I ordered a ring from them a few months back. I loved it on the Facebook page. It arrived sooner than the expected delivery date! As soon as I opened it, I fell in love. I know, silly to say about a ring, but it's 100% honestly how I felt, and still feel today. It has been a few months, and so far no signers of wear and tear on the band, or the stones. I get compliments on it every time I wear it out of the house which is often. I would for sure buy from this company again, should something else catch my eye.
Never got my ring. Then when I ask they keep putting it off asking me to wait until the policy ran out. Customer service was awful and the phone number dose nothing. I tried at all times of the day and always got the machine. Pretty pictures. Product probably would have been nice if I'd gotten it
I purchased two flannel lined fleece shirts back on 1/19/17 and never received the shipment or even tracking. I called and emailed multiple times but never received a response. I started to do research on Luna Daze and found this company appears to be a scam. Lots of people never getting the items they ordered or getting the wrong items entirely. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other legitimate companies out there that sell the same items. Don't give Luna Daze your money, don't be fooled!
I ordered 2 pairs of goddess pants and I only received one pair but was charged for both... I have called Luna daze and emailed twice over a week
Ago and no one has gotten back to me... I'm not happy about the customer service and I'm even more unhappy I didn't receive what I ordered and it has been over a month.

Usually I'm all about supporting small businesses but not this one. I ordered 3 items, I received 2 but 1 broke right away. 4 months later I still haven't received my 3rd item. I have notified them numerous times and they just send the same email over and over. Very unprofessional!

This company is a total scam! Don't waste your money ordering from them. I ordered the double halo crystal ring on the 27/8/18 & today is the 9/10/18 & I haven't received my order. I've sent numerous emails, sent messages on Facebook & even Instagram, yet, no response. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. I regret not reading the reviews. Hence why I'm in this predicament.

It's been 3 months and the blanket hasn't arrived. The tracking number was only good for China. Luna Daze ignores emails and phone calls and has made no attempt to help resolve the issue. They just take the money and forget about their customers.
After posting this review I finally heard from a "customer service rep" who said the order must have been lost in customs. She said a new blanket would be sent out and to touch back in a couple of days for a new tracking number. I waited the couple days and emailed back for the new number. There was no response. Waited a few days and tried again. No response. Waited a few more days and tried again. No response. This is getting really old. This is not how you treat customers. This is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

We never forget about our customers! We have been sorting this out through email Lauren and it got lost in customs during the hectic holiday season, so we went ahead and sent you a new one.
I did get my ring, and even quicker than I thought I would, but the site says the ring is made with precious stone and the opal feels like plastic. Pretty, but probably not worth the $21 I spent on the ring.
The rings are made with semi- precious stones, as stated on our website! <3
Never received my order. They never got back to my email, and only had the option to email from the website and no email listed so I can't try emailing them straight from my account. Thanks for stealing my money, guys.

Dont order from this website. They never sent me a waist trainer i ordered 3 months ago and havent answered my emails. About a month ago they said they would send me another one since I hadn't received it and never got it. I emailed multiple times since then and still haven't gotten a reply from them. Do not order unless you want to thdoa your money away.

I reviewed this company on 5/16. After 6 months I finally received a refund. They claim they sent my product out, but they never did. I never received anything. They will tell you their servers are down or their email is having problems or that their customer service is down, it's all a lie. They are probably receiving too many complaints and it takes weeks or months to get back to you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I placed my order on January 10 and when it finally arrived 7 weeks later, it was the incorrect size (I asked for Small, I received XL) and the product quality was awful (cheap, translucent fabric). I inquired about my order twice between submitting and receiving my order; I called the phone number provided and left voicemail when no one picked up; I also emailed Luna Daze directly and submitted their "Track Order" form on their website. They never called back and only sent automated emails with the same response every time. This was a horrible experience, and I will never recommend or shop through this company/site again.

I ordered the Goddess leggings and Strappy Fitness Bralette.
I have no complaints with the goddess leggings as they arrived just over the 2 weeks described and they came exactly as advertised.
However, I paid extra for shipping to receive the bralette also within 2 weeks and it arrived 4 weeks later! It was also a completely different color than advertised on the website. I ordered the magenta but it turned out to be more of a light pink. If it were any other company I would exchange this for a different color but dealing with them was such a pain that i'm just going to have to live with it.

I love my pink fire opal ring. It looks exactly like the picture, great quality and super sparkly. Only thing was the shipping but if you don't mind waiting a few weeks it's great!

Super excited for the double halo ring I ordered. Waited over a month, sent two emails. And with no response, the ring has still never shown. Very disappointed
So, I've had my eyes and heart set on this White Saphire Ring for over an entire year. I finally ordered it. I was so excited and beyond happy. Its been two months, and nothing whatsoever. After a week of no response from first placing the order, I became suspicious as there was no tracking. I emailed them. Nothing. I did some looking online and saw MANY instances very similar to mine. I became worried at this point. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they just needed time to make the item, maybe some issue is happening. Five ENTIRE weeks went by. I emailed them because I was very suspicious at this point. Nothing. Its been over 7 weeks at this point, and absolutely nothing. I tried to ignore the bad reviews because there were some good ones. I would personally REALLY urge you to please not go to them, and find someone else. If you do decide though to still use them, please be very careful. Go for cheap items first and see if you trust them first. Don't place an expensive order. Please be careful. This company is genuinely a scam and just steals money. I'd take legal action but I don't even know where to begin. Be careful please and dONT GO TO THEM

After looking in to your order, it was certainly sent out in a timely manner to the address you provided. We are not here to scheme you, as we have many happy customers who shop with us frequently.
Your tracking number states that it is STILL in transit. This is not common, but can happen due to the influx of orders as well as risks with the Post Office system. Perhaps there was an error with your shipping address? Missing apartment number? However, we will assume that it was lost or stolen in transit. This is out of our hands once we send out the package with tracking, but we will look in to this further with the Post Office. In the meantime, we offer our sincere apologies. I ordered a few promotional items (which they say will take a month to come in) but I have no way of tracking my order AND I have emailed them twice with no response. I truly hope this isn't a scam but if it isn't it has EXTREMELY bad customer service.

Love that I can take advantage of free stuff all I had to do was pay for the shipping. Definitely going to be ordering birthday gifts for my friends from the site!
My only complaint would have been the shipping time but it is shipped internationally so that's not really on LunaDaze, and they were very quick to respond to my email questions. I LOVE my new ring!
