Ordering was not an issues, I received my items in a reasonable time, I cannot comment on the items since they have not been unpacked yet. We make settlement on Sept. 3rd and will be unpacking them at that time.
I ordered two glass 37 inch table lamps and received 21 foot tall green lamps that probably weigh about 2 pounds each. I contacted Luna warehouse multiple times without a response You are only able to email them because the phone number is a virtual agent It has been a nightmare, trying to resolve this issue and email after email with no resolution I am not sure if this is a scam or just poor Customer Service Spend a couple extra dollars and order it from a reputable site. This has been a horrible waste of time.
Ordered 5 items. All have silver wires wrapped around them. Not sure why, but done after painting. Also splotches on paint job and chipping. If it where one Item I would think a mistake, but it is all of them.
Struggling to get a refund. Dealing with Chris iwho is rude has been a nightmare. I have emailed many photos and spoke with sherry and was told I would get a refund. Being in the design industry I would not recommend this company.
Luna Warehouse is a total scam. False advertisement. They claim to accept returns, but they do not. They have certain brands that do not cover shipping cost, but they do not tell customers that. They lie and are deceiving. Ce careful.

I did not end up using this product. I tried to return it and I was not able to return it as the merchant did not provide a shipping label. the merchant is deceiving customers but advertising that they accept returns with easy shipping.
I bought a light from Luna and elected to return it within the 30 day time span. Not only did I have to pay the FedEx ground return cost of $65.00, but Luna also charged me a restocking fee of $54.00. So it cost me over a hundred dollars just to look at a light and decide it wasn't right for my space. Will never order from them again.

I paid for an item in February 2020 and was told there was a lengthy wait. Come September still no furniture and an email said October. I checked on the site for my item which said the someone took the last one. I immediately cancelled my item and was told I would receive the item in 3 to 5 business days. I called and I was told 8 weeks and they would be sending a check and returned to my card bc the purchase was over 6months. Nobody told me that. When I tried to speak to a supervisor, that person was either unavailable or out to lunch and would def call me back which of course never happened.
I've never been treated so poorly or unprofessionally. NEVER AGAIN

2 weeks ago a broken lamp arrived and I am still waiting for a replacement. They closed the first case without doing anything.
Lamps are very cheaply made. Metal bends easily.

Bought 3 lights from them back in Jul 2020, cancelled 2 the same day and returned the other one back in Aug 2020. The UPS delivery date shows all the tracking, it is now end Nov and I am still chasing them for refund.
I order a lamp from this store- it was completely rusted out and didn't work and they wouldn't take it back
So be cautious- low prices obviously doesn't mean great product -

We purchased three bathroom light fixtures (product #2443) for our new construction. When the time came to install them one of the fixtures was defective, missing a component in one of the socket assemblies. The part is deep inside the socket (first picture is a good one, second shows the part missing) so there's no chance it came out during shipping or the installation. We submitted the information and pictures to the third party customer support line who said they would get back to us. They never did. We called and started the process all over again. We received a shipping notification but the tracking provided showed the package didn't exist. So we started the process again a third time. Now they are asking if the product had been installed and thereby no longer in warranty. If this company put as much effort into ensuring they don't ship defective products as they do in avoiding the cost of their defects we wouldn't be having this problem. Instead, we're left with a dark bathroom and probably will be out $300 spent on the useless light fixture.

They will not issue a refund even when they ship a defective product.

I attempted to purchase 4 lights and was pretty excited because the site had a great selection. However, it doesn't reflect how many are in stock or whether they are even in stock. I get an email notification that my part of my purchase would not be fulfilled due to items being discontinued. (I initially thought. No harm no foul) I requested a cancelling my order since these items were meant for the front of my home which means I can't mismatch. After a week, I started receiving my refunds and it came in partial quantities. I didn't receive the full amount, missing about 100 dollars. I sent an email and was told that their policy is that they can't refund clearance items. This is why I writing this review... I would understand if I received the product or products that were on clearance and in stock but I didn't. I never received the product but I am not getting my money back but they will still attempt to sell the products since they have it on their shelves? I feel this is a scam and should be noted by other customers. This is dirty and wrong!
Order placed, will see if I get what I ordered in a timely fashion. Well, I haven't got the fan I ordered yet and customer service never answers the phone. Buy elsewhere.

We purchased multiple Kichler lamps from Lunawarehouse website in late November 2020 for $1235 using PayPal. Shortly after the purchase we decided to cancel the transaction online since we found a better option online. We also called them to make sure to cancel the order and shipping but some of the lamps were shipped to us and some weren't. We later received part of the lamps and called them and requested to return them. A return label was then provided and we sent the items back to the warehouse and They were received on December 28th via FedEx. In all this process we were also forced to open a dispute with Chase card services against PayPal since PayPal for some reason charged us $1699 instead of $1235, so we requested the difference ($463) Since there was a billing mistake. When we called Lunawarehouse to request a refund they told us they would need us to cancel the dispute in order for them to refund us the money so we were forced to close the dispute in mid December. We have contacted Lunawarehouse at least 5 times by phone and over 3 times by email within the last 6 weeks and as of now we still have not received a refund claiming that they have to discuss the case with accounting because there is a chargeback but nothing has been done. Now we are in process of opening a new dispute with Chase bank and will likely need to escalate with a lawyer in order to get our money back. All this would have been easily solved if they just would give us our money back. I can not recommend them!
