Lucky Vitamin

I purchased from Lucky Vitamin for the first time and was very impressed in the speed of the order, pricing and packaging. I searched for specific products and located them easily. The only negative is that if it were easier to browse the website I may have purchased more. Besides that the checkout process is pretty straightforward. My order does not show the additional 15% discount deducted at the end from a code offered by Lucky Vitamins, some items were much less than my local stores. Note they do ship free with Fed Ex sure post so that is slower than priority mail but arrived sooner to me than estimated, received within one week of ordering so make sure to plan for that.

I love ordering from lucky vitamin because they offer bulk prices, fast & free shipping and carry many of the high ticket products I use in my business for a much lesser price. So happy they now ship to Canada and it gets to me just as fast as other Canadian companies I also shop with.

After being referred to Lucky Vitamins by a major vitamin distributor, I've been pleased with each and every product purchased. Orders have been complete and fast delivery. The customer service is top notch when addressing product availability, order concerns and discounts.

After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. Web pages load very slowly. The "Contact Us" link on their website only gives a mailing address. Employees say they don't think there is any problem.

The bottle of poorly wrapped lemon juice shattered in the box soaking everything & leaving a huge mess. USPS stamped box was received this way, damaged & leaking. Can't reach customer service. Tried phone, chat & emails, no response. Terrible service! Will never use again.

In an age when online ordering predominates and customer service often declines as a result, Lucky Vitamin goes the extra mile to take care of its customers. I get the products I want at a better rate, and if I didn't already know what I was doing they gave health coaches/nutritionists available to customers to walk them through things. Unparalleled!

I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. Which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

I had been searching for my coveted Mrs. Meyers daily cleaner and found it on Lucky's site. The product was shipped timely and packaged appropriately. I was very pleased with their service and will be a repeat customer.

I live in AU and have had trouble finding a laundry detergent that my skin doesn't react to. I did some research online and found out about Charlie's Laundry Soap/Detergent. It's not sold in AU but I found it on LV's website. It arrived in a timely manner. I ordered again and this time I bought the stain spray from Charlie's. Unfortunately the bottle opened in transit and was empty on arrival. LV was great about promptly giving me a refund. I have been very happy with their service and recommend the company.

I put in an order with Luckyvitamin in 2017. It was not a good experience. But I forgot the experience and just tried again (2021). Now I remember why I won't shop here. I forgot about the terrible customer service and very slow shipping. You can try the chat but you'll be waiting forever to contact a real person. I never got a real person on 3 chat tries. One try I waited 1/2 hour. Phone call option? Forget about that one as well. Order not delivered and tracking info stalled

I am satisfied with the price and ease of online ordering. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin many times, but this time the shampoo, conditioner and other liquid items spilled all inside the box. I was disappointed to see the tops were not secured properly for shipping. I hope this problem will be remedied for my future purchases and for others.

Love the prices, selection, the fun free gifts, the great resource library, embedded videos and timely shipping! I've never been disappointed. If I've ever had an issue with an order, it was taken care of immediately with one e-mail or call.

Easy to browse as well as find your favorite products. Also lots of intel provided on every item. I am worried however, about the shipping time and back orders as I have been frustrated with slow delivery in the past. So this order is a test in a way. Having Free Shipping is great... but very slow deliver is not. Looking forward to my order as I have purchased a few new items.

LV did a great job with my first order, I really like the procedure they used to avoid fraud. The customer service/Sales agents are very kind and always willing to find the best deal for you. I searched the Nutritional, Vitamin, and Supplements Websites before deciding to go with LuckyVitamin.com. Not only were there prices the least expensive but they were guaranteed. They are a personal Company devoted to your health and the health of their own family members... So you know they do their best to provide a great line of their own products as well as name brands. Website is very slow, need to improve on the response time and speed to ensure a more pleasant online buying experience. Packaging also needs improvement, especially when shipping liquids, shampoos, etc. Attention and care in packaging will help prevent inconvenience for both parties. Other than that, pricing and variety of product offerings are still very good at Lucky Vitamin and I order my supplements online almost every month!

I was led to reconsider this product with its nice, moist consistency and enjoyable flavor. My experience with credit by customer service rep after original disCONTENT with sucrose, besides considering enjoyment, contributed to recently purchasing 10 more. At about $5 for 10 oz., that may still get you free shipping. This is Now a favorite for the price, though I'd prefer no added sugar.

It's always great to get a discount! Lucky Vitamin has all sorts of "drug store" type items. From coconut oil to organic dried fruit, lip gloss to date sugar. From Clif Bars to Burts Bees, Mascara & bar soap to vitamin C. An excellent job is always done on packing too! I love their boxes and generous use of bubble wrap. I can't believe what a variety of items they have! Also they have lots of homeopathic items, and flower essences which are obscure at times.
Each purchase will give you points towards a discount so be sure and sign up for an account so you get all your points!
Customer service via email is also quick to refund the price when an item arrives damaged ( which was only once). I would give them 10 stars if they could ship as fast as other companies.

I didn't receive my full order. Customer Service was helpful and has sent out what we never received without hassle Only thing they stated they would overnight it. And it still hasn't arrived taking over a week to get to me. That is why I gave 3 stars
