hands were tied. How can it ship a product that it did not have?

The products I've received from Lucky Vitamin have always been of good quality and arrived within or earlier than the slated delivery time. I received the MCT oil I ordered recently, quickly, which was surprising given that so many services have been delayed in recent months. Lucky Vitamin has been faster than Amazon and USPS. I'm quite disappointed an order placed 5/22 still has not arrived. I take these supplements for blood pressure and its dangerous going without them so long, usually they come within a week or 2.Ive been using yall a long time for supplements. Also the peppermint gels are on back order and they were supposed to be autoship
