I accidentally bought two dresses. I emailed right away to cancel one of the orders and they never responded. Then when the dresses came in, they were too short so I need to return both dresses. I did not make an account when I bought the dresses, so therefore I can't go to my purchase order history to print out the shipping labels. I have emailed them for 5 days straight and they have not responded. Never will I go through this company again!
Save your time and money and buy somewhere else. I bought 3 dresses for my daughter for Homecoming. Dresses arrived 4 weeks later and too late for homecoming. I called to cancel but couldn't do that. Cancel as soon as dresses arrived and they didn't want to give a refund only store credit. After going back and forth they agree to partial refund but I haven't seen it yet. We ordered a top with the store credit, just to use it and never come back to this store again but I haven't received that either. This started in October and 2 months later I still have nothing. I also know a couple of my daughter's friends with similar situations... hard to believe they can get away with this!
My daughter ordered her homecoming dress on Sept. 11 for her October 29 homecoming and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service in early October and told it would be shipped on October 25 (2 day air) still it never arrived. We ended up having to run out and buy a dress last minute.
I bought $300 worth of clothes last month and I only received one outfit out of 5 that was supposed to be sent to me. The customer service is so mean and instead of trying to help me they say well you can cancel if you like. They have no idea when my clothes will ship. Its is May 24th now and they said it will be after June 20th when it does. 2 months! I will be missing my graduation photos because my outfit was supposed to match my team. They don't have a number on purpose and the live chat they claim they have they don't. I was so excited to support their business because it looked kinda new but I will never in my life try this again and will never recommend this shop to anyone else. Please don't take the risk im promising you you will get screwed over.

I'd ordered a $90 mini dress nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. Meanwhile, it says that the company is based in LA. I live in San Diego. If they were really based in LA, the package would have been here in 2 days. I've tried emailing, calling, and contacting them on Instagram with no response.
I buy dresses often but will never purchase from them again. They are one of the worst retail companies on the planet, or theyre a complete scam.
Nice quality clothing and really cute items, but the sizing is very off. I got a size large and im usually between Medium and large, but the large barely fit me. I had to keep it because it was for a sweet 16 court but they should make their large fit more like a large usually does. Very short and very tight.

I ordered my dresses a month ago and they still have not come in. It is past the delivery date given. I sent them an email and they sent me an automatic response that did not answer my question and they still haven't answered after 3 days.
There were some complications with my order but the costumer service of Lucy in the sky made all the experience not stressful at all and I was able to get everything fixed in less than 30 minutes because of their time of response. Definetely will be buying more clothes from them.
As I said in the title, loved the styles! The black dress was a little different than the picture (wasn't as low cut as I expected), but looked wonderful on! Loved the shorts as well. Only critique I'd like to give is the shipping process. They came at different times and I found that a little inconvenient. But overall, good experience! Will shop here again!
Received a dress with a broken zipper, it was promised that I would receive the refund within 10 business days. Several weeks went by, still no return processed. When I reached out, they apologized and said that I would be refunded within 5 additional business days. The five business days went by and still no refund and no response. THEN, I was sent the wrong dress. I sent TWO separate emails to customer service in the week in which the item was received, both were ignored. Finally, when I received a response to a third email, I was told I would not be refunded because I "didn't report it within 14 days of delivery".

The quality of this clothing is very poor. My daughter's formal dress zipper broke the night of the dance. It was so over priced for the quality we received. I had read poor reviews but went against my gut.
My experience with Lucy in the sky its good overall.
I live in Germany and I have to pay for the shipping costs, but the designs and the quality was worth it.
I read the sizing for my purchase was small so I went for a size up but unfortunately was too big and had to returned it. I haven't got my new dress yet but I've been refunded in credits for the brand.
Good customer service and the dresses are so cute!
My daughter ordered a dress and a month later it still hadn't arrived. We contacted the company and it took them I really long time to respond (email only). This dress was for an occasion and the shipping was supposed to be an arrival date of 2 weeks. We canceled the order and had to order the dress from a different company. Lucy in the Sky never did ship the dress and would only give us a store credit. The biggest kicker is that they did not refund us for the shipping charges, even though they never shipped it out. Whoever is running that company should should definitely not be in charge and should find a new job that they can actually manage. Also, no contact number because I'm sure they don't want a bunch of pissed off customers calling in. I have four daughters and none of them will ever order from this company again.

This place is a total scam. Do not order anything from them. My daughter did, and nothing fit her. She needed a dress for her homecoming and ordered three of them. Two arrived and we had to send them back since they did not fit. The third dress was on back order. We were sent a return label for the two dresses and promptly sent them back. We only received store credit. The third dress finally arrived and now they won't reply to my emails to send me another return label for the third dress. It has been a month now and I have sent several emails to them. No response. Don't waste your time with this company. I guess I am just out the money for all of the dresses since I can't get them to refund my credit card or take back the last dress they sent after the homecoming was over. Very dissapointed.

I order one dress a month ago. It was supposed to come this weekend and I heard nothing from the brand. Just that they received my payment. No shipping info, no labels. I started to get a lil nervous so I messaged them on their website and they told me OOP actually its going to take three more weeks. I was fuming. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and receive in store credit. She said she would cancel it, then when I asked AGAIN about in store credit, she said now that we cancelled it we can't give you credit. $#*!tiest experience I have ever had online shopping. DO NOT support this jank $#*! brand.

I live in Nevada and I ordered a dress for my daughter last year. It didn't fit right so we returned it. They wouldn't refund my money but they offered me store credit. I didn't want it but I had no other choice. This year I decided to use the store credit for a dress for my daughter's prom. We picked one out in April. It said it would be here April 28. It is now May 17, the prom has come and gone, we had to rush to the store to get another dress, and I see that Lucy in the Sky dress is finally arriving tomorrow. We are one state away. This is ridiculous and I don't know what to do with this dress. Send it back for more store credit? I'm very very disappointed with this company and will never buy again.
I ordered 2 dresses, the one that I got first is super cute, I like all the details and fits perfectly :) I haven't got the 2nd dress yet cause it was a pre-order and it's really delayed, but they offered me store credit plus a $20 store credit due to the delay. I'm satisfied with both costumer service and the dresses :).
I recommend only buying from this store from their two-day delivery option and if you need an XS. I bought a prom dress from here that I was expecting a couple of days before the event. Similar to many people here, my order got delayed a week before the event. I was frustrated because I ordered a month in advance and asked them if my order would be delayed a couple of weeks after I ordered to which they said no. I was planning to write a seething review. However, I switched out my dress to one that I could order in two days(they allowed me to switch my order after I complained). I honestly still like my first dress better but the dress I switched to is nice as well. The quality is great for the price and this shop is one of the few where they have good options for my size. Overall, I have a dress and that's enough for me.
Really really horrible place. Quality of the clothes is terrible - tried to return a dress and they gave me a return label that didn't cover the weight of the package (in the exact same packaging they sent) so the post office refused it. When I tried to reach out for a different label that would actually cover the weight, they ignored me 4 times and never responded.

I ordered a $50 dress from them for my 21st birthday and while the dress fit the material was nothing like the description or picture. Very misleading. The dress was supposed to be satin but it wasn't shiny in the slightest when I got it and it's only gotten duller. It has also been eternally wrinkly for almost a month now despite everything I've tried. I wouldn't recommend, I feel like they mislead you and it's suspicious they don't let you review the products individually on their website. So disappointed since it was such a promising dress in the pictures.
