Well the product itself is "nice" but the airbrush kept clogging up and God forbid it be warm out or you sweat because then it just melts off your face and is sloppy. Then they kept sending me the same 2 colors THAT I DID NOT ORDER. I called and cancelled and STILL THEY ARE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT and one of the months I didnt even get anything! Completely UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

It's been like that ever since. I think once I had an order problem and before I could get the words out of my mouth it was taken care of. Fast, reliable, committed, good quality, can't beat that.

I was on the fence about buying a LUMINESS airbrush system & I finally got one. The first time I used it, I was blown away by the way I looked. People complimented me but didn't know why I looked so good!

Airbrush is great but the promise of delivery for the foundation is a total ripoff!
They continue to take my money from my bank account every 2 months when I have NOT recieved any foundation since November 2020. They owe me 3 refunds and I only recieved one. Each time I call customer service, they tell me I will get my refund in 3-5 business days. Its a total lie! I've called them 3 times in a period of 3 weeks and I still have not gotten it.
I called again today and asked to speak with a supervisor and the agent I was talking to said he was a supervisor and he wasnt. They lie to you to get your money and they dont send the products that you pay for. Be careful with Luminess. There are lots of other excellent companies out there that
Will send the foundation to you, hassle free and on time. Luminess is a scam and I DO NOT recommend them. The airbrush system is great but the continued foundation will stop while they continue to take your money on a regular basis. They claim to have a good refund policy, which is extremely FALSE, andvthe customer service is terrible and they lie. Ive cancelled everything with them and Im watching my bank account to see if they continue to rob me. What a joke!
I recommend ANYBODY else for your liquid foundation, definately not Luminess

This company and warehouse is out of united states after 3 weeks i have not received my package.in email shows they sent me to my old address even though i gave shipping and billing address correctly. It shows in email the size of bottles are not correct. However they charge me more than i expected. One supervisor said i return your money the extra we charged you but still i don't see it in my account. It's a mess and rude customer service.

I feel shafted. I received an item and called to see if I had to send it back. Didn't want it and didn't want to have anything to do with it. He told me to not send it back and I know that's what he said and also said that I would be reimbursed. Well, 10 days later and no reimbursement. I called them back and they said that I would have to return the item that I no longer have. Talk about the the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. It was 39.99 for something that I didn't want. Never again.

Originally the colors I chose didn't work(30&40) I needed the (10& 20) they were great in replacing them one time only with no additional cost to me. I thought how wonderful and what nice customer service. Unfortunately they kept sending the wrong colors. (the original colors I chose)for replenish, I called canceled my replenish( so I thought). I was sent another replenish and the wrong color again. I went online deleted my method of payment. No that didn't work I was sent yet another replenish of the 30&40 bottles called customer service, found out you can't stop anything online with their website. You have to call customer service. I told them don't charge me another dime. I will eat the 120 dollars worth of the wrong foundation. I did call and cancel my current credit card numbers for a new card. They don't listen and keep you in a loop of charges.

I got machine last month but took 4 trys to get the right shade, way to dark,, never got free makeup the lip and eyeshadow,, and currently waiting to be sent it and the right shade of blush,, i tried useing it finally few days ago but its starts to streak when i go outdoors and easy wipes off if i accidentally touch or if my hair in wind touches my hair, i even went out and bought expensive finish spray but it still happens,, i have several woman and family that ask if i like it,, but i haven't said anything yet,, they haven't even given me the trial time due to all wrong shades sent in beginning,, im still waiting for the blush and free makeup that was supposed to already be here,,, im disappointed any advise before i start to warn against this?

Been using Luminess for approximately seven years. No idea what occurred yet my last two orders have not been correct. My gosh, just try to get a competent CSR on the phone. Ask for a supervisor and you will be placed on hold for hours and virtually disconnected. Emails go unanswered even when you email proof. Unable to understand the customer service representatives and then they become borderline belligerent. After hours upon hours of frustration, a nice CSR mailed my incomplete order. Unfortunately, it was mailed to incorrect address. The saga continues!

More than a year after buying and paying off the luminess unit, I wake up to find they charged me 39.99 for a monthly make up subscription that I never agreed to. Dont share your bank info with this company. I question they are broke and have to resort to stealing..

My airbrush worked OK- once. I cleaned it then fixed it according to you tube instructions but it never worked. A complete waste of money.

They 3 times took my order charging me 3 times saying it didn't show on their end but I received my copy of the charge on my card they still have not se t my order out I'm going to demand my refunds and they can have the products this is not rite

I am writing this review to warn consumers about this company. I began my hardship with them in November 2020. I tried the product beautiful unfortunately I am allergic to their product. Canceled my subscription because I couldn't use the product. They confirmed my cancelation however this is 4/2020 they are still randomly going into my checking account and withdrawing unauthorized funds for nothing. My advice don't submit your checking account information to them. Use a prepaid card if you want to do business with them. They are very unethical this will protect you. They will try to force the foundation on you even after you tell them you can't use it. Proceed with caution with this company. BEWARE BUYER!

Luminess didn't hold to its promises. Not only I didn't get the right foundation colors, but they charged me 20$ more than the 50$ payment they we're not supposed to take on my credit card, and considering that there was no way to negociate a longer trying period because I didn't get the right colors (too orange! Not natural at all), I was supposed to return it no-charges, but finally, they charging me shipping fees minus 10$ credit that I don't know if i'll see the color :( Big big deception!

I ordered the luminess kit that came with two bottles of foundation they sent me two bottles which were too dark (60 and 70) I called they sent me two more bottles a (30 and a 40). Those were two light and although there is a 50 they said I would have to pay for the bottle of 50. I let them know that I paid for a kit that included two bottles of foundation that I can use. Now I have four bottles that I cannot use and they are refusing to send me the 50 bottle unless I pay extra. I think it's unfortunate that they don't stand by their claim and assurance that they will be able to match a foundation to your face and then you pay for the machine that comes with two bottles and the understanding that they will match you and I still don't have two bottles that I can use. Very poor business practice.

OMGosh BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I went on the site for Luminess Cosmetics and looked around but never finished any orders. Yesterday I received a package of their products and was charged $19.95 Which isn't the crazy part. I read the fine lines in the ad and it said they would charge $29.95 for 4 months after that. CRAZY so I'm now on the phone with them and they are saying they want me to get a police report regarding the fact that I never ordered this. WHAT THE HOOKIE POOKIE

I tried the system and just found that I won't use it enough to make it worth the cost. I've been trying for nearly a year to cancel via phone calls, emails, etc. It takes me forever to get anyone on the phone and when I do they run me in circles, try giving me discounts to continue with the subscription and then ultimately tell me they will cancel, yet every few months shipments arrive and I'm charged. I have several that sit by my door unopened. It's extremely frustrating and I'm ready to report them.
