I'm alternatively new to Lush cosmetics however I'm already in LOVE. Their shops are so high-quality - the piles of bathtub bombs, soap and a variety of bottles of one of a kind sizes... it's absolutely something one cannot forget. I have not tried any of the scrubs but the grapefruit bathe gel used to be fantastic!
I used to really like lush products (particularly masks or bath bombs) but I will no longer order from them. I have a chronic illness that makes it extremely difficult to go to the stores, so I try to have the items shipped to me instead. Shipping times listed on their website are way incorrect - they list 2-8 business days, but you're more likely to get it much later. I live in a major city where delivery is typically not delayed. It's been 7 business days, and my most recent order just now left the warehouse. I just wish they were honest about shipping on their website - I would have made different purchasing choices.
Fresh honest products, fighting animal testing, happy helpful sales people, fair prices. Never have I been to Lush without feeling very satisfied and happy with my shopping experience.
Using their "dry shampoo" on a daily basis. Didnt try the soap yet, but the thing I use is brilliant! The first one that helped me get rid of dandruff...
Nice staff. Helpful without being overbearing. Always offering to send me home with a sample. Products: I love the Honey shampoo, but not the CurlyWurly. And the soaps are divine!

I'll like to know more about all its facial and body products, how to go about it applications and it's effectiveness. No side effects on skin types, no reactions of any sort all this I want to know.
For years I struggled to find a good deodorant and thanks to lush my search was over. I've been using the teo' deodorant for over 2 years now and I don't think I'll ever switch
Lush is great. I often buy here and all products are always of a great quality and I use them for a long time which is very comfortable. I am ready to pay decent price for a decent product!
Products are awesome but delivery companies don't deliver sometimes which is infuriating... customer service is good for replacing items when deliveries claim delivery but they don't

Love the body butter they sell. Best bathbombs I've ever used. They last in the bast for a long time and the color doesn't just disappear into the water.
