Lucky Vitamin

I have been using LuckyVitamin for a couple months now and have found their selection to be outstanding and their prices are great. I even got a free gift! Plus the website is quick and easy to use. Products arrive quickly and I can easily change the shipping address for when I travel.

I live in a remote area and must order most of my supplements. I've used Amazon and the shipping is quite expensive and it's difficult to order and try and use same vendors, even at higher prices to reduce shipping costs but Lucky Vitamin had everything, at competitive prices and reasonable shipping costs.

I enjoy the competitive prices and the variety of products available. I have been ordering for a few years now and I love it. The Auto Ship is also a great idea so you don't have to remember to order. The only problem is the shipping process and the time it takes to receive your order. Not too pleased with this aspect of the website.

The website doesn't make clear that if you ship to Canada, you will pay shipping AND, when you pick the item up, duty and shipping a second time. I just paid more than $24 dollars to receive a $49 order. I won't be using Lucky Vitamin from Canada again.

I placed an order from the UK and, contrary to some other reviews, had a great experience. I had chosen the fully insured and prepaid customs duty option and the item arrived within 2 weeks (which included the Easter bank holiday weekend!). The item was still A LOT cheaper than it would have been had I bought it directly from the UK. I would recommend!

Your site said free shipping over $49 and the screen showed no shipping before I charged my Paypal to process. Then the order confirmation informed me that part of my order was not eligible for the free expedited shipping and I was switched over to standard shipping for $7 without my knowledge or consent. Only after the fact. This IS WRONG! I expect a full refund of the shipping costs!

I never received updates. I had to call multiple times and was never told the same thing. It took over a month to receive the product. The product is something I have been using for years so I ordered it from old vitamin company while waiting. They shipped it and I had it with 4 days from the date of order.

I have only ordered a few times but when I ordered last winter and my product froze in transit I was able to communicate and get a refund without sending the product back which seemed like a waste of postage.
Lucky is easy to navigate and convenient to use. They have a ton of products.
