This dress will make you feel fun and girly... if you looking for a super cute dress you should try this one., it is the best look to go for a graduation day. It's a great mix for parties and graduations.
We order 2 dresses. One came in and it was not even close to the size we order. It took over a month just to get the one dress. I returned the dress and have not received my refund. The other dress, we never got it.
It's been over 2 months and still have not received my refund.
Worst customer service. It's a scam. The fabric on the pictures is horrible.

I was working to return and exchange a few dresses and Elizabeth R. Was so helpful in assisting me! I am thankful that it was easy and hassle free to get my refund and be able to order another dress to ship to me in time for my event.
I contacted customer service regarding a shipping date as the item hadn't shipped. They got back to me very quickly, offered me multiple choices to better suit my needs. Was very pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to the item actually coming.
If i could give this company a 0 star rating i would. Every single time i have ordered a dress from their website it has given me an expected DELIVERY date. This time my delivery date was may 12. Well, guess what? May 12th happened and I never received a shipping email. I emailed their help email and they said my dresses would be now SHIPPED on june 3rd. I bought these dresses weeks prior to may 12 for my graduation in june. They constantly say they received higher volume customers on their websites, but when i order clothes mid october when there are no occasions, they still use that excuse. I will never be buying from this website again unless i have months to wait for my dresses.
I ordered a dress on January 3 and the shipping date was January 23. On January 24, I contacted customer service and was told the dress won't ship until February 14. I have a disappointed daughter who wanted to wear this dress to a dance on February 3.
I ordered two dresses, one blue with sequins and one red with ruffles. The blue one was poor quality material and the red one was very short. I emailed them in regards of sending me a return label to return one of the dresses and they gave very unhelpful advice. Overall would never order from here again.

I ordered a few dresses for a Vegas trip thinking I could try them and pick my favorite. One of the dresses had one side of the top sewn larger than the other so it fit oddly on my breasts. The material feels cheap and thin and looks nothing like the pictures online. I am so beyond disappointed and feel scammed.

Lucy in the sky sent me a damaged dress. They told me I could send back the dress for a refund but I would be responsible for the shipping costs to return a damaged dress? Will never buy anything from this company again.

The dress never came then after a month. We canceled and they never refunded us the money. I chatted with them several times and they always promised it was in the works. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
The dress advertised online was a light opaque blue. What I got is a pale pastel light blue dress. I used snapchats color picker/dropper so you can see the difference in the color. Also the outer sequins lining this dress goes above the lining of the dress for the cowell neck and it is very itchy and uncomfortable. The dress on the model has the light blue fabric through out the whole dress so I'm not sure why mine is so different. Not at all the same dress as advertised. This was not worth the $70 I paid for it.
I purchased over a MONTH before it was delivered. It didn't even ship for weeks until after I had moved out of my old house, so it was going there with no way for me to change the address. They didn't notify me when it was delivered, the package was left on the front porch of my old house and is now missing. I never even received the package or my Christmas dress! If their shipping wasn't absurdly long I wouldn't have had this problem to begin with. $85 down the drain.
On the delivery option for my order I had accidentally clicked the wrong one, I had chosen the option for pick up. I live 2 states over so I knew that wasn't an option so reached out to customer service and was help and reached a solution.
I placed my order the first week of october for an event on November 1st. When i placed my order, it said it would be shipped out within 6-12 business days. I emailed multiple times throughout this duration asking when my order would be shipped and they kept assuring me it would be in the 6-12 day window. The day before my event, my order had still not shipped almost one month later, and they informed me it would not be shipped out until November 5th. They then offered me a refund, on November 1st. It is now November 18th and i still have not received my refund, and keep getting the same pre-made message that it takes time. This is absolutely bull$#*!. I did not receive my order nor my refund and their customer service representatives are anything but helpful. Yes they have cute products but nothing extraordinary. Save your time and your money and steer clear from this terrible website.
Great quality, great romper, love love love it. Its very unique and it was worth the money i paid for it. It was not even that expensive for it being a whole outfit! Will definitely be buying stuff again!

I had ordered two dress they came in late and I wanted to return them. I sent them back around 1 week ago and I emailed them, so that I could know if they received my order back and when I would get my store credit. They do not respond to my emails at all if anything they send an automatic response every time I email them. Before the dresses even shipped I asked to cancel my order because i know longer needed them and they told me they already shipped when they weren't even shipped yet. Terrible service. Would rather have a refund than getting store credit because of how bad they have been.
I had ordered my dress early Sept. I received one of them, this one being too big. And another in a Medium. After the fact They only sent me one dress, I emailed them about my second one. They then sent me ANOTHER LARGE instead of my medium. I've emailed them countless amount of times and have yet received a response about IF im even gonna get the other dress I paid for. Will absolutely never order from here again.
Terrible website. Spent over $200 and they couldn't fulfill my order after a month. Finally got told I got a refund and it's been 28 days and still nothing. Everytime I reach out they assure me it will be resolved and it doesn't.

Ordered a dress a month in advance they said it would ship from the 10th-21st its the 25th and I have received no update, not even a confirmation of shipping. I am not going to have a dress for my prom, awful experience.
I ordered my dress a month ago in august and they said it would be delivered from september 13 through september 23rd and it never came it. I never even got an email about it being shipped at all. Now i have no dress for my senior homecoming.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
